Met a very courteous and professional salesman, RJ, who introduced us to our new BMW. We love the vehicle which we believe was a very good investment and does meet our need perfectly.
Excellent service by courteous, knowledgeable staff. Set an appointment online the day before and was in and out in less than 2 hours. Clean lobby with wifi that works great. Tim P. was great!!
Everyone from the sales team, management, and finance were fantastic. The service was excellent and experience was completely stress free. I would highly recommend doing business here as they put customer satisfaction first.
One of the best dealership in town, Sales associate Joel and Kark are the best sales person and most helpful with my needs, dealership manager (don't remember his name) seems really low profile person and helpful as well, dealership make you feel you are building a relation not just buying a car, I am done all my car needs one stop Richmond BMW, I am gladly rated this place 5 out of 5

The buying experience was awesome. That morning my mother and I started our day at a few other high end dealerships and the reception at the BMW lot was by far the best. Being young, sometimes I can get the sense that the dealer may not take me seriously, but BMW had no problem taking things slow and showing me numbers that worked best with my finances. I walked on the lot just to dream and plan for my dream car and I left with my dream car because the staff made me feel comfortable with making such a huge commitment. I would definitely suggest this dealership to anyone that wants to look at cars and learn about their financial status without the pressure to buy. Four stars because you have to stay on them to make sure your paperwork is completed, but otherwise great experience. Not to mention, I got a free key chain and mug out of the deal!!!
Fantastic experience. I came all the way from Baltimore, MD to get an i3 at Richmond BMW and it was worth the 150 mile + trip. The deal involved a special BMW finance offer and cash rebate. As the last day of the month approached, I was unable to get down to Richmond. Guess what?
Richmond BMW sent a driven and the paper work to Baltimore so that we could make the dead line on the financing! They did this just to "hold" the car. When I arrived a week later, I expected a high pressure sell. Absolutely wrong! Joel and Joey could not have been more relaxed and accommodating. This was one of the very best buying experiences (for any product or service) that I have every had. I highly recommend Richmond BMW.
chris and Travis in the service department rock , chris has awesome customer service
Tim was wonderful! He was very patient and kind when trying to find a solution to fix my vehicle while still accommodating my busy work schedule. I would happily get my BMW serviced with them again! :)
On a previous BMW that I have since sold, a recall was issued for tail light wiring harness failure, so I had brought my car in for service. Of course during it's time there, I knew it had other problems (valve cover gasket let, oil filter housing leak), and they gave me the quote to repair the problems, which I declined and simply asked to have the recall repair performed. They told me they'd call me later that day since it was a quick fix. The day went on, and no phone call. I got a ride to the dealer before they closed up, and asked the service department what was up. They looked up my car, and told me that apparently my starter went out and the car needed to have the starter repaired to the tune of $450. I asked them to give me the keys to my car, so I could go examine it myself. Put the key in, cranked, and the car started on the first try. Needless to say, the guy who escorted me to my car looked pretty embarrassed. Fool me once!
A couple of years later, I brought in one of my older BMWs (different from the previous) for a "complimentary" AC check and look over my car. Of course, they've found a laundry list of problems with my car, which is fine (and I was completely aware of most of them), given it was pushing 20 years old. However, I don't appreciate being taken for a ride. I took issue with one significant RIP off I couldn't stomach, and led me to write this review. I was told by a "BMW Master Tech" that my power steering pump was making noise and slipping, causing occasional inoperation of the power steering pump. I knew of the problem beforehand. I was quoted to replace the pump w/ labor for $1300. The worst part of is, is I took matters into my own hands and looked at the pump myself. The problem was simple: The belt tensioner had some of its teeth worn off/missing, and wasn't making adequate tension on the belt, making all that noise/inop problem. The cost of the tensioner and gear to tighten it was a whopping.....35$ total. I fixed it myself in under an hour Pump was perfectly fine. Even if they charged me the BMW dealer rate of 200$ an hour, it shouldn't have come out to be more than 350$ if they did it themselves. But being LIED to about the problem in an effort to swindle me a SECOND time has left a sour taste in my mouth and I'm not inclined to have them service any of my BMWs in the future. Fool me twice.....shame on me.
Disclaimer: This pertains to the Richmond BMW location on Broad Street. I have not taken my cars to Richmond BMW in Midlothian, they may offer a completely different experience.
