From the beginning everyone was great! placed my service call with Ashley, she was very detail oriented and friendly. Although it did take the techs over an hour to get out here, i know things happen. I called the office twice, and spoke to Michelle, she was super nice and didnt act like i was "getting on her nerves" we just needed our bathroom at work fixed lol. The techs came out and immediately got to work on our Estimate, and even found our problem. They were very personable and knowledgeable. Its not every day you get a smiling face, even if its the guy coming to fix your toilet. We hope to continue business with this company, as well as use them for our personal use!
