Just an overall amazing experience for the first time of my car purchasing history! My salesman's name was David Stayback. A huge presence of a man, with just as big of a personality. Really made it an enjoyable experience. Start to finish, just a very pleasant trip to the dealership. Trading in a patriot that we were upside down in stepping into a brand new 2016 Dodge Durango. With the stress of a new addition to our family being brought into this world, and a new car purchase being something we were dreading, he made the experience painless and seamless. Couldn't be happier with the service by David, and highly recommend anyone in search of a new vehicle to go straight here! Thanks to all who helped make this experience one to remember in a positive way!

UPDATE: Although I am used to great service on the Part/Service side, I also assumed the same on the sales side. At first i figured the same. Boy was i wrong! I was used to great communication with general follow calls and check in calls, one day i received call asking if i would consider upgrading my vehicle. Coincidently my family is growing so i considered looking into it. I inquired through the chat option on the site and was connected with Marvin Belton. After several unsuccessful attempts in connecting we finally managed to connect. We managed to chat and everything was looking real goo. He was helpful and accommodating, and managed to get me a deal for an early lease return at a good price and also got me deal for a Durango which worked out well for my growing family. All was good it thought. This all happened on a Wednesday morning. Although we were still trying to work in a remote start on the deal I was ready to sign that day. Marvin made it clear that the deal on the table was a deal the "manager" wanted to move o asap as they were losing money on it. Whatever the case was I was ready to sign that day. Marvin told me to hold that he would work it out, to wait , "besides the car wasn't there and we had to wait to next week". After giving Marvin 4 days( Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday) i reached out on Tuesday ( Via text message) and received a very unprofessional response from him. All in all i felt i was taken for a ride. A ride that has left me with a bad taste in my mouth and leaning towards never dealing with Route 46 Chrysler again. i hope this long review is take seriously as i am an existing customer who originally had given 5 stars and am shocked to be disrespected and unappreciated. This is very unfortunate.

HE WALKED ME OVER TO HIS DESK AND FROM THAT INSTANCE I KNEW THAT HE WOULD BE THE GUY THAT HELPS ME GET MY NEXT NEW CAR(BABY)..LETS FAST FORWARD TO THIS PAST MONDAY I CAME BACK TO SEE IF THE VEHICLES THAT I LIKED WERE STILL IN STOCK AND ONLY ONE WAS.. I get a phone call to pick up my registration because I signed paperwork for them to transfer my plates from my old car I turned in to get a new car. I come there today to pick up my registration to find out they got me new plates. My paperwork clearly states it s a transfer. My sales rep and her boss are out I ask for someone else to help me. They tell me to go to the managers desk for them to tell me I have to wait until the manager and sales rep are in tomorrow they can t help. At every company there is always a manager higher then the one you need to speak. For them to have the so sad to bad attitude.

Not only they didn t fix the car right, they also stole my iPhone cable and refused to accept that I had a cable attached to my usb and were rude about it. Please improve your service staff. Bought a new 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 from the dealership on Thursday January 3rd. We traded in our 2018 Dodge Durango when we took delivery of the new 2019 vehicle. I received a phone call from Chrysler on January 16th stating the loan was still not paid off by the dealership. I have called my sales person leaving messages 3 times, left 2 messages for the finance manager, and lastly left a message for the owner of the dealership yesterday. Not one of my phone call in the past week have gone responded to. It is truly sad because everything leading up to this went nice and smooth and I would of given this place 5 stars no question but seeing how they have dealt with this I would never go back here nor would I recommend this dealership to anyone out there.

Puurchased a vehicle from here 10/2015. For the past six months I have been receiving emails and voicemails from them stating that my lease is coming due. I have called the dealership multiple times to try and explain that the vehicle was never leased, rather it was purchased. I ve only been met with rudeness and hostility from the staff when clearly this is an error in their record keeping. Today I called once again the first person I spoke with hung up on me. Talk about professionalism. I called again and tried to explain the situation to Anthony, who then tried to ask me if I wanted to trade in my vehicle for a new one. I informed him that wasn t the case and that I wanted to get this matter cleared up. He kept dancing around the issue and never really provided any help. He constantly tried to talk over me and was very rude. Route 46 Jeep you should train your staff on how to be polite and courteous to its customer base. An absolute nightmare of a situation due to your disorganization and lack of professionalism. If I had the option to give no stars I would. AVOID this dealership at all costs!

