I had a great shopping experience at Round Rock Toyota yesterday. The Sales Representative Michael Langford was very kind, friendly and courteous. He was also very professional and knowledgeable about the products (vehicles). I was looking for a used car and he took time out to show me around and explain to me what they had in the inventory that was matching my budget. The process was a bit long but he did all he could to make sure that my experience was a pleasant one. He did everything possible to ensure that I got good value for my money so I am extremely grateful for the time, effort and patience he took doing so.
