Great restaurant, very good buffet and very reasonable prices!

My family lived 2 adults and 3 children for 3 weeks and for me it was a beautiful experience, great service, good Restaurant, spacious room with cook and terrace, direct access to the garden, excellent Hotel near Windsor, Virginia Water and Egham, highly recommended

It s basically an airport hotel with some slightly shabby meeting rooms...but the lunch was quite good! Incredibly busy foyer the whole time - they re doing great business!

Excellent hotel with a very good spa. Very expensive charges. Price probably reflects the demand.

Had our wedding here on 21st September 2019. All I can say is that it was amazing from booking to the day! Chris Norris was our first planner and Emma Tompkins and Martin took over absolutely got everything to a tee! Food was excellent all staff behind the scene chefs etc I would like to thank definitely a place to have your wedding.

Great place for a beer after work by the river. Table service is prompt despite being busy

Had a very nice evening meal with friends. Very informal and relaxed. Buffet menu works well - all you can eat, with a wide selection available.

Didn't stay overnight but visited and the coffee was amazing !

It was very busy in there but the staff were lovely and very relaxed, very clean, we didnt stay there as we only popped in to adk about after noon tea, but the lounge area we had coffee in was very nice

If you take a disabled person there are very few disabled parking spaces. When we went they were all being used by golfing BMWs.

Stopped for a drink after a long walk, really nice place.

Turned 6 people away from restaurant. Only open for residents. We wanted to est at 6.00 and would leave by 7.30. We live very close to hotel and eat here every week.

Expensive rooms, but beautiful setting over the Thames. Breakfast is excellent!

Lovely place and tasty food, we eat in the Lock bar and kitchen, good service and friendly staff.Definetly we will came back here to eat again.

Had a lovely meal there however the food was on the pricey side for what it was that they offered. You can tell that they have unnecessarily large profit margins making you pay upwards of a tenner for a sandwich

I didn't stay overnight and only used their conference facilities. The conference room was great. The setting is absolutely amazing and picturesque.

Average restuarant but nice view, open Buffet hardly had anything.

Calm place and the thames is nice to look when you are taking a breakfast or while drinking a beer after works. The breakfast is amazing.

Great place for everybody who want to chill out a little. There is gym and swimming pool indoors and outdoors, kids playground, tennis court and spa. Beautiful location by the river with different food outlets.

We're frequent visitors to The Runnymede but our recent experience was not great. We had to wait 40 minutes to get served drinks, which wasn't the end of the world as it was such a nice afternoon. But then, after paying at the bar inside (following a 20-minute wait outside for somebody to take our payment) one of the waiters chased me outside claiming that I hadn't paid. I was escorted back to the bar to ask the barman for proof that he had just taken my payment - which he had, but hadn't 'put it through' whatever that means. Very embarrassing

I turned up for my booking only to find it wasn't registered. Very disappointed with this as it was a birthday present.
