I had a good interaction working with Richard. Went in knowing exactly the model I wanted and the exact features I wanted. He didn't try to sell me any other models or colors than the one I knew very clearly I wanted. The only thing he didn't go over with me about the model I selected was the interior color. I was a little disappointed to see that it was a tan interior (It's gonna be hard to keep clean....) but all the same, it's a good car with all the features I wanted and it was at a fair price. I've had negative interactions in the past with other dealerships trying to turn in an old lease and had a terrible time, but that's never been the case with Ron Bouchard. I truly enjoy getting my leases there and Nissan's are great cars.
