Kurt saved Christmas!!!! We had a broken pipe on Christmas day, he showed up on time and worked the issue all the way through resolution. He explained me exactly what and where the problem was and the cost associated to the fix. I m pleased with the service and the technician because they didn t the broken pipe steal the Christmas. Way to go team!
