We run a business in Saskatoon and decided to get a city express van from this dealer. We were told we would receive a contractor package and ladder rack. We were told the van needed to go to Regina and we would get it in a week or so. A month and a half later and almost 2 payments on the van, its still sitting on their lot waiting to go to Regina. Finally it goes, and when it comes back, no ladder rack and didn't get the contractor package we were told we would get. Its been over 2 months and we are still waiting on the roof rack and were told what we got for the contractors package was all we are getting and that someone obviously made a mistake in what they told us. We keep getting the run around with the ladder rack and there has been no compensation for all their screw ups. Not happy at all, will never go back.....would not even give one star but wouldn't let me post without at least one star.
