I've taken my car here twice and each time I've had a real good experience.

Recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited at this dealership with very nice deal. Their service were over the top. And I really mean that. Jilene was very friendly and helpful with everything I needed. It was definitely one of my favourite experience at a car dealership. Thanks to everyone who helped me the moment I walked in through the door. I look forward to service my newly purchased Jeep and definitely will spread the words.

Purchased my very first brand new car a 2017 TRAX and love it. Kelly was my sales person and he was great even getting me the color I wanted. Kelly took the time to show me all the features of my new car and show me around the Service Department where I will be getting my maintenance done. He made the process smooth and painless. Would recommend SMP if looking for a new car. I am very happy so far.

I bought a new vehicle from this dealership in about 5 months ago .after driving the vehicle for 4 months a had an issue with the heating system during the cold days not producing enough heat unless I drove
it in a higher speed and also the temperature gauge is not in the middle I.went back and told them the issue. They told me i should bring the vehicle so that they can check it plus they told me there's a safety inspection 150 points that they need to check the vehicle as GM wanted them to do.today I took the vehicle in .. After few hours laiter they told me that my cabin filter is bad and therefore I must change it.it Become a suprising for me a new vehicle , never droved it outside the city or gravel road and also didn't drove it during the summer , how comes
the cabin filter can be bad in a short period of time and how comes that they didn't check it when they were doing
oil change few days ago ????? That made me suspicious of the level of accuracy of the previous
oil changes. ( honesty is the best policy) While laiter they called me and told me my vehicle is ready for pick up. I went there and talked to the guy that I was a singed with , but the guy took a cabin filter which was under his table and told me that this is your cabin filter which was super dirty and I'm very positive 100% that was not my cabin filter no matter what.Finally I had to pay the cabin filter , the labour plus the 150 point inspection which I thought it was covered by the warranty since I had the vehicle in a short period and no one explained to me. Today I have seen the real face of this dealership which made me shocked, and therefore I will not trust them anymore..

Spenny set me up with a sweet new whip, him and the smp crew were friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. I highly recommend getting a vehicle with these guys!!

Steve at SMP was very helpful. He answered all questions I had. Went above and beyond for me, and I drove home with a brand new truck. He strives to make the customer feel as comfortable as possible while at the dealership. Customer service is on point. Coffee, water, and muffins are provided. Steve did not try to pressure me or talk me Into anything. Kelly one of the finance managers, was very thorough at explaining all the excellent protection programs that SMP have put in place. Kelly was very friendly and sharing stories with me about how these programs have helped previous customers and family members. I highly recommend going to SMP if you are thinking of buying a new or used vehicle.

Had my car there for service and dealt with Amber, 100% recommend her as a service advisor to someone who truly cares about their car. She made sure to watch carefully over my car while still getting my service done in a timely matter. Couldn't be happier with the service!

Fantastic service from Phillip! He was able to sell both me and my best friend Jeep Grand Cherokees, which we both love. He was very honest, friendly and most of all, not pushy. This has been my first car purchase and while shopping around I had an very horrible experience at some other dealerships. Being a young woman I feel some of the other used car places took advantage of that as well the fact I didnt know a whole lot about the process. I was once driving a Mazda 3. I drove to Saskatoon for a birthday party and had extra time to spend. And with that time I drove by Saskatoon SMP there I saw this nice Chevrolet Truck. I decided to drive in and talk to a someone. There was this salesman named Philip Li who assisted me. That same day I drove home with a brand new truck.

Stan Garchinski was extremely helpful in the entire process of making the purchase and registering the vehicle in Saskatchewan. We are a BC company and we had to jump through a few hoops. He introduced us to a great insurance agent and even came by the airport to pick us up! Thank you Stan and the SMP team; your action reflects how much you value your customers.

Bought a new truck from SMP and the sales team was great, financing was great, management was very good to deal with. All in all a very good experience. One thing keeping this from being a 5 star is final detailing(I m very picky) and the product they used on the chrome left a bit of a haze and windows had streaks(not horrible) but could have been better. I delt with Dan Barrett and his associate Autumn on the sales side and even though they were crazy busy it was still a good experience.

I am giving a 1 star rating for one reason. I was sold a pre-owned truck that was due for scheduled maintenance, and didn't know until I was called from the service department months later. Apparently I'm due for a 50,000km maintenance, which includes an intake cleaning and multi point inspection. My truck had more than 50,000km on it when I bought it, so thanks for passing the cost of that on to me SMP.

Myself and my wife needed to get a new suv as we are expecting a child, the staff at smp was super helpful not pushy and had a variety or vechiles to choose from. They made ou shopping experience excellent.

I bought a new Equinox a week ago. I dealt with Sam, she was amazing. Dealt quickly with my trade and got me a fair price. She treated my 8 year old son like he was the buyer so he has an great memory of our time there. Financing was a bit slow due to COVID and banks, but they were great with communicating that and sending us home to wait instead of keeping us there. Despite a busy Saturday I felt like I was Sam and Kelly's only customer.

Every time I go to SMP the more I love the place. They make you feel like family and they take such good care of you. I just finished using the body shop there and they were so helpful. I won't go anywhere else.

Took the vehicle in because the engine light was on. The technician didn't find anything wrong, suggested oil change and some other stuff instead which will cost me $900. I declined because I just had oil change not long ago. They still charged me over $200 even though they had no idea what's going on with my vehicle and didn't do anything. Think twice before you bring your vehicle in for service!

