We had Samantha s Springs at my office. We occasionally ran out of water, but for the most part their deliveries were on time. However, it turned out that the credit card used for the payment declined for months, but they still brought us water and never mentioned the card. After a while, obviously they stopped bringing water. Whenever we called for answers, we never got a live answer and always had to leave a voicemail for Desiree. We finally figured out what happened, since no one at Samantha s Springs bothered to let us know we had a past balance due. So we rectified the payment issue, paid the balance and were told our services would resume the following Monday.

Monday came and went, still no water. Again we left a voicemail for Desiree who later called back, stating the water would arrive on Wednesday. And of course, by Thursday morning still no water. We have at least 5 pregnant women in our office so we were forced to buy water bottles from the store to keep the employees hydrated. (Bedford tap water is truly disgusting.)

So then I started messaging them here on Facebook. Whoever runs your messenger is a joke. Days went by with back and forth on messenger, and I demanded a manager contact us. Two more days went by before we got a call and by that point, my boss was pretty much done, as I d already set up services with Sparkletts. (Who s delivery services ALSO include cleaning and changing the water filter, something Samantha s Springs never offered in our several years of service with them.)

At this point, we just want you to come pick up the two dispensers and empty bottles. Again, we ve repeatedly asked them to come pick up their property and at this point they just don t care. Bad business, horrible customer service and retention, and lack of professionalism as it seems Desiree is either always on vacation or doesn t know who to check her voicemails. Do not use this water service!!
