These guys have a great water filtration system and I am very pleased with the quality of the water!

Worst service I have ever had. I been getting water delivered with out asking for it and im getting billed go it. When I had already canceled my account. Perfect example I called weds to ask why I'm getting billed after I cancelled the account. They tell me do I still have the equipment I said no it got picked up already. They tell me they will look into it and call me back. So I just pulled up to my house and I find 2 new waters sitting on my porch, and I never got a call back from them. Don't waist your time with them they are not professional and the customer service sucks!!!!!!!

We were scheduled to receive water once a month and they never came on their scheduled day and wouldn't even call to let us know they wouldn't be coming. We went almost two months before having to call for them to bring water. When we called to cancel our subscription I did not receive an apology and they didn't even try to get me to change my mind. After speaking to Vicki she assured me we would not be charged for the month of April since again, no one brought water on our scheduled day or for that entire month. We were still charged. They seem very disorganized and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Samantha Springs gave me a bottom loading cooler because I can t lift the 5 gallon water bottles. They didn t change me any extra. They were really nice.

My husband and I were in town on business and were handed these branded bottles of water. I can NEVER get my husband to drink water because he says he doesn't like this taste, this was the first time he actually liked the water he was drinking so I asked where they got it from so that I could get more! They told me Samantha Springs. Not only is the branded water a great idea but the taste was hubby approved!

I'm a bit of a water connoisseur. I have never liked soft drinks and rarely drink juice. So when I tell you this water is great that means it really is something. We now get the customized bottled water for my office and have had numerous customers actually ask where the heck we get the water from. I'm telling you its that good.

My healthcare company wanted to offer a special, signature refresher for all their banquet guests. Samantha Springs worked with us to create a unique label with our logo, company name and the name of the attendee for whom that water was given as a gift. The custom water bottles were a hit! Everyone loved it and many continued to use it as I saw many around the lunch room in the following weeks! Thanks for helping us make that happen!

My wife Lindsey posted a review prior to this one and the company responded that they would make things right. This has yet to happen. We made a deal with the previous manager who was great and purchased an entire home water treatment system for over 4,000$. Part of that agreement was we would receive a voucher for a cruise. At the time of the agreement, my wife was pregnant and I told the previous manager that we wouldn't be able to use the voucher for at least another year. He said that the company would honor the voucher and resend us a new one if need be when we were able to use it. Its been a year, and we were ready to use the cruise. When the new manager did answer one or two calls after the complaint on here, she said that in their system we already received the cruise, which is false. Now its been over a month since that interaction and she still refuses to return the calls or honor the agreement. I've been in contact with the previous manager, who also has tried to make contact with the company. Next action we have is to take this to arbitration and hopefully have the previous manager submit verification in order for us to win this battle. I would never recommend this company to anyone, I have no respect for the management since the previous manager left it has gone completely down hill. I hope the owners of the company see this message and do the right thing. After spending over 4,000$ on their system, I find it pretty greedy they wont honor a cruise voucher that was part of the agreement. If anyone sees a response to this complaint and it says they have made it right, it is false. I will update this post when things have been made right.

We signed up for a free water test at a home and garden show. We hadn t built our home just yet, but the well was ready, so we had it tested. It turned out we didn t need a water softener, but we did get a reverse osmosis system from Samantha Springs, and it does the trick.

I love my whole house water softener because it takes the chemicals out of the water as well. Tastes great!

I have Samantha Spring s was delivered right to my door the water dispenser was super cheap and the water tastes AMAZING!!!

After signing up with Samantha Springs for our business, in the last 6 months since we signed up, they have only showed up once during our business hours. They don't respond to phone calls or emails, also charging us with late fees though they're the ones not responding. Finally cancelled service today since we actually got a call from someone and they were quite rude on the phone.

