Very disappointing, had a technician who told us that we would have up to 30 days to cancel our service with no penalties. Come to find out after re-reading contract and talking with customer service rep. that we only had 3 business days to make that decision. There was no offer of help for the situation from the companies side. Now we would be stuck with a $2,000 or so cancellation fee, and we have had the service for less than 30 days and have never even used it...read the whole contract before you sign your money away.
