Cant believe the reviews I've read. These people must be after something for nothing? My experience was excellent. Staff were very knowledgeable and did everything possible to help. Most importantly they saved me money. Great service and saved me money I can't see what else people want from an insurance company?
Wrong Choice Insurance Brokers. Bunch of shameless cheaters and liars who prey on those who let their guard down. I got the Financial Ombudsman Service to look into an infuriating dispute and luckily they sided with me. Nonetheless, these guys cost me long hours of nonsensical correspondence, document gathering, and a lot of stress and frustration.
What's more interesting, is that I had to deal with 5-6 different people from their staff. All of them had the same ignorant, dismissive attitude with no respect neither to their customer nor pure reason.
Amazes me how such unprofessional bunch can stay in business.

I Sawanee Noiwiset renewed my motor insurance today with Rebecca of Right Choice insurance brokers, she was so helpful in all ways, and i took out motor insurance with them, Rebecca was polite helpful in every way possible making it a pleasure to do business, and giving a great service.
WRONG CHOICE! THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH INSURANCE COMPANIES EVER SINCE IM DRIVING IN THE UK FOR LAST 8 YEARS ! Totally Waste of time!!! They offering "cheapest insurance" but they are not Cheap at all! They taking money for deposit ....and after "confirmation call" they rising a price to 5 times more than in the quote!
Helpline on really poor level.....one of the advisors asked me for a picture of the garage where i keep my car... THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU CHOOSE THAT RCIB .... THERE IS FEW MUCH BETTER INSURANCE COMPANIES AND NOT MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE!
Waited half an hour for a call back, never happened. Spent another hour on the phone to sort out everything I had already filled out online. I was lied to by "Ozcan" about the start time of my policy, and then they filed incorrect payment details so my bank refused the payment (they had correct details as they processed the initial payment just fine). Refused to waive any of the cancellation fees, even though I was inside of the 14 day period, and despite their errors. Avoid and stick to well known companies, even if they cost a little more

What a complete shambles informed my credit card company they will be doing a charge back. Also fsa in the morning. Opened a policy 2 weeks later get a email saying there is a discrepancy. They will pick at absolutely anything to cancel your policy with my policy it was my mileage did 12000 last year and i put down 11000 !!! The year is not over only been 2 weeks so how do they know what i will be doing this year!!!! Avoid they took my money and you cant get through !!!

DO NOT use these ppl they quoted me 1200 online then as I spoke it went upto 1900 for a 1.4 punto! I didn't want to go ahead but they still took 1200 of my money without permission even though on the website they state they don't take money till u agree..they are con artists and the rudest ppl I have dealt with please don't use them
Ridiculous, con-artists. They come up cheapest on a comparison engine, take your card details and then ask for all of your driver details all over again. 40minutes on the phone and suddenly the insurance quote doubles. What a waste of time, have to start the process all over again - absolutely unethical. Shouldn't be allowed on Compare the Market etc
Kane dealt with insuring my car promptly, he was clear professional and understanding. The only problem with this company is getting through on the phone, you have to wait ages, otherwise really good but only can give four stars.

Horrendous experience. Definitely the worse choice I've made in a very long time. Paid my deposit then they queried my claim history and cancelled the policy the same day I took it out. Now they are keeping my deposit. I have complained to the financial ombudsman. Good luck ever getting through.

Had to give 1 star or it would have been 0, I've been on hold for bout 2hrs now trying to chase a refund as they took an extra payment for no reason, most of the staff I've spoke to are really nice tbf, but money is money, I will be cancelling!!!!

they give you a cheap quote online and you purchase the policy, after purchase they go our staff will call you and confirm insurance. when staff call you they go we can't give you the price anymore, then go your money will be returned in 10 days. I would not recommend this insurance company to anymore.

Google RIGHT CHOICE insurance and you will see on trust pilot how truly awful they are. I am assuming that those who give good reviews which is around 3 people are doing so because they are connected to this horrific con artists or are paid to do so. Absolutely terrible. So many hidden charges. They may look cheap but I have paid over 50% more over the course of the year in extra costs such as changing address and vehicle details etc.
Awful company. Go somewhere else. I still haven't received anything from my claim 2 years ago

Been with this insurer for a couple of years and they are great at point of sale. Could do better in answering calls quicker, spent 35mins in queue only to get fed up and call back this morning. Amanda was great and nice to chat too whilst renewing my policy for another year.

Took my deposit then cancelled my policy in the first week due to validation. Call in to validate my details but then tried to quote me double the amount.

Plus their customer service is horrendous, they make you wait an hour before you can speak to an advisor who would then just transfer you to another person.
I have found this company to be truly awful. Every opportunity is taken to hit you with arbitrary fees and fines. Of course they will state they are within their rights to do so, but there is no reasoning with them. Each member of staff that I have spoken with are abrupt, lack any ability to keep in mind that they are talking to a customer and can barely string together intelligible sentences.
It would seem the business is fashioned around the estate agent letting model, whereby any opportunity to take money for old rope is exploited to the maximum. I have regretted opting to use this company from the first moment I dealt with them directly, to the point I even tried to cancel my policy. Of course, to do so proved exorbitant with an array of charges and fees which left me bewildered. Only three more payments and I will be free of them at least. Good riddance.

This company is very bad. When I called them to buy car insurance. I waited 1hours. They asked some stupid questions. I nerve have questions like this when I buy insurance. You spent money when call them. Don t use any service from them.

Been driving 15 years, and these are the worst insurance company i have ever dealt with. On hold forever, shunted between departments, given misleading and wrong information, overcharged, and no-one i spoke to seemed to have any idea of what they were doing. will be very glad when i get my money back and never have to deal with these folks again.

They lie about their quotes, inundate you with constant requests for information over and over and over the until they can find any reason to attempt to increase your policy, actively avoid replying to emails and calls and deliberately send you chasing your tail if you call them.
You will be much better off paying the extra for a professional company.

I had to renew my insurance for my car and Right Choice gave me the best price once again ,,, i spoke to a fantastic person on the phone her name was amanda who couldnt be more helpful if she tried , i had a few problems doing a bank transfer but Amanda rang me back a few times while i was trying to sort it out with advice and basically talked me through everything ,, got it sorted and now all insured again with a fantastic price ,,, Thankyou Amanda your the best
rcib is a joke.customer service is non existant, 45 mins waiting on the phone only to be cut off ! cancelled my policy via text without reason . they should be shut down asap !!!!!! do not use these brokers steer clear. ab CRAP.

Nice young lady who dealt with our enquiry as quickly as she could manage, we still ended up with a 50 minute call charge for the pleasure of giving you our business! Far more questions than any other time we have insured the car, but got there in the end! We even had a little laugh with Naomi at the end of the chat.

Quick to take your money not so quick when it comes to answering your calls
Initially response to my call was very slow then when I did get through and was being switched departments the line went dead. After a further attempt I was transferred successfully. I think that investing in a "request call back" system would be very beneficial as there is a lot of information before being connected with a "human voice". My second call lasted nearly 30 minutes while all information previously filed online was gone through in detail but, the end result was worth the wait though, call cost to the caller could end up quite high. I ended up with a very competitive price for my motorbike insurance with which I was well pleased, thank you very much Right Choice Insurance - only time will tell if you were definitely the Right Choice for me!!

Stay away from them, provide alright quotes online, then takes your payment and finds any excuse to void your insurance and hold onto your money, demeanour of the brokers is awful once they have your funds!
