I waited at phone for confirming my insurance 1.5 hours that s crazy. Also they changed the quote for non sense reasons even you are giving the right information when they ask. Completely not happy but i need an insurance to drive.

I would whole heartedly reccommend you do not go near this company with a bargepole! They may come off cheap on comparison sites, but I can assure you, you will spend more in the long run, as you loose hours hanging on their switchboard trying to clarify issues they haven't qualified with you properly in the first place. More and more vague requests for paperwork and clarification, finally extra admin payments and charges for their mistakes and inabilility to communicate with customers properly. Awful, awful customer service, completely unprofessional and imcompetent. We're tied in, because they want to charge us to cancel, but you may be able to escape!!!

Took up my insurance 16 days ago and they only just call me now (2 days outside the cooling off period...how convenient) to confirm a few items, then charge me 30% more for missing "commuting to a single place or work" as I had only put social domestic and pleasure!!

First they were fishing to see if I actually had a drive, after telling them I do and where it is as they "cant see it" in maps they then agree that I do have a drive and that is where I will be keeping the car.

So now they are charging me another 30%! I enquire about cancelling my policy and even after paying a 25% deposit it turns out I would have to pay them again to cancel the policy after just 16 days, absolutely outrageous!

Horrible service takes your money as they please costumer services are shocking they speak to you like you re something on the bottom of there shoe they never answer phone and wen do put you to other people because they cannot be bothered to deal with you they put the phone down on you suppriesd they have not been on watch dog! so after 2weeks of getting my policy, thinking everything is alright after signing all my policy rights and agreements. I get a call from a broker from RCIB saying you need to add an additional payment because the you quote you have was wrong. Mind you I got this quote on the phone with another broker from the very same company. The broker said to me we couldn't trace the call we don't know who you spoke to but you need to add to the payment and had to sign the same documents I signed from the start but only new ones.

what a bad mistake insuring with these! i had a car accident other day, i was fully comp.my excess seems to be more than originally said (hmmm) i would be worse off making a claim! my car is a writeoff but they say i still need to make my monthly premiums??? even though i dont have the car now as its too damaged!lol joke!! rude customer service! shambles of a company!!! do not use them please!!!

Terrible service. Took my money and switchboard just try to fob you off.

This "company" exist only on the paper, they sell other insurance companys policy's. When i bought my insurance they ask for a lot of paperwork to begin with and you have only 2 weeks to collect it all and send it to them :
Documents Required
-Copy of the front of your driving licence photocard. Driving Licence must match policy address.
-Copy of the back of your driving licence photocard.
-DVLA Check Code.
-No Claims Bonus Proof (Within the last 2 years & obtained from your last insurer. We are unable to accept schedules, statement of facts, statement of insurance and policy details).
-Copy of the V5C registration certificate ( log book )

And after 4 days they cancel my insurance policy because i didn't mention claim from 4.5 years ago . I simply forgot about it . They kept 100 pounds of my deposit and said it is cancellation fee, so i lost 100 pounds in 4 days. And in min time i had this weird phone calls from them they ask where i work and where is my driveway because they cant see it o google maps (WFT)and other private questions they waist a lot of my time. I think they want cancellations so they can charg you cancellation fees. Take money for nothing

I was assisted by Alex this morning. He was more than helpful and knew what he was talking about. He offered extra services to go with the insurance such as breakdown cover but was not pushy like some tend to be. It was a thorough phone call in which he obtained all the information required and the end result was a successfully purchased insurance policy.

Very very helpful and very nice gentleman to talk to the only thing that let the service down with rain 30 minutes for the phone to be picked up but I do wish I have a company have a service agent like Billy it was a pleasure talking with him I do hope that these comments will be passed on to him as well

Horrendous company to deal with they asked for NCB proof which I sent them they said that they can t accept it as it was on a commercial policy although it was the same car! then they upped the premium including fees etc extra grand!!! So I say I m going elsewhere knowing I m still covered from my initial deposit low & behold they take more money from me unknowing to me!! Theft! I m in the middle of talks with my solicitors avoid this firm like the plague!

Then when you call after a very long wait you get connected, they take all the details again and give you a higher quote then what's given online.