Tim was exceptionally polite and professional. I waited in the lounge where everybody was social distancing and it was very clean and organized. It took less than an hour and I was in an out and he even walked me to my car right out front. I have had bad experiences in the past with different manufacturers and their service however this was definitely not the case!
I had a wonderful experience at Richmond BMW. The customer service was amazing. The team (Jenish, Dan, Pamela & Anton) that helped me out worked seamlessly and made my experience with them extremely enjoyable. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
I ve ALWAYS received superior Customer Service and Service at Crown BMW.
The Service Department staff is Excellent. They provide Accurate info whether it s status, quotes, or general questions. They are a Make It Right organization, which says it all.
They exceed ALL expectations.
As the saying goes Things Can Happen . It s how you recover from things that happen that counts. My experiences at Crown BMW have Always ended Right or Made Right to my satisfaction. That s why I rate them Five Stars !

Great service could have had some snacks and tea though :)
Richmond BMW made buying a new/used car a very pleasant experience. They worked with me on what I could afford and provided some extras that made the deal very sweet! Working with Shashank and Robert was a pleasure and I would recommend them to friends and family who are interested in a BMW!
Not very good. My car was kept for nearly 4 weeks and I had a variety of services offered that were not needed or asked for. My original request was for a engine diagnostic and battery. I received a new valve body for transmission and a valve cover assembly(which was never in need of repair. When I picked up my car within 10 minutes of driving a drive train malfunction light appeared on dash. I had my car towed to nearest independent shop and the battery was replaced along with new spark plugs. I spent $2000 with BMW and my car was running aweful. I spent $500 with independent garage and it runs great. My advisor was aweful and not knowledgeable along with mechanics.
Management did not appear to concerned as well. They don't know how to fix their cars. Last Beamer for me.
Didn't expect incredible service as we didn't purchase the car from them, but didn't think it would be this bad. Brought car in for scheduled Friday appointment and told we'd get it back same day. No one called with an update , had to call multiple times and then were asked to leave the car through Saturday. No one calls all day Saturday, had to then call them over and over and be put on hold and hung up on only to finally get through and hear that they need a part and the car is undrive-able--and they're all out of loaners, but don't worry, car will be ready Monday AND loaners will be back then too. Call Monday afternoon (of course they don't call us with an update as they promised) and are told parts come in on Tuesday and who knows how long the car will be, and loaners are booked for weeks. No explanations, no transparency, no one cares or could be bothered to call us, even though we were told Friday 'they weren't busy.' All we wanted was a truthful diagnosis on the problem so we knew what to expect. Apparently that's too much to ask.
I had a wonderful experience at Richmond BMW. The team (Steve and Shashank) that helped me out worked seamlessly and made my experience extremely enjoyable. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
I've been going here for years. The services have been exceptional. If there is a wrong they always make it right. Mr Peterson has always been very professional and proficient as a service advisor.
Was in the process of negotiating for a car and the dealer literally sold it to someone else while we were negotiating. The salesman offered to try and "make it wright" by offering us a car with double the mileage and physical damage to the front end of the car for the same price. Hell would freeze over befor I would ever consider doing business with these A holes again.
Tim did a great job taking care of things I needed for the car.
The service department here is top notch. They are knowledgeable and helpful. You know your Beemer is in good hands when you drop it off. My service advisor was great!
Dennis Morgan has always treated me with the utmost respect and has even stayed late to let me pick up my vehicle. I've worked with him many times over the years and he's always been accommodating.
Great customer service! They exceeded my expectations.
Highly recommend this dealership. I drove 2+ hours from DC because of bad experiences with BMW Dealers locally.
Mark Revely did an excellent job assisting me including staying after hours to finish the sale before I drove home as did the man that does financing.
I have had to call the dealer for a few additional things and everyone I have spoken to has been amazing and pleasant.
I almost gave up on BMW's due to all my bad experiences and this dealer turned me around.
First time i have purchased a BMW. West Mall BMW was great.
My salesperson RANA did a great job and was very helpful. I did not feel pressured at any time during the process. Also, i got really good discount on my X2. I highly recommend West Mall BMW and dealing with RANA.
I was highly disappointed as my visit was not of what I have become customary to BMW. I had an appointment for an oil change at 8AM. Though the representative I worked with was very customer friendly, the customer service I would have received at Midlothian BMW was was far better. My car was not washed or vacuumed, they rated my wipers as in good condition when they clearly needed to be replaced. They told me I would need new air filters plus labor added an additional $180 to my bill. However, the overall experience was poor. No coffee,no television on,loud staff members, parked my car in a random service space. Horrible!!! For this service I could have went to Jiffy Lube.