Took excellent care of us and gave us exactly what we wanted at the exact price range we wanted. Didn't try to sell us something we didn't want like a couple of other dealers did to us. I had to give 1 star because unfortunately, negative stars are not an option. Run far from this dealership. My husband and I went there last month and it was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any dealership. We got a letter in the mail that they wanted to buy back my jeep to stock their used car inventory. We called ahead and made an appointment and went it. Naturally the few different models of Jeeps I was interested in were out of stock. We finally settled on one (by him looking at inventory on-line with stock photos, which any person that has access to the internet can do). I wanted to see it in person. When it finally made its' way to the lot, it was filthy. I'm talking, it looked like someone had taken it off-roading a month before and no water hit it since. We decided to go with it because they have to clean it anyway. Strike 1 for not taking pride in their cars to keep them clean to show the customers. We asked the salesman how long the wait was going to be because we had a baby at home we needed to get back to, so I could feed him since I am a BM mom. He said not that long, about an hour. Strike 2-big lie! We waited for about 4 hours!!! When we finally made it into the finance room, our salesman came over and asked me for the key fob. Why would I have the key fob to the vehicle they were driving around to clean and gas up? Strike 3-they lost the key! Talk about incompetence at its finest! We were assured they would locate the key later that day and send it to us. 1 week later and after several follow-ups with the salesman between being told we would be called back, etc. When we finally got him on the phone his response was oh, I don't know if they found it. Shouldn't you have been on top of it? We should not have had to call once. He should have been going out of his way. This dealership gets an F. Don't bother wasting your time. A Jeep is a great car to have, but definitely buy it elsewhere!

I went here by chance and got to work with Kevin Carroll ... I tried everything I could to NOT LEASE A CAR and play hardball but I truly believe I got the best deal and the best service working with him. I broke my rule and leased a car on the first date. Well I came back the next morning. Either way, Kevin kept calm through all of my freaking out because I truly didn't believe they would honor such an amazing deal ... but we made it to the finish line and I have a beautiful Jeep and a new respect (patience) for car salesman. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!. I leased a pickup truck from them In Nov. I am still dealing with constant issues caused by this dealership. Sean M was my salesman and his manager Bill did nothing but lie to me. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!. Once they sell you the vehicle they walk away, dont call you back and leave you with a trail of horror and problems. From their customer service, finance department, management, and loan company I have spent endless hours trying to correct their mistakes and now have been told by their loan company that they never uploaded my loan papers. Still dealing with their lies. I have filed complaints with consumer affairs, BBB, and the NJ state attorneys office. They are the worst dealer In NJ. Do yourself a favor and do not buy or lease anything from them.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS AND SCAMMERS! First off I have to blame myself for trusting them and for not double checking the loan details and the extra charges that I wasn't aware of. This is what happened, I purchased a 2013 Jeep Cherokee for $28,000 back in March of 2015. Here is the problem, after trade in the loan was suppose to be for $33,000 (I'm fine with this thus far) I put down $5,000 down payment, and they said they said they would give me an extended warranty bumper to bumper for $50 a month so now my monthly payments came out to $605 a month for a 75 month loan. Although the monthly payment seemed high to me for the amount of the loan, I didn't question it at the time until 2 months later the loan company mailed me the actual loan amount of $42,000 and with interest over $48,000 for the loan and that isn't including the $5,000 I put down. Now you may ask why has it been so long since the purchase and this matter has not been resolved yet? Probably because 3 months after I bought the car I moved to Florida and these people won't pay me any mind unless I walk in there face to face. Well I will be visiting them soon and I will be updating my review along with supporting documents to prove my point.

They explained the process and worked very hard to get the vehicles to a price I was comfortable with. Their service department seems to like to take their time with issues however. I brought in my new Jeep for its first oil change and for some reason it took 4 hours. The actual buying of the vehicles was a very pleasant experience.

