I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new CRV at the Honda Store in Lancaster. From the moment I entered the showroom I was treated in a friendly manner. I met with Luis R. and he was great. No pressure, very professional, friendly, and most of all, he was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. I didn't buy the vehicle immediately, but I knew I wanted to purchase from this dealership. After finalizing the sale, I went to my bank to get a cashiers check for the purchase and the teller asked me where I was purchasing. When I told her, she informed me that she had been buying from them for 30 years and couldn't say enough about her positive experience over time. That just made me feel even better about my decision. Although my experience with the Honda Store is new, I feel confident it will be a good one.
