Everyone that I have dealt with is excellent. I have had 2 teams out in the past few days- Doc and Korey (Septic), and Matt and Dominick (Plumbing). They were all great, very knowledgeable about what they are doing and took the time to show and explain what they were doing. The office staff is also great, they kept me well informed on who was coming out and when they would be there. I highly recommend Rooter Plus!
