Horrible customer service over the phone. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very rude. I bought 3 of my last vehicles with a phone call and 2 of the dealerships I never even went to and had the car shipped to me. I simply asked if he could run some numbers to see if we are going to even be close to making a deal so we don t waste each other s time and he says good luck. I own a business and I give ballpark estimates to customers that hired someone else to help when I can. Human decency at this place appears to be a thing of the past here. To the gentleman I spoke to that never even gave his name when we spoke nor did he ask mine. I hope your day is met with same treatment you give other. Avoid this place!!!!!!

You only get good service if you are buying a car. I went to return my lease return and the sales people were extremely not helpful. They make you sit there waiting for them to finish their conversation about exotic cars and then they decide to help. When trying to ask a question you always get a response back with an attitude. I m very disappointed in the service, and would appreciate it if sales people were more helpful when customers have questions. This is my 3rd lease from the dealership and will be my last. Thank you.

Unfortunately services are often three or four times as expensive as an auto mechanic. They often give false advice and push customers to preform not needed services such as injector cleaning on the yearly basis. Do your own research before accepting anything they say.
If you reject they start cutting their price and give discounts.

From the Start to the End this was the best experience I have had buying a car. I dealt with another salesman here before and he was rude and unprofessional. He didnt care about the customers needs at all, But Pedro was on top of everything,extremely patient and super helpful.
I was able to get my dream car at a great price. Great salesman and Great car buying experience all around.

I called the dealership based on an internet ad. I explained I am financing through MY OWN bank. I want to see the vehicle and get a sales order to tack back to my bank id I liked the vehicle. I asked is that an issue? I was told no. I drove an hour to be thoroughly annoyed. I liked the vehicle and sat down with the sales agent and the jekyll and hyde routine came out when I said I was not leaving a deposit. I told him I am financing through MY OWN bank at a discounted rate because i work for a bank. He told me I have to leave a deposit since I am not financing with them and the car could be sold. I told him I will take that chance. He continued on and then said he cannot give me the sales order because he needs a deposit. I responded " so you are saying I have to pay for a sales order to purchase this vehicle?" He said yes. That is when I said thank you and left. I called back in to the dealership and was told a Sales Manager would be calling me. Well it's a week later, the vehicle is unsold and no one has called. You are gonna make money on the deal but you will blatantly RIP me off. It's a shame sales agents think people complete idiots and clueless. What a waste.

Bad customer service. I called days prior to make an appointment to do a oil and filter change in my car for Friday December 28, 2018. The person in the phone told me they don t do appointment to do this type of service. On Friday, I wait for 2 hours my turn to do this action and when it was my turn they told me only people with appointments. I requested to talk with the manager Don Soffiria, and he refused to talk. I m new on the city and I was looking for a reliable place to do this type of action on my car. Horrible, no excuses, bad customer service. To the management you have problems with your staff and supervisors.

After finding a car on Carfax I went to the dealer and was immediately helped by one of the sales associates there named Amir. He was so helpful getting me a great deal on the car and took me on a decently long test drive of the vehicle so I could actually get a good feel of the car and really fall in love with it. He was also so friendly and really made me feel like a valued customer, which is not how I've been treated at other dealers do to my young age. Definitely stop in if you're looking for a car and ask for Amir Zebardast he'll make the experience so much better.

I have been a Dodge customer since purchasing my first Grand Caravan in 1995. And despite the mixed, often negative reviews, we love this vehicle. I just bought my 5th and sadly last Grand Caravan at Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge as Chrysler has decided to discontinue this iconic brand. I live in Fords section of Woodbridge and have dealt with several different dealerships over the years in my area, but I can say taking the 58 minute ride all the way to Route 46 was well worth the trip! Not only did I get a fair deal, but most refreshing was the attitude and help of the staff... Particularly from my salesman Amando...who has gone well beyond anything I have experienced to date in terms of being so helpful and making this purchase a pleasurable experience. Between Amando and his boss Adam, I gotta say.... Outstanding job fella's...thank you for a job well done!!

