So effortlessly clean, makes for a lovely spa experience. I loved it

Met up with family here for some drinks and food. We just had bar snacks but there was plenty to choose from and of a high quality. Drinks were served at the table and the service was prompt and professional. The hotel is modern with a lovely view over the Thames.

Such an amazing experince, a very lovely spa hotel which is just 45 mints from London. Great for short break. It has an outer an inner pool. Staff is really friendly and the rooms were great

We can't thank Rachelle enough for helping us with our appointment today, after being stuck and delayed in traffic.
I was booked in for the ESPA back, face and scalp massage with the lovely Claire and was it incredible. Before starting I had explained to Claire that I'm very tigglish on my back, which she amazingly managed to work through allowing me to relax, so thank you. Not forgetting the fantastic facial and scalp massage.
After such a hectic, stressful 2 weeks I came out feeling relaxed, unwound and ready for bed (if only I was staying at the hotel for the night ). A perfect way to end the week
My husband had the refresher facial with Robyn, which after I had finished I had noticed he looked fantastic and glowing with colour back in his skin after also a tiring weekend.

I've been in The Runnymede hotel just for dinner on Sunday. Meal was absolutely perfect. Staff in the hall looked tired, as it was busy Sunday afternoon.

Great hotel and venue, very modern decorations, entrance into the lobby brings you to the bar and to the left is the hotel reception and the right is the cafe and restaurant. There's outside seating and the River Thames close by. Walking routes from here to the Magna Carta Memorial which is also close by.
They have garden games and water bowls for dogs

My second time here. Such a friendly hotel and right on the river. Very peaceful even though its just off the motorway. Lovely comfortable beds, very clean modern rooms. I especially love the wooden ducks in wellies, just had to have one for each visit.

Went to the terrace by the river during the middle of the day and it was full of life even though it was a Tuesday. Great service, and everyone was very friendly. Prices are on the steep side though

Incredible - make sure you visit the leftbank restaurant. Incredible high end buffet.

Had a 3 course meal there for our anniversary. The food as always was amazing. Quick service. I recommend the beef and ale pie!

Fantastic view and a great place to have a drink by the river

Good location on the Runnymede. But the property rooms have not aged well...

An amazing hotel, with a great vista of the Thames, which when the sun is out is a great place to hang out and enjoy a glass of something cold.

Sat in the lounge for 20', no waiter bother to come to take orders, ...left and went somewhere else

I am a member of the gym and just love it here, the staff are just so friendly and helpful.

Just came home from the most amazing stay here, everything from start to finish was perfect, we had a night in the hotel with 2 treatments and dinner and breakfast, food was amazing, treatments were fabulous, and all the staff were so friendly and happy to help with anything, I would most definitely recommend this wonderful place, me and my partner had the most perfect time.

Wonderful facilities with gardens overlooking the river. It is worth having tea and enjoying its gardens with views of the river and the boats that pass right in front of you. Very rich and varied breakfasts and snacks.
As a negative point, there is a long delay in customer service. Every time we went to the terrace, we waited an average of 20 minutes just to be served.

Excellent customer service here & i have had a really enjoyable stay. Would 100% come here again, unofrtunately didn't get to try the pool/jacuzzi etc but i hear they're really nice. There is also a games room underground which is also really nice. The hotel rooms are great and i can't see any faults i had with staying at this hotel, 10/10 stay

Bog standard hotel in a hideous building. Nice views of the river and good conference facilities, but the sort of exorbitant pricing you'd expect in a Home Counties business hotel.

Food and service was amazingly high quality Would highly recommend. They easily accommodated 75 members.

Was ok for afternoon tea. We had to ask for the tea and coffee. The girls that served were very good but the manager was offish and we felt not friendly. Was very hot in the area didn't seem to have air conditioning. Don't think we would return

Absolutely love it here nothing at all to find fault with. From being greeted at reception to walking out when departing the staff go above and beyond. Rooms very clean, bed so comfy, great choice of breakfast, ate in both restaurants and very satisfying. The staff in the Lounge are so friendly and helpful I want to live here always.

Best cafe lounge over looking River Thames. Left Bank restaurant is the best in the area. Great venue. Afternoon tea with friends or business meetings it's all perfect.

Very nice an worm place and the people, well, they are like family. The food is great, it worth to give a try for pork loin or duck breast. And not to forget the dessert which was great. In one word: fabulous. Just as a tip, a walk along the Thames bank will fulfill a great and very well spent day.

Thanks to Cynthia and Martin (& his wonderful staff) for an excellent event to celebrate my birthday in the Riverside Room on Sunday 11th. The attention to detail was outstanding, barbecued food superb, with staff looking after our every need. So many compliments for you guys. If I could double the score I would! Thank you

Went to the runnymead for Valentine's Day Dinner.

The food was really good but I thought the service was slow and not personable.

Seen as we were there for Valentine's they didnt even say happy Valentine's day.

It is a buffet concept with the waiting staff clearing plates and taking drinks orders. I felt they could of done with another head count.

Although we didn't stay to a room, we visited for an event. It is a very beautiful place and luxury begins from your entrance to the parking! It is worth every penny you will pay.

Lovely place to go for a business meeting /coffee. Sitting by the Thames is delightful.

Nice hotel. Good food, good coffee and staff were helpful. There was a great atmosphere and it was very busy.

Went to the buffet resturant,what a choice of food.
They were doing a BBQ evening with so much meat and fish choice.
Lots of different salads.
All the food is very fresh and is very pleasing on the eye,you just don't know what to eat first.
So many different deserts,make sure you leave some room for the cream brulee and the vast choice of cheese.

Location is great. Good for business events. Everything is state of the art, clean, professional. The food is great and the conference rooms are comfortable ahd have great facilities for presentations. Great wifi too.

Nice upmarket hotel and a high quality of food (though coffee and tea is questionable) on the Thames by the locks (Bell Weir) so it it is nice outside on a fine day. Inside is modern and and a quiet large reception ares. Staffing and management need some tips for example just as you want to wash your habds for lunch they close the washrooms for cleaning and with people coming out of meeting rooms it can be a bit of a wait. (Silly as there are 24 hours in a day) Also the drive up to the hotel reception is very narrow and cars are allowed to park blocking the way as the staff won't police it properly. Handy for the airport as it is next to the M25 and near to Windsor and Lego and many other nice places to visit.

Comfortable hotel. Well appointed rooms. Nicely laid out meeting spaces inside and on the river. Close to Heathrow, M25 and Egham Station. Book in advance and the rates are good. Rooms are cosy sized. Close to motorway, but well concealed per the picture and you hear little more than a hum outside.

Always a pleasure for us to visit the Runnymede...Courteous and welcoming staff, always helpful with a smile in a a relaxing environment ...and the food is just wonderful great selection and always fresh.....Keep up the good work....Thank you all.....
