Bought a new car there last week. Test drive was nice and Carlos was excellent, listened to what I wanted and made recommendations based off that. I bought a vehicle and picked it up the next day at the evening. I noticed a sidewall bubble in one of the tires that night and brought it to their attention the following day. I honestly don t know whether I drove over potholes on the way home or if had it there when I left and I just didn t notice it. They asked me to come over and said they d take a look at it.
I brought the car in the next day. They replaced the damaged tire to a new one and didn t charge me a dime for it! I was expecting the typical interrogatory and the blame-shifting that s usual in business, but not here. They believed me and made it right. I felt like they genuinely cared that I had a good experience. Buying all future cara here for sure!