I drove over an hour away to see the multiple used Grand Cherokees that were for sale. I did fall for the online prices, however, the price they gave me was comparable to what I saw at other dealerships. There are many salesmen that are not truthful and will give you a "lower price" with the expense of something else, do not seem to care about the customer but just want to make a sale, and could care less about the needs or request of the customer. Sterling Taylor, the name of the gentleman that helped us today, was honest, understanding, patient, and thorough in explaining the many questions we had about the purchase. Matthew Domzngo was the gentleman who helped us with the financing and was able to fit us with a package that was appropriate to use and understood our needs, not just trying to sell us products that we did not need. I am now a happy owner of a low millage 2012 Jeep and appreciate the extraordinary service I received at this location.

Excellent service. I dropped of my car the night before. It was very easy and receptionists was friendly. I received a courtesy call the next day to let me know they were working on the car and it will be done soon. When I went to pick up my car it was easy and fast. I am definitely going to be servicing my car here again.

Disappointed again. 2nd time here pay for full diagnosis, i get told $4800. I say ok write down all parts break down and labor so i can see what im paying for. I get there and there is a short suggestion list 3 items that dont add up to nothing. No price breakdown or labor for work needed. I will have to make big complaint this time. This is twice now $164 each time for you to tell me nothing.

For the first year with my 2014 Jeep Compass, ever...

For the first year with my 2014 Jeep Compass, everything was good, then it all hit rock bottom.

First off because it was my first car, I didn't know what prices were good and bad, therefore I looked into my car price, and saw I could've just bought a Mercedes with the money I'm spending on this Jeep. Complete rip off.

Second off, anyone who comments that the service is fast and easy, you must have very good patience. The first oil change took me an easy 45 minutes in and out. The last one I recently got took 7 hours..... i was one of the first people in line at 7am and i didn't leave until around 2pm... 7 HOURS FOR A OIL CHANGE! They also refused to give me a loaner car, which later i realized they couldn't even legally give me one either because i am under 21.

Now my engine was acting up around the 20k mile mark triggering my car to think its overheating when in reality it was not. The first time I went in they said nothing was wrong with it so I assumed it was just from the outside temp. Then it happened again twice in the same day. that's when I called and started explaining and asking questions now at the 34k mile mark. After dropping it off at the service desk Monday I was told that it would all be fine and I would have to wait no more than Thursday night to have it back ready to be driven again. Well needless to say its now Monday of the next week.... a full 7 days and I still have not yet to hear a call back from from the service department... Most likely ill be getting this car back before the end of the month.

Overall experience: If you know how to fix your car problems and know your prices, this place shouldn't be a problem. if you are like me and don't know, avoid at all cost.

If I could give less than 1 star to this festering...

If I could give less than 1 star to this festering dumpster fire of an establishment, I would.
We brought our 2013 Dodge Dart in for service to this trash heap service department when the clutch and flywheel went on the Turnpike. After TWO WEEKS without our car when we went to pick it up and only after explicitely asking if there was anything we should know before making the 2 hour drive, did the men there tell us that the check engine light was on (it was not when we brought it in). We were told it was a computer error and that they could find nothing wrong with the car.
It didn't make it home. We limped the car to our local dealership. There the diagnostic team determined that the troglodytes at the Little Falls service center, who they apparently hired from a gutter with no idea how cars work, did not ground the wires during the install. Due to their incompetence and gross negligence the battery, starter, alternator, and both O2 sensors fried.
The service manager at Little Falls is an ill-tempered, patronizing, through-his-teeth liar named Bill who originally tried to say his guys were not at fault until faced with the paperwork stating otherwise.
When pressured, he begrudgingly footed the bill for (most of) the blown parts but tried to say he was not informed of the O2 sensors.
The guys at the service department down here say otherwise. In fact, they remember the conversation well when Bill TOLD THEM not fix that part of the issue.
So here we are. It is now September 6th. We have been without a car since August 11th.
Do yourself a favor. If you're thinking about doing business with this dealership, just light yourself on fire in their lot. They'll probably ignore you like they ignored us, but at least you'll have the media involved.
They will be hearing from our family lawyer very shortly.

BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY especially if you are a woman purchasing a car on your own for the first time. I purchased a "certified" used vehicle from this place the end of June. The next day, I went back to the sales guy to tell him the steering wheel was shaking badly when going speeds over 60 mph and also when breaking from higher speeds. He brought me around the back to service guy who was of course busy and didn't want me to have to wait and gave me his card. I called him left a voicemail which he returned the following Monday. Called back and left another message indicating I was going to be traveling for a while. No return call. Also, never received a call that my plates were in. Bring the car in for service and I'm told that I must pay for everything and that the back tires were bald and all this is wear and tear and even with all the extra money I spent on warranties etc. is not covered. The fact that I was sold a car which I'm paying 610 a month for (totally ripped off there as well) and needs new tires and breaks so soon is unacceptable. Service guy estimated that my fees would be close to 2,000. They give the nonsense that it passed all these tests but clearly based on my experience and some of the other reviews with very similar issues (wheel shaking) they are selling unacceptable vehicles at very high prices and happily take advantage of customers, especially women. This is one for "Shame on you" news stories. This review will be posted on every site possible and reports made to whomever and actions taken to ensure this business does not continue this poor business practice.

My Dodge Journey was leaking antifreeze and overheating so I called Route 46 and spoke to Raul. I needed to bring my truck in but also need a loaner. He told me to come in first thing in the morning and I could drop off my truck and get the loaner. He was there, had my name and vehicle information on his desk. We went over everything and he told me he would let me know what they find. I got my loaner and was on my way to work. He called and told me everything that needed to be fixed, serviced and the cost of each. He was very professional and truly cared. Thank Raul, Happy Holidays!

I was in there to get my first brand new car. I sat down with John Sweeney, great guy to deal with. We went over everything from what I was looking for and what my options are as far as getting what I needed. I'm currently working on my credit as it isn't the best at the moment (thanks student loans), so I wasn't expecting to get into a SRT Challenger that's for sure. I was also not looking for anything special with all the bells and whistle either. John gave me vehicles to look at and then working on the numbers once I chose the car. I decided on the Grand Cherokee with as little bells and whistles possible. John took it a step further and we looked at multiple trim levels and possible options I can get for the price range I'm looking to stay at. We ended up on the 2016 Grand Cherokee 75th Anniversary Edition (which is beautiful with more options that I will ever need). John made sure that I got the best bang for my buck. All I had to work with was a down payment and hope. Majority of the wait that day was John working to get me the best rate so that my payments wouldn't be to the roof. Finally, the next thing I know, he hands me the keys and told me to play around with the bells and whistles on the car. Little did I know, while we were waiting, he had the car cleaned up for me to drive out of there. The confidence he had that I was gonna be driving it home was reassuring and made my first time car buying experience fantastic. I highly recommend coming here and speaking to John Sweeney and the rest of the crew. They will work with you and try to get you the best bang for your buck and into a great vehicle.

I bought a Jeep Patriot from Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge in 2011 and I love it. The service was great and the jeep runs well. I bring my jeep to Route 46 for all of my oil changes and service and I have not been disappointed yet. They find the problem in an honest and trust worthy manner and then they work with you to get it repaired quickly and efficiently. I have not had a bad experience here. Every time I go is a pleasurable experience. The service reps are friendly and work with you. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase or service a vehicle.

I have been using Rich Figurelli to buy cars from for years. He can usually make your sale happen within your budget. Rich is very patient with your purchase process. Most of the sale can happen right over the phone with negotiating. No need to sit at the dealer for hours. Rich understands the budget constraints with purchasing a new vehicle and will always explain if can happen within your budget or not. Best car salesman out there.

