I had a really good experience with Samantha Hobby at Ron Bouchard's Nissan dealership in Lancaster. I knew I would be treated well because I've owned another Ron Bouchard car (from his Acura store in Auburn) and loved the car and the way I was treated for many years. My husband and I were greeted promptly and made comfortable. Sam was able to answer my very specific questions about the model of car I was considering buying. I was impressed - had been to another Nissan dealer whose salesman answered the same question with this: "Yes. I have heard that" !!!! She gave us enough space to talk while being right there with answers, plates and suggestions. You will do well to deal with her and her manager Denny Meadows, who gets the deal done. Sue Crockett