The customer representatives were courteous and attentive. We were also able to schedule service to coincide with our trip out of town. We were however , disappointed in the details. We had scheduled a detailing in which a scratch was to be touched up during the scheduled detail service. We found a reluctance to perform the touch up. This apparently caused a delay of days in which we had to follow up ourselves to determine the progress and when the car would be ready for pick up. We dropped our car off on Tuesday and by Friday evening still did not hear back as to whether the work had been completed.. We called ourselves the following Saturday to find that yes it was available for pickup. Where the service was completed to our satisfaction as to the oil change and routine service, we would not consider the service to "elite service" as BMW boasts. I would have expected notification of the need for delay and at the least a notification as to the completion without having to call ourselves to follow up on the progress and readiness.
Mike was awesome. He was very knowledgeable. I trusted the information and recommendations that he provided about my BMW. If he wouldn t have told me that he was new I would have never known. He even went out of his way to ensure I had transportation back to work. I look forward to using Richmond BMW for my automobile maintenance in the future.
Found a nice ride here for a good price. They said it was great and ended up shipping me a LEMON! Nothing but problems. AVOID AVOID AVOID! They are not a trustworthy company to buy from.
Great stuff. Very patient in answering all the queries.
My husband and I are throughly pleased with the service that we re received!! From the moment we entered the showroom until the moment we left, our salesman Nicholas and the store manager James, made us feel welcomed with their expertise, courtesy and knowledge!! Crown BMW will now be our purchase and service home. Thank you so much, we appreciate your excellent service!!
I live in Michigan and bought a used car from Richmond BMW over the phone. The dealership was honest, answered my questions and sent me videos of the car to fully inspect it inside and out. I couldn't be happier with the vehicle. It was exactly as they said it was and they did a fantastic job taking care of me. They even picked me up at the airport when I flew in to buy the car. I highly recommend Richmond BMW.
Great service, fantastic experience here. Gave me great value for my trade, they have beautiful vehicles. Samantha Barnes has been a pleasure to do business with. Not a BMW fan but they made a convert out of me!
In and out quickly, negotiation was smooth and easy.
Alton is awesome!! He jumped in high gear and gave me incredible service when I was in a bind.
I had a wonderful experience at Richmond BMW. My sales person Aishwarya was absolutely terrific. BMW has always been able to take care of all my new vehicle needs. Dmitri always works his magic and gets everything done for me every time. Thanks you all are the best!!
Excellent service! I brought my car in for a regular maintenance and had a couple of issues that needed to be looked into. They took care of everything and resolved all the issues. They also returned the car fully detailed, not just washed.
You can always count on Richmond BMW providing excellent service.
Once again an excellent experience with the service department at Richmond BMW. The professional and knowledable staff in the service department confirmed my decision that buying from this dealership was the right choice. Mike was extraordinarily helpful and Rocky fielded a frantic call from me with great professionalism. I picked up my car- freshly washed and vacuumed. Very nice!!
I am a former employee of the store and I am continuously impressed with the stellar customer service from Tim, Travis and Paul. Thank you guys for the updates and the great work!
Fantastic experience start to finish. Paul Taylor in the service center was as accommodating and welcoming as a Michelin-starred Maitre D. Even though I drive an older 1-series, they cared as if I brought in an i8. Kudos! (And the loaner, a 2020 Z4, was a blast to drive!)
I continue to have an excellent experience every time I visit Richmond BMW. Tim Peterson provides superior client service. In addition, Ronnie Minor also exceeds my expectations. His expertise, workmanship and attention to detail deserves a standing ovation. Basically, Ronnie rocks!!
Many thanks!
Amazing customer service! 5 star rating for the staff.
Steve Lerner is the best there is. Professional, knowledgeable, and awesome to work with. Customer service was unbelievable and I look forward to future dealings.
3rd vehicle brought from Richmond BMW. Excellent customer service. They walk you through the process of buying a car at your own pace. Willing to answer all your questions, never pushing you to make a quick decision. The sales team could not have been any better. Steven not only sold us a car, he also gave us some basic common sense info which is priceless!!! We thank you Richmond BMW.
