Ashley Caley was nice but ill inform, she informed me that 2 used Kia Sportage S was available and sent me a site to view them and others Sportage. I showed up to the dealership a few hours later and was informed by Jason Sousa (Salesman) that they no longer has those SUV and that Ashley don't know what's on the Lot, He was great very attentive, he showed me three Kia Sportage Ex from my list. I brought 1,the only hick-up came when it was time to pay and pick up the vehicle. Although I stayed in constant contact with the dealership the SUV was not ready, It was sitting at the main entrance to the dealership, I signed paperwork and paid, a mechanic took the vehicle to do the Massachusetts Inspection, I waited for an hour just to be told that the SUV's computer need to reset due to them installing a new battery and that I have to drive it for a 100+ miles before the inspection could be done. They are helpful, all the request I asked for such as the broken turn signal to be fix, and others will be done upon my return for the inspection sticker. The Kia Sportage Ex is great only had it 1day and I have a good feeling about it.