Great tasting water but I had damage done to my wood floor. $1680.00 worth of damage due to a bottle breaking. Company gave me the run around and told me it was my fault. I cancelled service and the next month charged for 7 bottles I never received. Bad customer service and doesn t stand behind the equipment. If I were you I would choose a company I can trust. I dont know about how they run their water delivery business but I can tell you that if the water WalMart packages using their name as the source is what they use in their 5 gallon jugs you couldn't pay me to drink it. Tastes like straight petroleum products or some other blatantly obvious contaminant.

I went months without any refills. They always came by before my business's hours of operation yet they knew exactly when I would be here to come to pick up their cooler.

We used Samantha Springs to promote our grand opening. The private label water really looks cool and our customers love it. Now we sell our own branded water to keep our name out there. Thank you!

The best bottled water in Keller. Man I couldn't believe how different it was when I first tried it. If you're in Keller, try Samantha springs water!

HORRIBLE customer service. The current Manager, Tanya, has yet to return my phone calls after MONTHS of calling. Promised things that have not been followed thru with. The previous manager, Mark was great...always made sure he took the time and went the extra mile. So disappointed, we spent thousands of dollars and now we can't even get a phone call returned.

They never return calls. Delivery didn't come on scheduled date half the time. I cancelled service and not only have I not received our bottle deposit back, but they're trying to keep making unauthorized drafts to my account. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

I cancelled my service because I was getting water delivered without asking for it and they were charging my bank account. I cancelled in 2 months ago but the machine wasn't picked up until last week. NOT MY PROBLEM. Then I was charged TWICE for a year of service AFTER I cancelled service. I'm still waiting to get my money back since I no longer have their machine. Why would they keep my information on file???? Everyone doesn't have money to play with. Yes I'm very unhappy with their service

Service has gone downhill, I will not recommend them!! My Waters aren t being delivered on delivery date, the drivers never show up. They suck!! Still waiting for them to come pick up there equipment!

we love the water and the excellent services the delivery driver comes as needed and always have been really nice about anything and everthing about samantha spring is awesome my fur baby will walk away from tap water he loves his samatha spring water and thats what he gets our baby boy will have anything and everthing my husband love it i give to the bird as will its all good

I would never recommend them to anyone there water tested exactly the same as I had on tap in Hurst area . And I have been trying to get them to come get bottle off my porch for almost a month and every time I call there no answer or return phone call. I have canceled and they still won t come get there bottles and equipment.

Tastes like tap water. I love water and was looking forward to spring water, but, if this is spring water, it is well disguised! Won't be buying it again.

We currently use Samantha Springs at our dental office and we are in the process of canceling our account. It is nearly impossible to get in contact with people there. They don't return messages. We ran out of water twice in two months. In an office this size, we can't afford to be short on water. The water is good quality but customer service doesn't seem to matter to them at all.

I was down in Texas for a conference. They handed out bottled water with the company's brand on it which I thought was a fantastic idea. They said they got it done through Samantha Springs. If I had a business down here I'd definitely be going through them to get this marketing tool. The water was great too!

Wow... I've been trying to get ahold of someone for 3 days with no answer or no call back. I need to get a job there..

Are y'all even open anymore its now been a week with no one answering the phone, returning my call or email.

I called early 12/07 to inquire about starting home delivery service but only received Tanya Henderson's voicemail. I left a message. Later that afternoon I still had not received a returned phone call, however Tanya emailed me. She answered my questions, via email, and I wanted to start service. She said she was busy in meetings and asked for my phone number so she could call shortly. No phone call Friday. It is 4:45 pm Monday, no phone calls....it shows how much they want your business and the level of customer service they provide. Ps. I tried to call and speak to a manager but phone system is all automated.

I'm from Wisconsin but we visited some friends in Keller recently - the water they served was fantastic and being from the north I know good tasting water.

This was the best water we had while in Texas, I love great spring water and it's always fun finding the best in new areas. This was the best we tried while on our trip. I even brought some home.

I have been trying to cancel service for 6 months or more. I have written 5 or more times with no response. They have continued to charge my card causing me to contact my credit card company and dispute the charges. They have the worst customer service of anyone I have every worked with and I highly recommend not to use their service.

