Went here a few wks ago with my best friend for afternoon tea, it was amazing would definitely go bk.

Nice place for a drink after work. Plenty of nice seating, a good drinks selection and a great backdrop by the river.

I'd give more than 5 stars if it was possible. Had my wedding here, and couldn't imagine a better venue. So accommodating as well if you have dietary requirements etc. Looking foward to spending many more days/weekend stays here. Very happy customer :)

Lovely setting. Very polite and helpful staff. Facilities were very good. Would recommend. The hotel is a couple of minutes from Egham, close to Staines. Very well kept grounds.

Very convenient to Heathrow. Nice meeting rooms and spa.

Booked for afternoon tea with friends and kids. Lovely staff and very attentive. So much variety in sandwiches and cakes.

Nice hotel but not that modern anymore. Walls are very thin and you could hear many noises during the night. Good breakfast and a nice view especialy during summer time and sitting outside.

Lovely in the lounge or on the terrace. Order the club sandwich you won't regret it! Free parking too!

Stayed here for one night for a birthday party, the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, the rooms were very clean, bed was very comfortable, also used the spa, which if I had a lot more time would of used more of the facilities. Oh I found the towels a little on the hard side, but all in all I would 100% recommend staying here, oh I forgot the food, wow amazing breakfast choice.
If you don't live that far would recommend a spa day or evening dinner..

In a lovely location, the hotel is very nicely presented. Our meal was wonderful, and the staff on hand and behind the bar were great.

Such a beautiful venue here. I use this for work for meetings. The hotel is just beautiful right next to the lake. Meeting rooms are great too. The food in the buffet area is exquisite. The spa and gym arre great too. I love coming here, it's so relaxed.

Very nice hotel with excellent views of the Thames. It is located in an area where the is a huge amount to do so is a great base to go from. Staff were great and the food is all buffet style and works brilliantly

Absoletuly gorgeous hotel, and the food was out of this world! I would definitely recommend it.

positive aspect is that parking is free and u can sit by the river

however could find staff.to service us as no one was manning the station so had to get up and go to the bar inside to get a drink

also they dont do cocktails which was a disappointment however will come.back to try the buffet one evening then may changr my view and rating

We went with the French Brothers Christmas lunch on the river Thames really good. Great starf nice meal.

Brilliant employees and very nice spa with a pool, jacsusie, suana and massage machines. Brilliant gym with everything you need. Good rooms with nice ensuites and views of river Thames. The TVs could use an upgrade however, they have most channels and option to purchase films. The restaurant buffet is so amazing with and endless choice of brilliant food at lunch, dinner and breakfast.

Situated on a picturesque part of the river that you can easily lose a day watching the boats go past.
The hotel itself is clean and modern with an outdoor pool with lifeguards on duty and ample staff keeping the area tidy.
The bit that made out stay great was the Lock bar and kitchen restaurant. Both our evening meal and breakfast were very good and the staff were extremely attentive and always had a smile. Gemma especially, who remembered us and where we were sat the night before when we sat down for breakfast just shows the great service provided here.

Nice location, clean tidy facilities and polite staff.

Had lunch. Nice coffee and good quick lunch. Staff cleaned our table outside as we were only/first people to sit outside.

We used it for a business meeting. Great food and variety during lunch.

Clean modern hotel with very helpful and professional staff. Lovely views of the river from the terrace where you can eat. The breakfast bar has a wide range of foods to cater for different tastes.Would highly recommend this hotel and will be staying again.

Great place to stop of you're out on the river, they have a few mooring spaces but there are extra spaces at the lock jetty. Nice outdoor bar and food is ok.

The food is fantastic, facilities top notch and hotel rooms very decent. Has plenty of wooden ducks too

Customer service second to none mentioned I was interested in the Magna Carta and the marketing chap got me a poster explaining all about it enjoyed it so much have re booked

Our favourite local restaurant and hotel where quality is always the best and attention to detail is spot on! There are fantastic options and spread of food and drinks from buffet to lounge.

Considering the awards received for the food, it was well below par. Overpriced dishes that did not say yum.

Stopped off on the boat for G&T. Easy to moor up. Best spent in the sunshine.
