I am the tenant of Kandice Lightner in the Decatur area. Robert Williams was our technician today. The response time was excellent due to it being an emergency. He was very thorough with the situation. He explained what was needed and excellently completed the job. He also cleaned up his area very nicely. I m not used to that. The overall service was excellent. If needed again, I would definitely ask for him only. I will definitely recommend this company.
