I am very unsatisfied with the service department....

I am very unsatisfied with the service department. Every time I ve had to get work done on my car after my four free oil changes were up I ve had to pay more than what I m quoted. I ve had problems with three different advisors. My car sat at the shop since 10am today and I finally got a call at 3:30pm telling me they didn t have time to work on it and that I could keep it there overnight and hopefully they would get to it the next day. When I told them I was unsatisfied with the service the assistant service manager Micheal called me, hardly let me speak on the phone and told me If given the opportunity they would try to make it right. This is my second time having to talk with Micheal about an issue and frankly all he can offer is a bandaid. I will not be taking my car back to SMP until I can hand them the keys. I am beyond disappointed.