I'm writing to describe the pleasant experience that I have when visiting the Route 46 dealer in East Little Falls, NJ. The dealer has a variety range of choices when comes to buying an used car. I want to emphasize the professionalism and courtesy of the salesperson (Felicia Casale) during the entire process of my wife and me acquiring our new car. Felicia was very patient and helpful by showing different choices of vehicles what make easy for us to come with our buying decision. She drove us to a different yard in her own car to give us more choices, which definitely help us in our final decision. She was very knowledgeable in explaining in detail all the paper work throughout the financing process. I will sure return to the 46 Route dealer and look for Felicia Casale when comes the time to buying another car.

Came in to service my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee and sparked up a conversation with Gabriel Dominguez. Not knowing that he was a salesman. We just started talking about the new jeep wrangler. I had some doubts about the ride ect. Gabriel said I needed to test drive it before I checked off my list. At this point I realized I was dealing with a salesman, i made it clear that i wasn't buying right now. Gabriel didn't make me feel obligated at all. We went for a test ride and lets just say I loved it! Went home that afternoon after being well informed of the Jeep Wrangler. I talked it over with my Wife and we decided to go for another test ride with Gabriel. Again loved the Wrangler. Wife not so much, she liked it but thought it was a short term fun vehicle. ( I was looking for a long term vehicle, you see I fall in love with my Jeeps) Now I had my 2012 Jeep Cherokee and Loved loved loved it. So I knew I liked the Grand Cherokee. So Gabriel and I went onto the lot and found the one. The whole experience from the beginning to end was excellent! My wife and I ended up leaving with a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and I'm still smiling.

Just want to say go see Gabriel Dominguez for you next vehicle purchase. He won't steer you wrong.

The people are all super friendly people so the process isn't horrible like in most other places. They are nice as long as you're doing what they want. I asked for a copy of all the paperwork I signed & they told me no. They said they'd shred it & said look it's shredded but who knows what was shredded. I asked for the quote in writing so I could think about it until the next day & they told me no & that the price would go up if I waited to buy until the next day. It was a high mileage lease return or they were trying to sell the car for someone because there was no budging on that price at all. They will sell you something that you can't afford if you let them so just be careful...

Today i visit Route 46 Chrysler for my car (2016 Chrysler T&C) sliding door problem which cover under factory warranty. Unfortunately they don't have the part what my car required so they gave me next week date but as they want let me go without any service charges. They informed me that there is Few issues in my car. like
** Power Steering Fluid change
** Coolant Fluid Change
** Fuel Injector Cleaner service.
I was Scared when they informed me about all problems & i made a decisions in second (which is my fault) & approved all the problems to fix it. When i come back home i check online & find out that this guys are almost charging double then compare to market.
Also i didn't feel any difference in my car what thy did.
** The steering is still same like before
** Coolant temperature is still in 205 which is same as before.
** Car millage is still 15 MPG which is same as before.
They charge is almost $500 but in outside market its only $200 to $250
I loss the money but learn the lesson......

Was scammed! Went in for a 60,000 check up and tech changed all my wipers which were done at another place a few months prior and a transmission flush that was not requested, which was done a year ago and was not necessary. I was forced to pay for the unwanted services yet the tech documented I had requested them. They also insisted that I had transmission line leak and I made them show me. They wet the lines before I went to see under the hood myself. They wanted to do my breaks but I told them they were done by Sears, truth, so they told me to take the car back to Sears who did them for alot less. Thankfully I had the brains to tell the I could not afford the trans line change. I took my car back to Sears that checked and confirmed that there was nothing wrong wth the trans lines and did my brakes back breaks at a better price. Will avoid them at all cost!

Absolutely terrible experience. in the show room for a good 25 mins no one asked is we needed help no one even acknowledged us actually, they where to busy talking and even watching a movie. finally just asked for assistance and its like no one wanted to be bothered. sales man proceeded to take us out side and asked if we liked any, thier invintory is huge. he never asked what our price range was if we wanted new used what model nothing so turned off. i know jeep isnt a luxury car brand but still.