Rule #1: never trust short people
Rule #2: stay away from BMW service. Customer service is OK, the advisor wasn't being real helpful. Talking about 145 dollars just for the inspection. And he was gon charge 500 just to put a clip on the seat. Obviously I am not dumb enough to get it fixed here. But I still have pay for the 145 inspection fee smh. Way overpriced.
My experience at Richmond BMW was excellent. The sales representative was extremely courteous and pleasant. He answered all questions and allowed me to test drive a couple of vehicles before I made my final selection. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.
Fantastic experience with Steve Lerner. Very helpful with entire process and definitely went the extra mile. I will continue to buy all of my BMWs from Richmond BMW because of this outstanding service.
Patrick
Fast process and extreme professionalism!! All questions were answered and I was kept informed during the whole process. I was beyond impressed, and the price was amazing. Would recommend to anyone searching for a great vehicle and excellent customer service!!
Great service in the service department.
Paul Taylor was exceptionally professional and my car was ready earlier than was stated which was great.
Outstanding service, very professional. Very knowledgeable. Nick McNevin help me tremendously with my car. Looking forward to a long lasting relationship with them. I just cant express how happy I am with BMW dealership!
Thank you for the descent service provide for my 2007 BMW, after I left the shop I immediately experience the driving of the vehicle so much different than before. It looks like is brand new and handles better than ever.
Everyone there were very professional. Specially Mark, the service technician. Thank you all for bring my car up to standard again.
Excellent customer service. Car in for state inspection.
Absolutely terrible. I m 18 and This was my first time ever buying a car. On the day I was supposed to pick it up I had called in the morning to make sure it would be ready and they told me it would absolutely be ready, when I got there nothing was ready, I had to wait a hour in a half when I expected to be in and out.
But that s not the worst of it, I have a contract that they signed that states the car is mine and that it is financed, I believe they assumed that the financed company would accept me, they didn t. But as far as the contract says, the car is mine and they can t do anything about it. They told me when my first payment will be, took my down payment. Almost a month later, still have my paper plates, they call me on a Friday afternoon demanding two years tax returns and a house lease agreement, I m 18......I dont have two years tax returns and I live with my parents, they said if I don t bring them the information they would take my car, he called Friday afternoon and asked if I could bring it Friday afternoon.
Today is the thirty day mark and I still have my paper plates. I went to my bank and another bank and both of the finance specialist said they ve never seen anything like this.
You would think bmw is high class and they would have better costumer service but this was probably the worst experience I ve had. Very rude also.
In the end they were able to find a someone to finance with a co-signer but after I had posted this google review the general manager called me telling me if I don t bring a check for the car or a co-signer in by the end of the day then he ll take my car. I then proceeded to tell him that I have a job and I m in North Carolina at the moment and he says you have MY car in North Carolina well first of all it s not His car. I gave my down payment and you signed a contract therefore it is my car.
For the hassle they put me through, he only offered a full tank of gas in return of taking this review down, after I told him I probably won t take the review down he never offered a tank of gas again and I never got my full tank of gas.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY RUDE
I love that I can schedule an appt online and I love that I am informed up front about pricing before procedures are completed. I love the fact that I can call my own representative if I have any questions or concerns-and I m not being transferred around to other people. This is my second visit. The first visit was for recall repairs and Crown BMW treated me awesome!! I have been thrilled with the level of customer service I have received!!! I sure hopes this continuous for ever one!!!!!!!
I had my X3 serviced here for the first time. Tommy was very professional in helping me.
I was very pleased with my experience with Aaron. He is very knowledgeable, polite and funny. He took his time and explained everything to me at my comfort level. Made me feel welcome and that he d be available next time too. He was very considerate and caring.
Great to deal with. Had to get a rental while mine was being serviced. They took care of everything. Fantastic!
Very nice location. Everyone is super professional and pleasant.
Friendly staff for a high end car dealership they were very down to earth.
Ridiculous,
Dropped my car off on Monday 01/25/2016 for an oil change and a new battery.
Quoted me $750 for the battery and install.
Picked up a battery for $225 from another shop and took it back to BMW to get installed.
Okay, fine they tried to up charge me, it's a dealership I understand.
I drop off the battery on Thursday 01/28/2016 directly to the technician, he looks at it, tells me its the perfect battery and said it should be ready by the end of the day Friday, maybe Saturday afternoon. Okay, fine.
Today is 02/02/2016 and I call the dealership asking for an update on my car since I never got a call.
"Your car has been ready since Tuesday 01/26/2016, it's already been cleaned."
