Everything went really well here. Can't say enough good things about Alan and the folks at SMP. But while we were initially offered 4.9% on our car loan, after opting out of the "service contract" add-ons, we were surprised to find that the sales associate had raised the interest rate to 7% without mentioning the change. So we signed assuming 4.9% was to stay the same. Yes, I know, buyer beware, read the fine print etc. etc. but in my opinion this is a very important piece of information that was glossed over.
Too bad, I'd have given SMP more business and a 5 star rating otherwise.