I can only comment on the service dept. since I bought the truck elsewhere. 3 y.o. ram has engine problems. We leave it for service. We're told the problem was taken care of. Meanwhile, the noise is worse. Failed attempt, what a waste of time. We make another appointment and wait 2 weeks. Drop the vehicle off on Wednesday. Nobody gets back to us with a status. Friday a receptionist says, quote, "we don't have an update because the technician is working on a different vehicle". I ask for the manager to call me back on Saturday. He never does. Monday same story, no update, manager is very busy but he will call me back. He does not. Tuesday I insist on speaking to the manager. He claims he never got my 2 messages. He keeps saying how busy he is. Guess what, my business is busy too and my business vehicle has been now at your place for nearly a week. It took nearly a week to diagnose the problem and now parts are not available. We keep a fleet of service vehicles but I will never buy or service at this place again.
Update: after our review Jamie came to the rescue and did what she could to help out so I feel obligated to change my initial review. For one, she got us a loaner we could use for business. 2. she made sure we were updated on the progress of the repair. 3. she was genuinely interested in helping and responsive. After all, their 2nd repair was successful and the truck is back in business. I feel we definitely could have a 5 star experience if we bumped into Jamie or Phil from the start.

I would definitely recommend going to this dealership to make your final purchase. We came in with a price to beat, and they did it with zero aggravation or hassle. Though there was a slight delay in getting our car delivered, our sales person (Dean Puleo) was all over the situation and made it happen. He even stayed two hours after his work day was over to help us complete the deal. Thumbs up!

My wife and I highly recommend Rt 46 Jeep. Walked in on Halloween 2015.

This is the second time we've purchased from a Rt 46 dealer and both times were great (they own the Jeep/Chrysler and Nissan stores).

Our sales person Gabriel Dominguez is a true gentleman; patient, caring, understanding, not pushy at all. We settled on a great price for a 2015 GC as well as more than expected for our trade-in.

We can't imagine buying a car from anyone else.

It was the little things that made the difference; how Gabriel patiently attached the new keys to the key ring, how he prepped the car himself (it was after closing time on a Saturday night!), how he put everything in an envelope, and the following Monday when he showed us around the service area.

We were treated like we were the most special people in the world.

We look forward to buying our next car from Gabriel at Rt 46 Jeep. Thanks!

Purchased 2015 durango.. Felt very rushed.. And they play head games with askin price.. When pickin up truck there were scratches so made app to have them fix them. They did hreat job removing the scratches.. But was lit dissappionted they only dud the scratches didnt get my truck back cleaned.. Sorry being picky.. Your doin body work and you return the truck still dirty...?? What happened to full service ?

Route 46 Jeep dodge Chrysler was a mistake for me....

Route 46 Jeep dodge Chrysler was a mistake for me..I leased an Jeep Compass 2018.They was suppose to clean the truck they never did. Sales people don t never return your calls after they make the sale. My registration never came and my temporary tags already expired. I had to drive back to the dealer from New York because they never even did the paper work for it..They did give me a loaner vehicle because I said something about it. Three weeks they had my car my registration finally came and even thought they had my car they still never cleaned the it. Sales person RJ told me that no one told him it needed to be cleaned mind u he was the one who sold me the car. The service there sucks and the communication there is even worst. I would never buy anything from them again.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. My car hasn't been working for the past 5 days. My car battery is dead and the recall part needs to be replaced now (almost got into a serious accident because of it). When I went to the delearship, the gentleman at the parts counter said Dodge doesn't manufacture the battery my car needs and that I should get the 600 amp Mopar battery, meanwhile my car requires 750 amps. I don't think he understood the logic... I don't want to be jump starting my car every day whenever I drive. Spoke to a technician, he said I need a 750 Amp battery which is reasonable. Anyways, the parts department worker said he can't do anything about the battery, either i get the 600 amp battery or I should just go look for aftermarket parts. A DEALERSHIP THAT DOESN'T HAVE THE NECESSARY PARTS FOR IT'S CARS TO FUNCTION, ON THE SPOT OR TO ORDER? Yes, there was no option of ordering the battery that my car requires! And I bought the car from this dealership, you would assume they would want to take special care of their products. You have got to be kidding me. Also asked about the recall part, and said "Dodge is working on it". Ok... so why did I buy a car from them if I can't even drive it. Never ever ever ever buy a Dodge. Their cars are cheap, and customer service is terrible. The dealership in general is just so poorly functioning. They have 2 gentlemen holding doors for customers a the front, but they can't manufacture the necessary parts for their cars to actually function, years to come. Utter disappointment. I've been working with the dealership since the beginning, it just kept on getting worse and worse each time.