My mother ordered water from this company 3 weeks ago and still no delivery of the items she requested. Every time we talk to someone (by them calling back days later) they give us a delivery date and the water never gets delivered. I m amazed at the lack of customer service. Will go elsewhere.

Love the water. Hate the customer service. You can never get anyone to return your calls, you can't get anyone on the phone. Too bad because the water is great. Maybe someone else that cares should take over this business.

We love the taste of our bottled water from Samantha Springs. Local spring water tastes way better than anything we ve tried from the store.

They started off good with timely deliveries then became terrible all of a sudden! The customer service representatives were rude and rarely picked up the phone. Service is terrible now and will never use them again! DO NOT use them. We were going through 10 bottles every two weeks and they would not refill them till it fit their schedule and never came on time. Terrible company!

We have always enjoyed our bottled water service and, in continuing this service with Samantha Springs, we've been very happy with their service. They're punctual with a quality, great tasting water! Plus you can pay your bill online!

This didn't work well for me after an even worse experience dealing with Sparkletts. I was hoping to talk with the manager who came to pick up the equipment but I had a PT appt to attend. After watching the news about tainted water, we decided to get ours tested by Samantha Springs. The test was free, and very informative. About a week later, we called them back to get a water treatment system. They gave us a good price on a newer system. I ve referred them to several friends and will continue to do so.

With moving into a new home and babies on the way we decided to research companies to install a water softener/purification system. We were trying to find a quality company/system within our budget. We were extremely impressed with the service, professionalism and quality of Samantha Springs! Jordan was great to work with and was not only knowledgeable but also very patient in answering all my questions about the services and products. The installation team was extremely professional and thorough in setting up our water softener and purification system. They were punctual and very respectful of my time during our busy move. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family looking for water purification services!

Really sad to leave this review :( I wanted desperately to love this company. It's amazing to have locally sourced spring water and avoid using the big businesses, but they just can't get it together. After a year I gave up on asking for a delivery schedule and we just had to guess. Every few months they would just completely forget about us & we would have to call several times to get a delivery. When we finally cancelled our service I called for 2 weeks straight to have the equipment picked up with no answer at the company and no returned calls or emails. After finally reaching someone they couldn't tell me when someone could come pick it up, so we had to deliver A water cooler & multiple jugs to THEM. Of course I tried to communicate all of this to the company before leaving a review & I got a "sorry you feel that way"

Wow - on vacation visiting friends and they have the most amazing water here! There is definitely a difference from the water back home. Typically I have to force myself to drink water daily but Samantha Springs water is so refreshing and "clean" tasting I find myself drinking more.

After trying several bottled water delivery services, we decided to go with Samantha Springs. They have the best tasting water, and their deliveries have been pretty consistent.

Nasty water. I was treated really bad when we cancelled our service. They claim to have clean water that's regularly tested but on social media when asked to post their testing results, they ignore the requests. Be scared of this water! BEWARE UPDATE: If it is the very best, why don't you post the test results? Has Walmart, Valero or 7-11 ever looked at your test results, or are they only looking for the lowest prices? Did you tell them they were fracking natural gas and pumping chemicals into the ground all around Keller TX when you were selling them their water? Good or bad water, your customer service is horrible with attitude.

I'm only writing this review to see if this is a faster means of communication with the company. I cancelled my service back in March because of how inconsistent the company was with their deliveries (if delivered at all). They came and picked up their equipment on April 1st, but then billed me on April 3rd for that month. I called them that week to ask about the situation and they said they would find out what the problem was. After not hearing back for a couple of days, I called them again and asked for an update. They told me that they were going to have a manager look into it for me and that he would call me back. I waited a week to call back again for an update. They told me they're working on it and that the manager will call me back. It's now been three weeks and I still haven't heard back from them. I would not consider Samantha Springs if you are looking for a reliable water service provider. Hopefully this review will get their attention!

Samantha Springs is no more (so technically, no stars; but their water was great!): the client list and delivery contracts has been purchased by Sparkletts. My wife had a good conversation with the regional manager for Sparkletts; and with that well delivered clarification on their water source and quality, we are now resuming our delivery service.