Good Competitive Quote online but poor customer experience. When I took the policy out was advised that I would be called the next day to confirm. Instead I got a text at 8:20 asking me to contact them urgently, which I did immediately and was kept on hold for 30 mins just to be told everything's fine and I'm now insured. Complete nonsense and poor organisation.




What a shambles of a company, dangerous to trust and totally unethical in their approach.

I wanted to cancel the policy but was told I could wait up to 30 days for the refund (I paid in full).

So, for transparency, I have kept the policy as it is the path of least resistance and I accept the wrong date was my fault but OMG what a horrible company to work with and potentially libellous as if I had taken them at their word, I would have been driving around with no insurance at all for a day!!!

RECOMMEND TO AVOID!!!

Absolute rip off cost me a 200 to cancel my policy which was a 500 policy and I'd already paid them over 250. Then they have the cheek to make me pay one more month worth of payments. If you are trying to ring them about anything you will wait 20 to 40 minutes to get through to someone!!!!

Backwards and forwards with threats because we hadn't signed documents and sent them back and when we forwarded proof that we did send them in the first place we got no response. Emails ignored and then further threats of cancelling the insurance policy. Absolutely avoid at all costs!!!

Confusing and hard work! Purchased insurance in the afternoon, deposit taken from my bank straight away and I received an email saying insurance documents will follow. Literally 24 hours later and nothing. I checked the MID website and my car showed up that it wasn t insured. I rang them and they went through a whole insurance quote again only to leave me in a panic because the guy said I ll just put this through the system to see if you need to pay anything additional to your deposit . Like what the hell!! Luckily I didn t! I did though ask why I hadn t been sent insurance documents as mentioned and he said that you need to ring through to confirm everything before we issue a certificate for your policy. Would ve been nice to know that! I think I was lucky compared to some people. I m definitely regretting purchasing this policy, seriously hope I never need to call them. I ll be going elsewhere when this policy is done with!!

Was passed from department to department then they hung up yesterday. Today been placed on hold for an hour. Very hard to buy insurance and now i can't speak to anyone to cancel policy and get back my deposit so i can pay it to a more efficient company.

I went with this insurance company as it was cheap and I needed the insurance ASAP. Worst mistake ever! I started to go through the reviews AFTER I purchased it which is my second biggest mistake! I saw the terrible reviews and emailed them immediately to cancel the insurance. Baring in mind my insurance didn't start until today so, I cancelled a day before the insurance was supposed to start and not long after purchasing. No response to my email. I've been calling them since 8:30am today and have been waiting in the call till 1hour and now called them again and I have been waiting for another 30mins (still waiting by the way). Seriously do not even think about going with these guys. I've bought insurance out this morning with another company so I'm covered. I

I took out insurance with this company in December...

I took out insurance with this company in December and I can honestly say worst insurance company I ve ever dealt with. I had an accident a couple of weeks back I used the insured vehicle to go to work as my partner used my main car for an airport run. I unfortunately had an accident in this vehicle reported it heard nothing for a few hours then get a call to say I owe money as I was going to work in it... was in a right state as you can imagine after having the accident paid the money without thinking but now they ve chucked my claim out as with everything going on in the world I was 9 days out of date with my mot. Not one phone call from them, only emails back n fourth. I am taking this further as I m disgusted with how it s all been handled and the way I ve been treated... bullied into paying yet more money on a day I was vulnerable upset and not knowing my arse from my elbow.

This insurance company should not be even able to continue trading with the way you treat you're customers and I'll be making sure to go to trading standards and issuing court proceedings against you.

My partner was pulled over by police yesterday because she thought she was insured by yourselves to drive other cars and it turns out through no fault of her own that she isn't, (after speaking to the company no one insured through right choice can drive other vehicles on their own insurance). it doesn't state on her certificate of insurance that she can't drive other cars, she had to pay for an hour's insurance with another company which she will be claiming back, she's been driving over 10 years and has full no claims so should be able to drive other cars. She paid her insurance in full only in march which came to 900 and when she asked how much she would get back if she cancelled now she would only get 200 back!!!!! This company are con artists and you should all be ashamed of yourselves, I will be making sure all of my friends and family which have insurance with right choice that they don't renew with this company
