Drop off today to the service dept for an oil leak from my Volt went well. They were very busy but it felt efficient...will update as they progress.
Everything went as expected. The leak turned out to be what I figured and they repaired the seal lickety-split. The communication that Rebecca provided through the process was more than expected and very much appreciated.

Initially my husband was looking to trade in his extended cab truck for a newer crew cab, within 3 weeks (without really looking to trade in my vehicle) I had also traded in my suv for a larger seating capacity suv (during the process of my husband s vehicle purchase we had talked about how large our family is and how I was NOT willing to get a minivan to haul the kiddos around, that we would have to make my vehicle work for the time being. That being said Our sales rep really listened to what our future needs would entail and contacted me with a great deal on a larger suv that would meet my needs) Sahib was our sales rep, I CANNOT say enough positive things to describe the level of professionalism we received from Sahib. My husband s new truck was cleaned by Sahib himself (as we were there later than business hours to pick it up) and was exceptionally IMMACULATE!! 2014 Chevy Silverado (my first new truck)
While the truck pretty much sells itself, the staff at SMP were very knowledgeable about their product. While this is our very first NEW truck, they were helpful in providing information to prove to us that now was the time to buy new. They understood our needs and did not try to sell us more then we needed.
It was a fun and stress free experience for us. They shared personal experiences like they have known us for years (Stan I like my steaks medium rare).
Kelly was great to work with and really work hard to get us a good deal. Plus came in on a day off the finalize the deal (showing his dedication to our happiness). Would like to see pics of his up coming fishing trip.
Mike really worked to help us understand the financial side. This man has a strong background in the whole process (watch out Stan your job may be at risk here). He is currently restoring an old Apache, and loves to talk about it, as well as what else is going on in his life.
Very knowledgeable, friendly helpful staff. Extremely satisfied with their service. We had a limited amount of time but Dani in finance was very organized and helped us right away. Cam was easy to work with and found me the truck I wanted and spent a lot of time explaining everything about the truck to me.
Bought a used vehicle there for an awesome price. I'm a bit of a price watcher and I like to know all the ways they come to a price..had to double check some figures but came up with a good deal..even better interest rate than I was quoted so that was good. Samantha and Tamara were fun to deal with.
If you have the unfortunate luck of having vehicle issues hoepfully you will be lucky enough to have Rebecca Friesen look after you. I ran in to a bit of bad luck with my car and she took awesome care of me every time. She really went the extra mile to accomodate my needs and I feel fortunate for having been dealt with by her. My wife and I, have dealt with many, many vehicle sales people and Carlos (our sales rep) by far is the star :) Carlos was not aggresive nor pushy which is a real plus. He introduced me to the sales managers, body shop, parts and service managers. Something some places dont do.

I went in today for an oil change and asked them to check my back tire as it was low the day before.
I sat in the lounge for over 2 hours before they came to tell me that they found a nail in the side wall of the tire I asked them to check.
They told me it was NOT ABLE TO BE REPAIRED and I needed to purchase 2 new tires. I decided to get 4 new ones installed. They told me it would be $409/ tire, shuttled me home and told me it would be finished before noon. (The shuttle showed up at 430)
After a little research, I found the same tires for $327/ tire elsewhere.
My husband was leery and decided to go look at the tires himself once he was done work. They were definitely not expecting my husband to show up. The nail WAS NOT in the side wall at all and the tire WAS repairable- there was NO NEED for new tires at all.
SMP totally took advantage of me as a woman who was alone today. If my husband has gone in initially, I can guarantee they would have been able to fix my tire.
Leased a new truck for work with the team at SMP. The service has been 100% top notch. The original sales rep I was dealing with left before the lease was complete, Ben stepped in and made the process seamless. Everyone from sales and finance have been incredible to work with.

We shopped around at quite a few different dealerships before finally purchasing a Silverado from Randy Swistun at SMP. The one difference we noticed right away was that Randy seemed honest and authentic - we didn't get that with any of the other dealers we were talking to. We actually drove 6 hours to Saskatoon (we live in Flin Flon, MB) because Randy offered us a significantly better deal than the others. In the past after purchasing a vehicle I always wondered if I could have got it for less, but I certainly didn't have that this time.
Staff knew their stuff, price was right and I was treated fairly.

I am not one to leave reviews on such public forums but I did feel it necessary to share my experience at SMP. I don t want this to sound like an exaggeration but if I could give 10 stars on the customer service, I would! I drove into the lot to browse vehicles minutes before closing and I was greated by Aaron who was incredibly, kind, enthusiastic and most importantly he was patient. Personally as a woman I find it slightly intimidating to venture through dealerships browsing for vehicles I know little about (I know I should do my homework but was on a time crunch and needed a new vehicle as soon as possible). He made it noticeably important to prioritize that I find a dependable vehicle that I not only felt comfortable in but had all the features I was looking for. Thank you very much for your assistance!

My experience leasing a new vehicle was very positive. Our salesman Kelly Prior and Finance Manager Kelly Hewart were very helpful. When my wife and I previously bought a vehicle my wife did not have a positive experience as she felt they only focused on me. Whereas her experience at Saskatoon Motor Products was that she was acknowledged and taken seriously, rather than just an accessory of her husband. I felt that we were given a good price on our vehicle from the outset with many perks thrown in which is a departure from my previous experiences wherein it feels like you are pulling teeth to try and negotiate a fair price. Overall, would definitely go back to Saskatoon Motor Products and deal with Kelly Prior.
I was having a problem with my suv and my warranty was just about to expire. The service department staff took the time to listen to my explanation of what I felt was wrong and acted on it. They didn't sluff off my input like an another dealership did. They worked on my truck for a few until they solved the problem. I was so pleased when I got the call and they told me it was fixed. If you need work done I recommend seeing the great people in the SMP service department, they will get you up and running again with out cutting corners.

This dealership is a joke, we have had are truck in to the shop for transmission repairs. The shop foreman knows whats its doing, went for a drive with me. And heard felt the shifting issues its haveing. Replaced a few minor parts. Went and picked it up put 50km and the transmission was still acting to sane way as when we first took it in. Cody in service says if it continues to act up bring it back. Well need less to say its been back. And once again, we get that call from cody.. theres nothing wrong with your truck. I will never buy anything EVER again from this company. They are only happy when they sell you a truck. And know dam well theres some major issues with it. And refuse to fix the problem, just put a bandaid on it to limp it tho. For it breaks down after warrantys over Nd i have to spend thousands of dollars to have a transmission that works right..

i just bought a 2012 dodge journey from SMP i can not say enough about my car sales man i dealt with Mark Sugar and i was amazed i have been to other dealerships in the past and had a bad experience but Mark made my experience a good one he was not pushy at all and when i was undecided on whether i wanted to purchase the vehicle or not he went out of his way and offered to even let me take it for the night to decide if it was the car for me. He spent a lot of time with me asking me what my concerns were and talking me through them. I ended up coming back the next day and purchasing the SUV.
Mark was amazing with my whole family he offered a coloring book and crayons to my youngest child and he never excluded any of my children. Smp even went and gave my three children i pads to play on while the children waited for me and my husband to talk about the vehicle. I was very impressed to see that SMP was very family orientated. We were offered coffee or a drink when we first got in there as we waited for Mark to finish up with his appointment before us.
We were shown the car fax on the SUV which was nice no other dealership has offered me this . The staff at smp are very caring, energetic and wonderful to work with.
