A great spot for business meetings. Easy to get to from the M25. A uniquely designed facility in a terrific setting on the Thames. Great for business meals, coffees, conferences and I've even become a regular at their beautiful spa!

I had the Buffet Lunch here as part of a Hen Party and it was great! They let us bring balloons to decorate and the starter and dessert buffet had an incredible selection, it was just a shame that the main meals didn't live up to this standard: just not a huge range
If you're thinking of eating at the Runnymede then make a booking in the Leftbank restaurant, you will not be disappointed!! I've eaten there several times (evening only) but today I have been for a Sunday lunch and omg, Amazing!!!!!! You'll leave this restaurant extremely full if your like me, eyes too big for belly haha.
Massively overpriced for a small brown room. Blood on the robe and air con makes the bed vibrate.
My wife and I really enjoyed afternoon tea and Champagne. Karl made us feel very welcome and took good care of us. A very enjoyable experience.

My other half had booked me a surprise for my birthday weekend along with some treatment, the beauty therapist was amazing. I felt so relaxed after my treatment and she had out the right amount of pressure which suited me. We arrived with a beautiful birthday card and some coconut sweets that were truely lovely. From the welcome in the room to our good morning for breakfast to our very last goodbye, it was amazing. Service was on point and i am a tough cookie to please. The view from our bedroom was amazing too, the walk was good outside of the restaurant and all staff were attentive. The only thing that niggled me was the chap/ doorman who was at the front welcoming people, keot telling my partner to wear a mask when he is exempt due to medical reasons. Other than this, i absolutely loved it. Would i come back? Yes i would, we are planning our next stay already

Visited The Runnymede for a wedding. Excellent service and events managing. The atmosphere and catering was lovely. We were fairly separated from the main hotel lobby in the events section so it felt easy to navigate. The rooms were of a decent size for our function and the staff were helpful and friendly.
A fantastic evening away. The facilities are clean and in great condition. Friendly and professional staff. Great food with great service. The location is picturesque with a relaxed feel.

I went there for a buffer meal at one of the restaurant "The Bank" with my family to celebrate our birthdays ..
The cold buffet was nicely full of salads, sliced cured meat, cheese board, and more
The hot buffet was serving a Sunday roast dinner of chicken and beef, I had 2 slices of beef which was so delicious and soft !!
Plenty of sides like roast and boiled potatoes, italian gnocchi with vegetables , corn, broccoli, etc.
Nice desserts table but unfortunately when I tasted them didn't have much flavour, even the macaroons
Overall, for a good food and customer service, I would have given 5 stars but I can only give a 4 because of the desserts, and the struggle with the hot weather not having any air conditioning in the restaurant. After asking to an attendant, we managed to share a stand fan with the other table clients.
But I would highly recommend it and we will be back again hopefully soon.

We went in here for food not to stay.
I must say first, the staff are fanominal always there to help the second you need it, the chef was stood with the food he has made to explain anything you need to ask and give recomondations and everyone he did recommend wa supurb.
Was fine. Buffey food very nice. were unable tk access "my profile" when checking out so unable to properly review before payment and had to follow up days later to chase email receipt.

Fantastic location, great outside pool. Weather was gorgeous. We hired a boat, which was a great addition to our short break. Room was very clean and comfortable with great river views. Busy venue but the staff were very helpful in making sure we were catered for.

Wonderful, and only a lovely river walk away from memorials to Magna Carta (and delicious cream tea). No, they did not hire that flock of mallards in the lawn: The ducks, like humans, simply like the place.
Beautiful setting but service was pretty lousy. Almost 30 min to get two beers ... not at the table, had to eait at the bar!!! We changed plans and eat dinner in the village.

Nice hotel. Rooms smallish, but comfortable and well-appointed. Breakfast was good and with a wide variety of items. Didn't use the restaurant for dinner, as I was at an event, but the event food was also very tasty (duck leg etc.). Great views of the river and lock.
Fantastic value for money self service lunch by Riverside.
First buffet lunch experience at Leftbank a few weeks ago, and I really enjoyed it. Lots of salad and fish/grilled meat options so it's possible to eat healthily, with lots of naughty temptations too!
Service was great. Room was clean with modern bathroom. The bed, pillows anf mattress were comfortable. Best part for me, it was next to the river and the morning jog along the river was just wonderful.
Good location and nice surrounds with easy access to LHR off the M-25, but rooms are a bit small and dated even by local standards. Fri / Sat nights can be a real circus if there are multiple weddings/ functions on, and can be hard to find a car park. Gave up trying to have breakfast, as it was like feeding time at the zoo and very busy and disorganised. Better options elsewhere.

We did a team Christmas buffet lunch here, delayed until after Christmas as the weather spoit our pre Christmas plans. The hotel were very accommodating, even going as far as putting out crackers in the middle of Jan.... and for the price it was a great afternoon.

We were here tonight for my brother in laws wedding. Absolutely amazing. The staff were all so friendly. My daughter is a fussy eater and there was nothing of the buffet she liked so they did her grilled chicken and chips. I have never seen her eat chicken so fast! But the food they had was omg amazing!! If I could give a 10 star review I would. Thank you to all the staff for making their reception so amazing xx

Lovely location for lunch, opted for the buffet style which was fresh, varied and delicious.
Overpriced in everyway! Upgraded the room to the riverside only to come and be told that it s double the price, I would not mind paying extra only if the room had been spot on! In fact the room smelt of dirty changing room, the flash button in the toilet wasn t working, no hand wash to clean your hands, how do they charge you double for a riverside view with a small sized window has got me baffled! I didn t go and and mention it to the management at the reception but no steps were taken. The service at both the restaurants were totally rubbish, being 8 months pregnant which was clearly seen I thought they would have some consideration in taking orders but instead it took longer and to top it up no smiles whatsoever. Worst stay ever thank you for making my baby moon a memorable one.
