We used their custom water bottle label service for our company picnic. It was a hit!

My husband and I were visiting the Dallas area for some business meetings and one of the business we stopped at had water bottles for visitors with their company logo on it. It was one of the coolest things I have seen. We now buy custom water bottles from Samantha Springs with our business name on the label. Smart, Smart, Smart. Highly recommend! These people do a great job

I don't usually leave feedback about companies, but I have to with this one. I posted a year and a half ago about the service we received with the installation of our whole home water softening system and RO. Since then, the service has been horrible. We've called 3 times asking for someone to come look at our system - we haven't used a grain of salt in 18 months, and our appliances and faucets still have build up - and haven't gotten one return call. We finally had to schedule another company to come take a look and find the problem. This is beyond frustrating when you've spent over $4000 on a system. After the new company comes in and finds the problem, we plan on taking this to arbitration to ensure that Samantha Springs upholds their warranty and corrects the issue. If we cannot get a response, hopefully our lawyer can.

I have never left a bad review before. I truly hate to leave them. This is the first time I have ever felt it appropriate.

I ordered from here for a year and cancelled when I moved. CANCELLED. I was gone for over a year or more never hearing from them or getting bills. Then out of the blue they say I owe them money for this whole time. The house they say they've been delivering to is FORECLOSED ON. Empty. Where has the water been going and why are they just now contacting me?

With barely any communication they discounted me like $40 bucks but what good is that when this is so insanely crazy?

End of story, find a more trustworthy, organized water source.

The sales rep. "Shorty" is AWESOME!! She takes her time & makes sure that she explains everything in detail as to the upfront & monthly costs of the water service. Our company had another water delivery company for about 12 years and we started to get poor service form them, so I'm glad that I kept the business card from this rep & reached out to her & started our new service today. Great customer service from everyone that I have had communication with over the past month!!

I have been buying Great Value (walmart brand) spring water for years, and lately the local stores in Charleston,SC have been stocking water from Samantha Springs TX. It may come a long way to get here, but the water tastes great! I find it better then other spring waters sourced.

I was with them a couple of years, love the taste of the water, the service started out great, then all the sudden some other people were handling things, totally lost, I finally got things going, then I'm dealing with sparkletts, don't like their water. Been leaving messages for two weeks for Samantha springs to ask a couple of questions, all you get on the main line is a this woman that never calls you back.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the water as well as their billing practices. They double billed me. I cancelled this service then they sent a rude guy out to pick up the water I have already paid for. I also discovered that they are doing fracking all around Keller. Felt safer drinking tap water.

Best spring water in Texas. I moved out of fort worth a few months back and I could no longer get water delivered to my house. So I called the company to see if I could find their water somewhere else. Sure enough, I found it at Walmart.Great water and a great company.

We did a lot of research looking and trying all types of water from various sources. A few of my clients have the capabilities to test samples for contaminates and they allowed me to submit hundreds of samples throughout the years. The balance between best tasting and cleanest water I found was from Samantha Springs.

Water delivery is not predictable. This is the 2nd month in a row that we did not get our delivery. I called the office on April 26th about our scheduled delivery for April 19th that didn t show. I was told we would get a delivery on Friday, April 27. It s the 30th & still have not received our delivery & did not get a return phone call from the voice message I left about the issue.

I was looking for a reverse osmosis system for my whole house. It turns out, I only needed a softener. The sales rep at Samantha Springs explained the differences, and I m so glad went with the softener. It cost way less and it softens the water perfectly.

Really like the Monticello brand water it has the best taste/flavor I have ever found. Been drinking it for years and highly recommend it.

Thank you for fixing my water. Our water was so hard and smelt like a pool. The system you installed is fantastic. We get clean water running through the whole house now. Awesome!

You can get natural bottled spring water here or they will deliver. Spring water is very different from purified water. It is very pure and tastes so much better. It is the real deal from deep within the earth. I believe that it is Family owned and operated. I am a very small customer but they always remind me that no order is too small. I drive out to Keller to pick up from their location. Everyone is always very welcoming.

My company gets their water from Samantha Springs and it's fantastic. The price for the quality of water that they deliver is practically unbeatable. Being that we are coffee & tea snobs - we are also water snobs and are constantly on the look out for the best water. We conducted a blind taste test in the office and Samantha Springs came out on top every single time. If you like water like we do - you owe it to yourself to give them a try.

I have had nothing but WONDERFUL service from them! Everyone I have had the pleasure of interacting with has been very helpful. They are just a great group of people!! Oh, that the taste of their water is AMAZING! Do yourself a favor and give them a try. They wont disappoint.

Samantha Springs fixed my water with a whole house water filter that *has a built in water softener. My water tastes and feels way better now, and the whole process was very affordable.
