I recently had maintenance/repair work done at SMP service department. I was very satisfied with the work they did and my service advisor went beyond what she needed to help me find discounts and warranty coverage. My total savings, b/c of the efforts of advisor, was $2400. Not only that but they also were sure to inform me of the extra repairs needed/recommended before completing them.
