I probably had the worst customer service experience I ve ever experienced here. It took them 7.5 weeks to register a car, normally a 1-3 week process. I m sure the manager will respond and say this was a unique situation but that s a lie. There were 4 other people in the waiting room there for the same reason. I called the sales manager multiple times and never got a call back. So likely they are doing something illegal or their customer service is just that bad. The finance manager Felica is extremely rude and does not seem to know what she s doing. The sales manager Adam has zero customer service skill. It took me filing a complaint to the better business bureau to get ONE phone call back in the middle of a work day when I couldn t talk and still haven t received a follow up call. I ll give credit where credit is due, Chris sterling in sales was great. Needless to say, none of my friends or family will be using this dealership and I suggest no one else does either.
