NEVER AGAIN! I brought my vehicle to SMP for warranty repairs thinking they'd be superior to my hometown GM dealer. SMP delivered the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My service writer refused to include some issues I was previously told would be looked at. They had to order a part for my steering from Edmonton, which was understandable. I returned 24 hours later to find out there was no ETA. Finding myself stranded in Saskatoon, I was not offered accommodation or transportation. I had to ask 7 staff members including a sales manager for a loaner vehicle before they agreed to one. I left a message for the service manager the next day but didn't hear from him. It took them 51 hours to complete the repair. When I returned the following day, my invoice wasn't ready. They had to make two corrections on it, including reversing the charge for a wheel alignment I asked about and a free car wash which I discovered they actually didn't perform. I had to wash it myself! My advice to you is to stay clear of this dealership at all costs. It's not worth the stress.

The sister team is awesome! Really helped my husband and I buy our first car! There was no pressure on buying a car, their main focus was finding a car that we would love! Wasn t trying to push vehicle we didn t like just to make a sale. Will be coming back to buy our next vehicle. The only thing was they are very firm on the prices will not negotiate.

After a bit of a fiasco getting the brakes on our truck redone on Friday, the brake fluid leaked out while driving our kids to school this morning (Monday)!! Poor service on Friday was one thing, but putting our family at risk today, so unacceptable. And now we can t get through to service department or a manager!!! Don t go here!!

When buying my vehicle the experience was great. Any questions or concerns they solve without a problem. They wanted a 5 star review But now that I own the vehicle they don t care about answering calls,fixing little things that should ve been fixed before I got the vehicle. Took it to the service centre and body shop this morning and it sat in their service bay for 8 1/2 hours and not one single thing was done to it other than plastic on the steering wheel. Neither the service centre or the body shop had a clue what was going on... not what you expected from a 5 star dealership...

SMP use to be my deal of choice. But after the experience i just had with them i will never set foot in the door again. Fixed my car i paid for a full inspection and car made it back home and right back to shop. This is the worse service i have ever had in my life. They will sure bend over backwards to sell you a new car or truck but they really are just a joke. I was warned about them and the service and i guess i had to find out for myself. Well thanks all for the warning and now i believe you. I will make sure everyone i know thinks twice before getting sucked in by the deal. Thanks a lot SMP for treating people the way your rep say you do. they don't even deserve the 1 star but had to check it to post

Service department ripped me.. charged me for synthetic oil change and put in conventional oil.
And oil change reminder for 5000 kms
I called back twice and asked
Staff doesn't really care

After this review a guy claiming himself boss phoned me.
Arguing we recommend 5000 kms for synthetic oil life
Are you really that stupid
Or think the people are.
Worst place to go for any kind of service
Only thing smp cares about is 5star review on google

I am very unsatisfied with the service department. Every time I ve had to get work done on my car after my four free oil changes were up I ve had to pay more than what I m quoted. I ve had problems with three different advisors. My car sat at the shop since 10am today and I finally got a call at 3:30pm telling me they didn t have time to work on it and that I could keep it there overnight and hopefully they would get to it the next day. When I told them I was unsatisfied with the service the assistant service manager Micheal called me, hardly let me speak on the phone and told me If given the opportunity they would try to make it right. This is my second time having to talk with Micheal about an issue and frankly all he can offer is a bandaid. I will not be taking my car back to SMP until I can hand them the keys. I am beyond disappointed.

Hi, service was great . No pushy sales people . Jami was awesome, as usual . This is the second vehicle we bought from Jami. Dean the finance giy was super . So far no issues with SMP. Our daughter also bought a vehicle from SMP before we did. No issues as of yet. Good job people .

NEVER take your car here. These people have no clue how to fix a car. it took them over 2 months to attempt to fix it. after scamming my parents out of their money, I found the part needed and got the car towed to a REAL dealership to fix the car. SMP is an embarrassment. I am disgusted with that entire organization. USELESS!!!!!!!!

Everything went really well here. Can't say enough good things about Alan and the folks at SMP. But while we were initially offered 4.9% on our car loan, after opting out of the "service contract" add-ons, we were surprised to find that the sales associate had raised the interest rate to 7% without mentioning the change. So we signed assuming 4.9% was to stay the same. Yes, I know, buyer beware, read the fine print etc. etc. but in my opinion this is a very important piece of information that was glossed over.
Too bad, I'd have given SMP more business and a 5 star rating otherwise.

Left the same day with the car I wanted. Trevor and Dean did a great Job with helping me find the perfect car and setting up financing on the car. Definitely will come back again in the future.

My buying experience with smp was problem free and I love my Chevy, but had issues every single time I used the service dept. They did not look after or care for my Colorado when it was in their care. The personnel level of customer service was laughable. At first, the service reps make you feel like customer number one but soon enough you realize that you're just a forgettable number in their system. Never going back.

