Was hoping to lease a new car for my wife and ran into the following scenarios:

1) No initial call back from sales associate to let us know information update regarding our inquiry--when asked why we didn't hear back, we received the response, "I had something come up this morning". Mind you this sales associate requested and received sensitive personal information of ours which made us uncomfortable leaving with him for an extended period in the first place.
2) We asked to see two different models to compare. They arrived on the lot with completely filthy exteriors, with garbage in the cup holders, and one with the back seats folded down and a cardboard box so big it took up the entire back 2/3 of the vehicle.
3) ZERO accommodation. We were presented a bottom-of-the-barrel model, and the most upgraded model and when we asked to meet somewhere in the middle we were spoken to like we had three heads.
4) When we took a few minutes to discuss our options, we were "greeted" by a sales manager that came up with every response possible to get us out the door that day when asked questions regarding their current offers. For a sales associate proudly boasting 12 "Salesman of the Month" awards on their desk, they certainly were not interested in identifying and satisfying our particular needs.

As customers who have no issues spending money in something we see value in, but can see past the "sleazy car salesman" sales pitch, we highly advise finding any other Chrysler dealership. Google any other local dealership and you will find them able to accommodate in every way Route 46 Chrysler says "they can't".