I said that's not possible I dropped the battery off on Thursday 01/28/2016 . The Sales Advisor had no idea what battery I was talking about. Tried to contact them again and the sales advisor is on break and the technician is "in training."
So my car has been sitting at the BMW dealership for over a week for a simple oil change and a battery install. Not to mention it is an M6, not one of their lower-tier cars, you'd think they would notice that it's been sitting there for a week. A week without driving it is a lot of money being wasted on payments. Regardless, I'm still waiting for a response from the dealership today.
I have been here before for just basic oil changes but this is the first time I did any other type of repair here and man it's been a hassle. Hopefully they give me some sort of credit or make up for this experience in some way. I'm hoping this was just a one time poor experience since I have seen a lot of good reviews on here from many people.
They didn't GIVE me the brand new X3 so I can't give them 5 stars. But they worked me what I considered a great deal without too much pain, so earned a 4.8. Lazarus Joiner was the best sales associate I have worked with; easy going, knowlegable, worked to sell me a car without being pushy. Loan process was straightforward and left me with no questions. They delivered car to me in Fredericksburg the next day, no additional charge. If their service department is as good as their sales department, I'll be a happy camper.
Very good experience really enjoyed the car Steve Lerner was a pleasure to deal with
Great customer service. Loaner was available as they said it would be. A lot of very personable people waiting and willing to help.
The folks at Richmond BMW were awesome. Quickest and easiest car buying experience ever!!
After an initial mishap (I went to the wrong dealership - there are 2) I was able to complete my transaction at the price I wanted to pay. The dealer also let me keep the car for a 2 day test drive which was exceptional.
My service adviser , Travis Pearsin, and technician , Je t.d Emmy Rakes , always keep me apprised of the progress of my repairs The diagnoses and explanations are always consider and to the point .
My experience with my resent visit to Crown was, as usual, excellent. They gave me competitive pricing for set of tires on my 2014 X3. the service writer that I delft with was thorough and efficient, and may I add, courteous and fun to deal with. I was in and out quickly.
James always saves the day! I will follow him wherever he goes. Walked in looking, and within a couple hours I had bought a new car.
I purchased my BMW from another dealership, but I have it serviced and maintained at Richmond BMW. Mark Dobinson, the Service Manager here, is simply incredible. It's rare to find someone who cares and communicates in the auto industry the way he does, and he validates my decision to purchase a BMW each time I make an appointment or simply drop in!
I shook hands with a few people around the dealership, but I don't remember any of their names. However, Dee was amazing. I test drove the car one day. I called a couple days later and Dee got the car ready to go, my wife and I were in and out of the dealership in an hour and a half, signed, sealed and delivered. The car was detailed very nicely. I was impressed with the whole process. But most importantly, Dee was a superstar and provided top-notch customer service. A definite asset to Richmond BMW!! Strong work Dee!
i have contacted 3 different people at this dealerships through text / email and after an hour or two they ignore me completely. i was so interested in a bmw x2 suv but they obviously don t want me to buy it. UNACCEPTABLE!!
Steve Lerner and all of the people at Richmond BMW are truly exemplary. In this modern age of high technology, high pressure and sensory overload, Steve and his colleagues at Richmond BMW calmly bring you back to an era of old fashioned human to human interaction. Their goal is to take care of you, the person. Steve asks about you, your needs and concerns, and draws upon his experience to diligently accommodate your every wish. He is deeply compassionate and extremely knowledgeable and strives to make you feel special and well cared for.
My purchase experience this past weekend of a new BMW was truly remarkable. Every step in the process from my initial research online, to the dealership reaching out to me directly (without any sense of pressure), to my initial contact with the superb Sales Manager Akshay Mahale, to the business transaction, to the big happy welcome with my new big red bow adorned BMW, to the meticulous review of all of the features, to my driving home happily I was so incredibly impressed and satisfied! Perhaps most heartwarming was Steve calling me on Sunday late afternoon, just to say hello and ask me if I was loving my new BMW and if I had any questions.
I have purchased many cars over many years from many dealerships and I can unequivocally state that the wonderful people at Richmond BMW are the most special and outstanding people I have ever met. They are my friends and BMW people for life.
Tim Peterson and the service team at Richmond BMW are everything you would expect from a luxury automotive shop. I just purchased a certified preowned 528i from a different dealership. The turbocharger malfunctioned on my way home. They were quick to diagnose and fix. Communication was often and detailed. I could not have been more pleased with their performance. And good for BMW for standing behind their product.