Try to get in for an oil change on a saturday morning only to be asked did i make an appointment? I informed her no because your website says "no appointments necessary" Then she says that we only take appointments and there is no walk ins today as were full for the day. that was a complete waste of my time as i drove 20 bloody minutes from where i live just to be turned away. Maybe they should change there slogan or motto on their site as what i understand it said this..."Our service department is now open on Saturdays from 9am-6pm and on Thursdays until 9PM for oil changes, no appointment necessary! We offer Certified Service Express Oil Changes, just drive in and get your oil changed, no appointment needed!................yeah right.

SMP was great place to purchase a vehicle. Everyone was kind, respectful and very knowledgeable. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star instead of a 5 star is because I am a little disappointed that when you purchase a brand new vehicle it doesn't even come with a tank of gas. It was almost on E, but we've had the vehicle for a few weeks and are loving it.

Had a great experience with Spencer and Kelly. They went above and beyond what they had to do for me. tried many other dealerships and did not receive the quality of service that these two gentleman provided. Wouldn't suggest anyone else to go see if you're looking for new or used vehicles

Brought my 2017 chevy truck in for the back window recall (third visit) since the sliding back window started leaking, discovered when I washed it, and they were the last people to touch it so I figured they could take a look at it... I told them about everything and where the water came in and how it was all over the back seat (have pics) but the service advisor said they would have to test it themselves and possibly charge me for it... then she tried to add in an oil change service on the work order when I specifically said I only wanted the recall looked at on the phone! Trying to sneak it in before I sign it and leave.
I understand its a business that needs to make money but its hard for a customer to have trust in them when that happens. Not that customer service really treated me with respect since I bought the truck new and I'm only 25... why would I buy a truck there again anyway?
To top it off, I left the truck there for a full day and I get a call at the end of the day saying they didn't have time to get it in.... SERIOUSLY?!! That's why I made an appointment in the first place!! She hands me the keys and does not mention booking another appt... its been a week with no call back. DO NOT GO TO SMP FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Get a truck and get out

Recently I purchased a 2010 used Avenger, with -very- low kms. 21000... Impressive find, to be honest. Most cars that age have a lot more distance on them and I thought it was a good find.

Driving off of the lot, I hit the trip odometer... I didn't even get 30km and the car died outright. The electrical system was fried. I was on a first date at the time, and I had to get her to drive ME home. Embarrassed to say the least! The fuse board was completely shot and needed to be replaced. My confidence in my purchase was utterly obliterated at this point.

I had to get it towed at midnight, no less...huuuuge inconvenience, utterly stressful. I got set up with a rental as it was still under warranty but I didn't get my car back for a week. I immediately informed the dealer that I'd be enacting my 30 day exchange clause.

I looked at a comparable car, a high KM 2011... they weren't willing to come down on the sticker price -at all-. In what world is a 2010 with 22,000 km with $4,400 less than a 2011 RENTAL RETURN with 54,000km!?!?

Then came in the business manager to feed me double talk, trying to browbeat me into a sale.... trying to make it sound like this is the best car in the world, blah blah blah. It's like it doesn't even factor in that they sold me a LEMON and they took ZERO responsibility for that.

SMP Saskatoon will never see my business again, and I would -STRONGLY- urge you to look elsewhere.

I had fast great service. I came in knowing what I wanted and they helped me get it either away. I noticed when I got it home the fog lights weren't working and they got Mer in a week later and has then fixed right away!

SMP is fine when you buy a car but their maintenance department recommends work that is not required at the frequency stated in the owners manual.

It was very nice to be in a bubbly, positive and energetic atmosphere. We were treated wonderfully, professionally and it was a great experience. We did have trouble with on star activiation but the salesman did stay with us until it was resolved.

Mark Sugar gives the best sales service for new or used vehicles, he's always willing to give extra time to make sure the customer feels comfortable and can make an informed no pressure decision.

Our 2014 Silverado was damaged and needed body work. SMP Body Shop was our first choice for the repairs . We have all our service , tires and any other things needed for either our Silverado or Traverse done here. We totally trust SMP and have always been happy with the work they have done for us.

I purchased my vehicle from SMP in April after I had danced around which vehicle and where I should buy it from. After narrowing it down I had figured out what car I wanted and where I was getting it from (which wasn't SMP...) Dean in finance and Greg in sales went above and beyond the call of duty because they didn't have the vehicle I wanted to buy.. so they found one for me, brought it in, matched the price from the other dealer, threw in some free gas and the car they found had more options then the one I was about to purchase.
They were the ones to contact me to tell me about finding me my vehicle, after I had already decided else where. It was nice to find out they were looking on how to accomodate me.
I am happy I bought a brand new car and look forward to taking back for its scheduled maintenance as well as the comfort of the warranty as well.
I recommend shopping at SMP, I will refer to all my friends and family. After purchasing my vehicle and telling my story I found out from a lot of other people that they wouldn't shop anywhere else than SMP.

After this last experience will not be using SMP for another vehicle what a horrible horrible experiance . No one calls you back and you can't pick up your vehicle even though financing has gone through . Its literally my property and they dictate whether I can pick it up or not , absolutely joke of a dealership. Stay clear people

From start to finish in -30 C, the entire staff (from the poor mechanic) who installed the new battery in our car, made our buying experience at SMP very enjoyable. The service we received was top notch and the salesman was very knowledgeable. I purchased my first vehicle from SMP in 2004 and it was nice to see their attention to detail has not changed. special thanks to Ben and Steve for making us feel comfortable and welcome throughout our purchase. I will definitely be visiting them again when it is time for another vehicle
