I have never in all 18 years of having car insurance had so many problems.
They got my marital status wrong and charged me for it.
The asked for information multiple times and even when it had been sent to them multiple times still threatened to cancel my insurance.
The staff are arrogant and rude on the phone.
I will never use them again and if I could have cancelled without being charged almost a full premium then I would have!

Avoid this company at all costs! They give you the CHEAPEST Quote to make you buy their car insurance but when you have an accident even if it s NOT YOUR FAULT they will come up with extra charges including those that should be included with your insurance which you have paid for, and they make you do the running around calling different departments when it is their job to do so. The STAFF On the phone are EXTREMELY RUDE and AGGRESSIVE that it s like calling a back street COLD CALL COMPANY. Quotation was a little higher than the quote i got from compare the market but i was satisfied with the service from sales lady called Jodie. If i wasn't speaking to her it would have been 2 stars.

I was very impressed with Jordan which helped me with signing up on my policy.

However, as I was previously a customer of BeWiser insurance, which treated me as a customer like I was invaluable and a liar (I'm taking them to the small claims court), i fear that most of these companies operate in the same way - very professional and helpful new client facing staff, and keep their pit bulls hidden in the back to pounce on you if they can.

I have signed this policy in the best belief, so I hope 'Right Choice' isn't just a new BeWiser, but actually be 'the right choice'

Customer service non existent. Have tried ringing multiple occasions now to validate my insurance policy and can never get through. I am waiting on the phone as i write this ive been calling for an hour listening to "thank you for calling right choice insurance, your call is important to us, please hold the line and your call will be dealt with as soon as possible"... on a loop...
I recieved an email a couple of days ago telling me my policy will be cancelled in 7 days... i have 3 days left and still CAN NOT GET THROUGH!!! Do they only have 1 person in each department???

Like most people I wish I'd looked into this company before purchasing!
Never had a problem before now with an insurance company and I've been driving nearly 12 years!
Firstly they hounded me for documents a month after I'd insured with them, not a problem I was able to provide these then another month went by and they sent me emails threatening to cancel my policy if I didnt call them due to discrepancies. I sat on hold 3 days in a row for over 45 mins when I finally got through to someone they ran through the policy, no discrepancies.


What a joke of a company. Never again!

Worst company i have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favour and avoid this brokerage. Unprofessional staff, long waiting times, calls being cut and complete lack of knowledge regarding the policies that they sell. Beware that they set you up with a finance partner that will tie you into a contract that must be fully paid even if you have claimed and it is not your fault. You will be worse off after using this firm of cowboys and you will probably get a headache from trying to comprehend the ill-educated nonsense that the staff utter. Call Admiral and be done with it. If this company have the minerals, they will come back to me for a full breakdown of their shocking service; unfortunately trying to log a complaint cannot happen as they will not put you through to anyone of authority. #cowboys

They are nasty people never buy insurance from them because I bought insurance from them they but a wrong car registeration number when I ask for a refund they refused to do refund which is illegal I am still waiting for my money

Very rude and very dodgy customer service. Paid for my insurance via a new credit card and FRAUD was committed on my account a week later!

Just took out my policy and had help from Alex he was very helpful and professional and made the process go as quick as possible.

This is the second year that I am insuring my car through the Right choice Insurance Brokers. I called to discuss to renew my car insurance and spoke to ALFIE today. My online quotes from other sources have been beaten by Alfie and I have happily accepted Alfie's quote. I am happy with this company and I recommend it to anyone who wants a hassle free insurance for their cars, homes .. etc.

They stole my money

This company is a SCAMMER.

Completely unprofessional. I purchased through a comparison site. They were the cheapest option.

My insurance details has always been the same there s been no changes year on year. I ve had no problems in the past.

This company a week after taking payment said I needed to validate my insurance. I called up and they were asking a million questions trying to catch me out. They then cancelled my insurance saying that they couldn t provide me insurance because of some technical reason.

They claimed I needed business insurance which I have never needed previously. They also said I needed more mileage which was 3 times as much as I use the car.



This company is repeatedly scamming customers and they should be ashamed of themselves. They said they will refund me in 30 days which has left me with no insurance and no money to pay for it elsewhere.

I m now out of work with no car because of them.

When I was trying to get through to them I had to wait a long time and when speaking to them they sounded really dodgy. I wish I never even went with them because now I have a record of cancelled and voided policy which reflects badly on me and my insurance premiums have gone up. It s just completely unjustified and unethical what the are doing,

Please do not use this company.