I had been looking for a jeep for a few weeks. I had popped in to check inventory numerous times and no one pressured me at all! When I decided to talk to a sales man I was referred to Alex by a friend. Alex was very nice, he did not talk cocky and he was not pushy. He took time to explain all the differences between the Sahara's on the lot helping me to know what I wanted. He grabbed the keys and got me behind the wheels off the two I liked, he showed and explained to me everything inside and out of the cars. Needless to say I fell in love with the blue jeep. I left the dealership and was able to sleep on it. By next afternoon I called and said I would like to come back in to talk.. he met us we talked more and i drive the car off the lot. He helped me get over all the bumps and worked with me to get us where it needed to be. Great job Alex... Thank you for helping me thru that stressful car buying experience!

What a surprise...another negative review - check them out on Yelp (that's a more realistic view of their business). I went into the Sales dept. knowing the car I wanted to buy and at the price I was willing to pay. The Sales rep was new and made promises that he could not keep. Ultimately, I sat down with the Sales manager and requested the final numbers and all fees that were to be paid in the deal.

We agreed on a number and discussed the fees. Then the Sales Manager comes back and says the GM doesn't want to let go of the car - you have to come up in price. Bizarre.

I was then put in front of the Finance Manager, who went over some warranty options, and showed me some additional fees (that were not previously presented). He brought the Sales Manager back in the room and his response was "Why would I have told you about that fee?" .... It was a "prep fee" for the vehicle - $800 plus. Also, their warranty packages can only be used at that Dealer, so having to return here after all this was not something I was interested in.

To add to the negativity - they provided me with only one key (smart key, which is not cheap to replace!). Saying "that's all the previous owner gave us." When I requested for them to provide a 2nd - they said no. Really? I just spent $30K plus on a preowned vehicle on your lot and you can't provide a 2nd key? This is also after I agreed to closing the deal. I spent a good 5 hours at the Dealer - I would say 2 of those hours were dealing with conflicting information.

While the vehicle was the right color match and interior, the experience with their Sales Dept. was lousy. I guess I should not have been surprised, but it amazes me that some Dealers aren't straight forward - what's the point?

Sean Musalaev was the sales associate who helped my wife and I when we were looking for a Jeep Wrangler during the summer time, he was very helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately a that time we did not purchase the Wrangler. Now months later my wife and I were in the market to lease a family SUV thats reliable and safe for our new born. We decided to go back to Sean and I can honestly say for the first time ever I was impressed with my sales person. I felt he took the time with me always went out of his way to make sure I got what I was looking for and for the right price. He did a lot of research, always pleasant and very knowledgeable, I actually ended up leasing the car and not only am I happy with it, but Im not stressed. This was my first time leasing a car and I was really not looking forward to getting jumped on by a salesman and feeling pressured into leasing something right then and there. I can't tell you what a GREAT experience this was! Ken was my sales professional. He was so incredibly helpful, patient, and just all around friendly and a good guy! I went in on a Saturday just to look, and by Tuesday, I was driving home in my brand new Jeep Cherokee! Do yourself a favor, go to Rt 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge and ask for Ken Van Sweden. Not only will you not be disappointed, but he'll also make it a truly worthwhile and painless experience!

These guys are the reason people cringe and dread going into a dealership to purchase a vehicle. I had "thought" that dealerships had done away with the "bait & switch pricing" routine, but it is alive and well at Rte 46 dealership.

From reading other reviews it seems I'm not the only one, the good reviews are probably put up from their employees.

They advertise on AutoTrader a very good price for a used vehicle, I guess you can say "teaser price" and when you get to the dealership they tell you that price includes several rebates (this was disclosed to me AFTER a test drive) none of which anyone would qualify for, the salesman insisted it is disclosed in ad, although it is not, So I asked him to show me where it states this on Autotrader Ad that price includes rebates, however he could not because it says nothing about rebates, " it only states doesn't include tax reg etc see dealer website for details" very misleading this is not a mistake it is meant to be misleading and get you in their dealership.

Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time and give a call BEFORE going in to see if the price is actually the price or a teaser price to get you in the door. I personally would avoid this dealership there are many choices in the area for new & used Dodge vehicles. I ended up purchasing a new vehicle from John Johnson Dodge in Boonton very honest quick & easy I'd recommend them. This was my 1st experience with both dealerships and I would never go back to Rte 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Little Falls.. (shaking my head)