I recently had maintenance/repair work done at SMP service department. I was very satisfied with the work they did and my service advisor went beyond what she needed to help me find discounts and warranty coverage. My total savings, b/c of the efforts of advisor, was $2400. Not only that but they also were sure to inform me of the extra repairs needed/recommended before completing them. I have had the privilege/pain or buying cars in many different countries and the service I received from Jami (and the rest of the team from the receptionist, to Kelly etc etc etc) was out of this world. The service was so good that bought 2 vehicles.

I was looking for a new car and Dean Blatz show me some cars. When I decided which I wanted he found my car for me and had it delivered to Saskatoon. I am very happy with my new vehicle. Dean also arranged financing for me. In the future should I wish to replace the car I will definitely call on Dean to help me.

We bought our car today from Jilene Allan at SMP. The entire process was wonderful from start to finish. We went to SMP because of Curtis and he directed us to the perfect car and then to Jilene to help us through the process. Riun Bolld was amazing when we did the financing as he was with the previous 2 vehicles that our daughter bought. The next vehicle will definitely be bought from SMP as we are thinking of trading in our jeep for another Chevrolet.

This was the best customer service I have ever had in my life! First of all, Jami Allan was super helpful in giving us the information we needed when we were in contact with her before going in. We told her what we were looking for and the budget we were working with and she found us a car that I never thought I'd be able to get! Then when we went in, everyone was very friendly and Jami gave us everything we needed to figure out if this was the car for us. The test drive was a lot of fun and we really liked the car. I had to go back the next day to finish everything up as the banks were already closed by the time we decided to buy the car. Jami came and picked me up from my house and brought me in and Jeff Bowyer was incredibly helpful with all the financing and explaining everything to me. They made sure I was taken care of at SGI and overall, it was just a fantastic experience. We run a business in Saskatoon and decided to get a city express van from this dealer. We were told we would receive a contractor package and ladder rack. We were told the van needed to go to Regina and we would get it in a week or so. A month and a half later and almost 2 payments on the van, its still sitting on their lot waiting to go to Regina. Finally it goes, and when it comes back, no ladder rack and didn't get the contractor package we were told we would get. Its been over 2 months and we are still waiting on the roof rack and were told what we got for the contractors package was all we are getting and that someone obviously made a mistake in what they told us. We keep getting the run around with the ladder rack and there has been no compensation for all their screw ups. Not happy at all, will never go back.....would not even give one star but wouldn't let me post without at least one star.

Even though it was a long Day Phillip Li, my salesmen made sure I was well taken care of. He made sure I knew what was happenning every step of process and explained everything. I would definitely recomend him if you are looking for a new vehicle.

If I could put a zero I would the service department is a disaster , twice I brought it in and did unauthorized work I clearly told them not to and two other times I dropped the truck off with massive pre booking, truck sat in the lot all day and called me said they couldn't get to it due to not not having the right technician or parts. Absolutely clowns I will not buying another dam vehicle from these idiots

Great sales staff led by sales legend Dan Barrett. Good selection. Some amazing deals .... but ... some of the pricing of things is out of whack. To their credit, they share the vehicle history with you. But when I see an SUV selling for $23K and the CarProof report says it has $13K damage from a collision, I kind of go ... DUDE! You can't ask $23K for something that was nearly written off!

Fair to deal with except they don't give you anything for trade in value. Low balled by half the amount on book value of a mint trade in vehicle, but 2 people did stay later after doors closed on a sat night to complete my purchase

Steven is the best parts guy there anytime I needed over 40 years they are the best very helpful take time to explain things yup best service ever only complaint I have get ernie back he has been retired to long lol lol I'm I bought a used Toyota van 2000 sienna 800.00 what a piece of garbadge nothing but electrical problems I sure hope they dont provide parts for the space program in America was the only foreign vehicle I ever bought and last one love my gm vehicles always worked when I needed one and when it dies I get another one from smp so ya this place is well recomended :)

We purchased a vehicle from SMP when our lease was almost over. From the first moment we were there the employees treated us with nothing but respect. Every detail of the sale was explained and Jami Allen ensured we were completely satisfied with our purchase. We returned a few weeks later for questions about the vehicle and Rebecca Friesen was absolutely spectacular. She ensured the entire repair process was properly dealt with under the vehicle warranty and was an absolute delight to speak with. I have dealt with other dealerships and SMP was by far the most professional and attentive. They made sure we were happy every step of the way. I would not go anywhere else in Saskatoon!!!

The staff at SMP was great. Sahib was the guy who helped me get my vehicle. I would definitely recommend everyone to check out this place, you will get your approval fast if everything is good. They do give you advice and discuss different options with you before advancing in talks.