It a shame you can't give it zero stars one of the worst company I have been with they change my insurance company four time in the one year when it comes time for renewal the will email you twice a day and text you even more a month before it due then when you don't go with them they will simply ignore your emails and won't give you you proof n no claims and when the do finally get back to you it's just to tell you they can't find the policy.

Despite an extremely long time waiting to speak to a representative Danielle dealt with my query very proffessionally and made the experience more pleasant than I was expecting.

Alex the advisor was really helpful ran through everything with me only problem I found was waiting 20 mins to actually get through and speak to someone other than that no problems

avoid ... the website is one and when you call and talk to them is another .... wait for 10 days to give me the deposit back but useless ... always tell me that the bank has my deposit and with them should to talk ..... to get in touch with them lasts about 50 minutes ...... There are Thieves.

The above was my initial review. After literally a few days it came to be true what the rest of the negative reviews had stated. Hidden costs and terms and conditions are spouted to you after accepting the policy and not beforehand. They request documentation within 14 days which cannot be pheasibly sourced then wish to penalise you when you inform them it won't be within the date. On top of this I don't think they grasp the idea of the 14 day cooling off period... Or they do and try to misinform those not aware in order to over charge them.



AVOID.

this insurance broker is fraudalent. They will charge you extra by stating you failed 'inrichment' check but will not tell you what that is... Also will not insure you on the date that you requested.. They most likely will always appear cheapest on comparison sites.. AVOID

Worst company ever dont use this company got a very cheap quote so payed my deposit to then to be told i cant get insurance was told i would get my deposit straight back been waiting over a week to get it back giving me excuses as to why i cant get my money back keep bring told oh 3 to 5 days complete joke of a company on hold for well over 3 hours

Avoid Avoid Avoid - When doing the claim online they ask for card details and will give a cheap quote but once they ring you to confirm everything they hike up the price and if you refuse the quote will take 85 pounds out from your card which you gave them when doing the quote.

Just stay away from this company.when you get a quote they will always offer the best price but you can't get it done without first speaking to them and that is when they (cath) you and will make you pay more. Insuring a 1980 CB250NA Superdream Yes, I would recommend RCIB, much quicker than when I went through a quote elsewhere, earlier in the month . Ami was very helpful,, and the hold points in the phone call were only a few minutes (compared with 10mins plus at the other place). quite extensive list of supporting docs required though, copy of; photo driving licence, V5 reg doc, DVLA licence check code, proof of NCD, date licence held from date (rather than pass date). Practice for the filing system, scanning & photography skills to get it together. But likely will be back to see what you can do for my CB400NC shortly.. Thanks Ami.

Easily the worst company ive ever dealt with and thats saying something for insurance.

They took my money but didnt provide me with cover saying i need to speak to someone. I spent 2 hours on hold before they hung up saying "office now closed" this left me stranded for an entire bank holiday weekend. I then get a text message on the following tuesday saying to ring them.. again.. no answer to the phone calls.

Ive seen nothing but bad reviews about this company and would happily pay twice the price for a reputable company

Bunch of thieves, gave me a cheaper price quote online and paid full amount, but when i called them to re-confirm the details and activate the insurance, they gave me a higher price quote which was more than double the online quote. So I asked them to cancel the insurance and refund the full amount but not yet received any refund back for the last 3 weeks, called them more than 3 times and was on queue for almost 2 hours on the last call but nobody answered, planning to report to Financial Ombudsman and also raised a dispute with my Credit card agency to get a full refund.

I called up RCIB as my vehicle insurance is up for renewal.

My call was answered by an agent called Billy who went above and beyond to give me the best service possible.

If I had any questions, Billy would take the time to answer them and if I was unsure of something he would take his time and ensure I understood what I asked.

I didn t get Billy s second name but if you come across this agent, try sort out any issue you have with him as from my own opinion he s one of the best call handlers I've come across.

They should be called Wrong Choice not Right Choice. This company was a nightmare from start to finish. My husband went with them for his scooter insurance. They are a rip off! After 4 months into his policy he decided to change his scooter and his payments almost trebled. Now he has decided to take his insurance elsewhere and they are demanding full payment of his policy!! You cannot talk to them they put you on hold and then cut you off! They are rude and not professional at all.

Quick to take your money but take over an hour answering. They claim you have filled the application in wrong and then give you a totally different amount quoted on online. Total waste of money and time!!
