Safe Haven Security

If I could use no stars in this review I would most certainly do it. The Sales Rep that came to my house starting showing up to hang out with my room mate. Then he told me that I could cancel anytime. I called into to cancel my account and I was told that I would incur a huge bill to cancel. I believed the sales rep when he stated that i could cancel anytime. I believe honesty should be how a company operates. Not the case here. I was promised a security camera. I still don't have one set up almost a year later. To make matters worse I was charged double last month. This is really ridiculous at this point. I will tell everyone I come across not to use this company. Most companies just dont make things right. They are too big to care with their sales reps actually say to customers.