They haven't delivered to us in over 6 weeks. They provided us with a calendar for drop offs but they don't abide by the calendar. They are inconsistent. Tried to call them but all you get is a voice mail box. We have left several messages but haven't received any calls back. I sent an email as well. It's too much trouble to work with this unorganized company. I'm gonna look for another company to give our business to.

I am not one to write a review, but I have been calling for almost a month and sent email. Of course, I can not get anyone to respond. Do I have to drive up to your office and sign up? I tasted the water at a friends house and it was great. Really don't want to go with the big guys, but at this point I am going to with the service.

I rarely ever post reviews and have never posted a negative one, but feel I need to share my experience about this company. I purchased a very expensive water softener and RO system from them at the beginning of 2017. After being installed I never heard from anyone or could get in touch with anyone. I tried on several occasions to call and email with zero response. I had honestly assumed they were out if business. About 3 weeks ago I received a call from someone asking if anyone had reached out which I replied no to. Since then my $4000 water softer is flashing call for service. I've been promised 3 times by 3 different people in the past 3 weeks I would receive help. Not true! Still nothing! At this point 3 strikes, you're out! Don't give this company your money. They do not care about you!!!

We had Samantha s Springs at my office. We occasionally ran out of water, but for the most part their deliveries were on time. However, it turned out that the credit card used for the payment declined for months, but they still brought us water and never mentioned the card. After a while, obviously they stopped bringing water. Whenever we called for answers, we never got a live answer and always had to leave a voicemail for Desiree. We finally figured out what happened, since no one at Samantha s Springs bothered to let us know we had a past balance due. So we rectified the payment issue, paid the balance and were told our services would resume the following Monday.

Monday came and went, still no water. Again we left a voicemail for Desiree who later called back, stating the water would arrive on Wednesday. And of course, by Thursday morning still no water. We have at least 5 pregnant women in our office so we were forced to buy water bottles from the store to keep the employees hydrated. (Bedford tap water is truly disgusting.)

So then I started messaging them here on Facebook. Whoever runs your messenger is a joke. Days went by with back and forth on messenger, and I demanded a manager contact us. Two more days went by before we got a call and by that point, my boss was pretty much done, as I d already set up services with Sparkletts. (Who s delivery services ALSO include cleaning and changing the water filter, something Samantha s Springs never offered in our several years of service with them.)

At this point, we just want you to come pick up the two dispensers and empty bottles. Again, we ve repeatedly asked them to come pick up their property and at this point they just don t care. Bad business, horrible customer service and retention, and lack of professionalism as it seems Desiree is either always on vacation or doesn t know who to check her voicemails. Do not use this water service!!

I am very happy with the service I received from Samantha Spring. Jordan was very friendly and helpful through the process. He took time to explain things to me even when I was asking questions after questions. I definitely will recommend him and Samantha Spring to others.

Their water is great. However , their customer service SUCKS!!! IVE CANCELLED ABOUT A YEAR AGO , AND I STILL RECIEVE A BILL AND EMAIL MONTHLY AND IVE CALLED AND COMPLAINEX MANY TIMES. PLEASE STOP , I DO NOT WANT TO MAKE A TRIP JUST TO CURSE YALL OUT!!!

The absolute worst service I have ever received. I was told that they would be cheaper than Ozarka, nope not a chance. Charged me $10 more than Ozarka. They have ONE person for customer service and when you can actually get through, Xavier is who you will speak to, and he is very rude, but said he was the office manager, however did not know the answer to even one question I had. Horrible HORRIBLE customer service. The water has a weird taste. The machine had an aroma to it that smelled up the entire office. Absolutely DO NOT use this service! Terrible.

I tried this water a friend's house in Fort Worth and asked him where he got it from. He told me he has it delivered from Samantha Springs. Can't get much better than fresh spring water. Excellent delivery service. Highly recommend.

