Jerry and Adam were easy to be around and Adam explained everything several times, which made me feel some level of comfort. They did not pump out the remainder if the sold and fluid tank, telling me that it would be okay because I purchased as new pump. I do feel uneasy that the tanks were not complety empty. (3/4 left full) but they were very pleasant to be around and explained the work (does not mean I understood it but they did)
