We are the North bank restaurant in the hotel on the weekend and the food was of high quality buffet styles. We dined with our toddler at 6.30pm the restaurant had few families dining at that time. The hotel has disabled toilets and wheelchair access to the restaurant. There plenty of choice for salads , savoury and sweet good value for money. I will return again for sure.

Never stayed here but my daughter Boe has just completed her work experience at the Runnymede hotel as a chef. The head chef Glen really looks after the students on work experience and I am really grateful for this. Thankyou for having her as this has really fuelled her appetite to become a chef

I was there for a one-day meeting, so only saw the location and conference venue. It is a very impressive hotel, and looks upmarket. The conference centre was very good and the room we had was very comfortable. The lunch they provided to the room was good, with a nice selection. The foyer was very pleasant with either premade, help yourself tea and coffee or Batista served drinks at a bar. There were plenty of good looking pastries and snacks as well. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Overall a five star experience!

Its okay, i am met some colleagues for a coffe and lunch, its very busy being a popular airport hotel. The decoration is good, the seats are too low and uncomfortable, service is very slow, with too few staff and too many untrained younger team members. Bar food is good, very expensive, parkinh is free and abundent. Not bad, but for a premiim price it should attract a premium service.

Home-made biscuits with tea and a view of Bell Weir lock in operation. Best to walk up the tow path and inspect the mural on the lock house wall commemorating the 800th anniversary of the signing of the Magna Carta. Local schoolchildren created the design for the mural.

Attended an office Christmas party and stayed overnight. The hotel was easy to find and had plenty of parking. We were checked in promptly and had all the facilities explained to us. We started with lunch in a busy lounge. The staff were helpful, found a table, and served us quickly. Though our room was a superior, it wasn't the most spacious I've stayed in but it was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The service experienced during the evening party was excellent. The staff were very attentive and polite. Breakfast was a feast! The hotel appears to be getting everything right... particularly the customer service.

Great spa, and the staff were extremely helpful and polite. The food at their buffets was amazing and my partner is considering a membership. Feel bad that some of my other ratings are 5* but do not have the same quality or ambience as Runnymede.

The hotel is located close to Heathrow and ideal for stopping in for meeting prior to travelling or staying overnight after a long travel from abroad. We met with partners from Italy who great appreciated not needing to travel far from the airport. The meeting rooms are a decent size and the food and facilities are of a very high standard. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay near Heathrow.

Visiting the left bank restaurant for the umpteenth time, its always a pleasure that the quality never drops. My favourite is the starters/salad bar, no wait it's the fresh cooked fish, no the soup, oh wait it's the deserts!!

Couples spa break: overall a satisfactory weekend.

Food and service in the lock and bar kitchen was brilliant.

Breakfast in the hotel was excellent, we ordered this to our room for a small fee.

Hotel is very clean and well looked after.

Few things that could have been better:

2. Dissappointed that we were not told you need to book the whirlpool on the jetty. When we found out it was too late and the availability was limited. Had we of known at check in we would have booked straight away.

We reached out to Ollie three times to discuss item 2 to no avail... so gave up trying.

3. We received a complimentary upgrade which was nice, however the TV in the room was far too small, I'm talking like PC monitor small.

4. The spa was very busy and there were lots of noisy children in the pool. There were limited loungers, the majority were reserved with towels. Would have liked music in the steam room, sauna and pool area. Also looked like there were complimentary refreshments but no one told us?

last night was the first time in this place. But It is no doubt not the last. We had great time with the efficient service, with the excellent meal and booze and with the comfortable cost. We will surely visit there in a short time.

I just used the SPA. It was pretty clean and clean towels were always available. Also they offer fruit, juices and drinks. Nevertheless, it felt quite small. They also need replacing the rusty water fountain and rusty bin by the loungers.

would have been perfect if not for the overly officious staff in the spa.
reception was delightful; the meal in the left bank was as good as any in a hotel. The outside swimming pool and playground kept our son very happy for a number of hours. inside the spa facilities, pool steam etc were a delight, and finally the room service though a little slow was well presented with lovely staff
The spa reception staff would do well to mirror the attitude of the rest of the hotel staff

I visited the Runnymede recently for a meeting . The restaurant and bar was packed with simiar people holdong informal meetings and we did struggle to find a table. However the service was great and the hotel is really clean and well looked after. It seemed that there were more people there for business than leisure but I guess it's popular and a good location for that sort of thing.

Great family friendly hotel 15 min drive from Windsor. Dinner and breakfast buffet are both excellent. Friendly staff and good service. Kids allowed in the pool area at certain times. Interconnecting rooms are available.

Fantastic facilities, always had professional and tailor-made treatments in the spa. A little pricier than high street treatments but totally worth the extra money. Will always recommend

Not a bad location for this hotel. Been there quite often for business meetings and conferences. The food is good with a good selection to choose from in the restaurant. Staff are very pleasant. Lots of parking available.

The hotel is very nice, the service very helpful and kind. The rooms are very spacious, and in some cases with panoramic views. Despite being not far from a road, I found the room very quiet.
Very clean bathroom, in my case I had both shower and bathtub.
Good breakfast.

Stayed here for spa breaks a fair few times now, and had dinner at their buffet restaurant a fair few times more. I've also tried a couple of their spa treatments the previous time we've stayed over. Staff are professional and friendly, there is always something to take your fancy at the buffet (my gf is gluten-free, and they made a dessert specially for her), spa was very relaxing with its own little lounge space and unlimited hot drinks/juices. Their buffet restaurant and main lounge are two of my favourite haunts when we have a free weekend.

Superb Sunday lunch buffet, lovely selection of starters, mains and deserts! Very good value for all you could eat at a reasonable price, considering the location. Ideal for birthday and anniversary celebrations as well.

The hotel has very small but nice hotel rooms. The restaurant at the front desk had a great buffet for dinner but was pretty musty, good sushi anyway. Good gym but the spa could have been better, now it felt more like a bath house. Good cleaning and friendly staff although many didn't speak English.

Cool