The delivery was good sometimes we were forgotten but they tried .I still have the bottles that were never picked up from when I cancelled the delivery service almost a year ago.

Worse service ever. Never answered the phones. Haven't refilled our water in 6 months. We had to take the 5 gallons somewhere to fill them ourselves. The only reason they get 1 star is cause no stars isn't an option. Would never recommend them to anyone. Took them forever to come get their dispenser but still wanted to charge for it.

i was a customer for 3 years and in summer when we need them the most there was no service ..but they never forget to charge you ..im surprised they're still in business

We had a water softener and reverse osmosis filter installed and couldn't be happier. There was no pressure from the salesman,installation issues were resolved quickly, and the service since the installation has been great! The price was unbeatable for the product we received.

Maybe it,s just me, but I can't stand the taste of this water. My co-worker feels the same way. Three of us signed up a week ago and we are all back drinking Ozarka water.

The salesman was very nice, no complains about that, but I doubt I will ever get used to this swampy taste. I hope they have a return policy, otherwise I might have to stick some Ozarka bottles underneath their beautiful coolers.

One of the coolest things I had seen in a long time were these, I guess you would call, custom labels that were on all the water bottles that we saw at a business conference in Grapevine. The water hit the spot when drinking it as well, but I even saved the bottle for the label it impressed me so much... Kudos to your whole team!

Great service and product! We got a whole house water softener for our vacation home outside of Fort Worth and the water quality is great. Wish we had their service back home in Tennessee.

HORRIBLE Customer Service!!! Never received the water requested. Driver showed up at the house and walked in and grabbed the equipment and left. Made the statement "We cannot provide you the type of customer service that you need"! Huh?!?! What?!?!? Are you serious?!?! A service company and you "CANNOT PROVIDE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I NEED"!!! Really?!?! Driver was nasty, customer service rep was nasty, manager was non receptive! Good riddins....I will try a more reputable company that can provide me the "customer service that I need"! As a customer service manager, just a suggestion: you might want to have your employees take some sensitivity training as well as some "customer service" trainings....perhaps then you will be able to provide quality customer service, and, retain quality customers!

We ordered some custom labelled bottled water for a charity event. The bottles looked great, and the water tasted even better.

They supply Walmart with Great Value Spring Water. Its 88 cents a gallon and Tastes Great.

Poor service. We've been calling three times for water delivery since last week. We were told that they would deliver our water yesterday. Then, we called again today and they said we'll get it today. But, we haven't get our water until now (@8:35PM). We have to ran and bought bottled water to Costco just to get drinking water. Very disappointed!

I recently had the pleasure to do business with Samantha Springs. They made customized water bottle labels and supplied the water for a large event I put on for a client. Their staff was terrific! They were friendly, timely and professional. And the water was great:)

Just had a water softener system put in along with a water filter. Thrilled with the result. Happy to know our water is free of all impurities and is healthy. Our installer was friendly and professional and was able to answer all of our questions. Great prices and great service. The process was way easier than I thought it would be. I highly recommend Samantha Springs.

I really don't know what is in this water, but I became fatigued and a total jerk to everyone after starting this service, it cleared up after I stopped drinking this. I think there might be some merit to the fracking chemicals in the water table others have posted. I don't think its safe to drink ground water in Texas in general that has not been treated, the manager says it is regularly tested in one of his posts, but refuses to post the results as others have asked him to do repeatedly. I think you should post the results of a water analysis if you have nothing to hide. I would avoid this water and never let an infant drink it by any means without a legitimate water analysis.

I have to make people aware. All I see about this place is the great reviews about the customer service, but not a single compliment or review about how HORRIBLE the water tastes. I'm not exaggerating when i say I've had better tap or well water than this stuff. Everyone I've talked to that has drank the bottled water from here also agrees. So please put as much effort in to your product as you do the service. Service is great, but the water I do not recommend to anyone.

We used Samantha Springs for a corporate event and their custom bottled water labels were a big hit! the service was prompt and they got the design aspects just right on what look ad message we were trying to incorporate. Very pleased with their service!
