Update...service director called to check on car. I again brought up the concerns...his response that neither here nor there

These people are killing your business.

Service department...they need help.

Virtually every interaction has been challenging to say the least. In this case, I called and scheduled 10k service and I indicated there was a wobble at 60mph and 80mph. My daughter took the vehicle in and she also advised the service rep about the wobble. When we got the vehicle back, the wobble was still there even after the tires were rotated. Important to note that there was nothing on the work order about a wobble so clearly someone did not document the issue/request. Seems like a big waste of time for me and my family when we have take it back in when it should have been repaired the first time. When you add this to the other terrible experiences, why on earth would I ever buy a car here? 3 Toyota s in 5 years, sadly for me it s the closest dealership.