Tim, the Service Advisor, is always very pleasant, knowledgeable, attentive and a pleasure to work with! The excellent customer service at this location keeps me coming back even after moving to Raleigh, NC!
Called this dealership on a Saturday morning to inquire about BMW M6 inventory and talked with Steve about the cars. I was intrigued enough to drive all the way to Richmond to look at the cars. I was greeted by both Steve and DJ and before the day was over I purchased an M6. Both men were extremely helpful, however, Steve went above and beyond by riding back to Virginia Beach with me and picking up a MINI that I was trading in. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends.
The folks at BMW of Richmond on Broad Street were exceptionally professtional. A special shout out to Joshua and Arron. for making everything so easy.
People were nice. It took me 30 minutes to check in. Dealership tried to "upsell" within an hour of me leaving. Car wasn't cleaned when it was returned to me.
A Change Can Do You Good
There are few things in life more stressful than purchasing a car. It is akin to going to war. If you don't spend countless hours researching and preparing before hand, there is a good chance you will be in over your head and lose. Even if you are prepared, the process of "haggling", the constant paranoid defense measures that must be present to avoid getting stuck or screwed, and the complete lack of trust most of us experience is draining and depressing. It is a game that some excel at (and that some even enjoy), but much like dating, a good portion of us would rather skip the games and know the details so that we can make the right decision and not waste time.
In 2009, I went to war and lost the battle. My research didn't fully prepare me, I was naive to the process, and ended up wasting almost 6 years of my life with a car I realized I hated 3 months after I bought it. It seems like a very 'first world problem' type of situation, but simply enjoying the vehicle, even for one small reason, can make a huge impact.
A few weeks ago, that car was stolen from my home. As much as I hated the thing, I wanted nothing more than to get it back because I wasn't prepared to go to car war again. I was still suffering from post-traumatic dealership disorder.
After test driving a MINI at CarMax, we visited Crown Mini to get some info on the vehicles. I was on the defensive from the get go, closed off and acting smug to avoid getting looped in with the tricks of the trade. I was ready to implode if need be, just to ensure I didn't walk into another trap. They did not want to wake the dragon that day.
It was all for naught. James Gardner and the Crown Mini staff as a whole were therapeutic in a way that relieved physical anxiety pains I was having in my back and shoulders from the stress of the situation. There were no loopholes. There were no traps. There was no smooth talking, haggling, or looks of mocking because they had customers to get to who were buying from them immediately. Even so, I was hesitant to accept what James was saying at first, but as the experience went on, I learned the little secret behind the 180 in the entire experience.
They don't get paid by commission. They get paid by how much of a damn they give and how accurately they give the customer what they want/need. This requires a level of transparency unheard of (by me) in the realm of car purchasing. They want the numbers because they want to get you the best vehicle POSSIBLE, not to get the most money out of you. They want to make you happy as a customer because they understand that the longevity and morale of the customer base is the true value. They did everything they could for my family and more.
James was beyond friendly; James was a friend. I ended up with a vehicle that I didn't even know I was looking for because he was patient, caring, and wanted to put me in the best vehicle for me.
As it pertains to car purchasing, the war is over. I doubt I will go outside of the realm of MINI again. Not only are the cars top notch performance wise, they look damn good. On top of all of that, MINI made me feel at peace with the entire process, from start to finish. I recommend every person who has ever had a negative car buying experience at least go to a MINI dealership and interact with them. Test drive something. Let yourself be open with them, even if you don't plan on buying a car. It will change everything.
Take the red pill. I'm offering you the chance to learn, nothing more.
But I guarantee, you will never go back.
Very knowledgeable service staff. Service done on time, and shuttle option is excellent if you live or work in the city.
Absolutely horrible.... Dropped the car off for a 10:30am regular service appoint, was told the car would be done as soon as possible. By 3:00pm I still had not received a call from the service department, I called asking for my service advisor Travis Pearson and was told he was not available at the moment but would call me right back. I finally received a call from him an hour later, they still had not completed the work for the initial visit but instead wanted to do additional work for more money. After I rejected the additional work, he told me the car would be done soon. When I got to the dealership at 4:30pm, Travis came up to the service desk and advised us the car was still not done but should be by 5pm. He then advised me that we should consider ourselves lucky, because i usually don t stay here past 5, but I didn t have anything else to do today .... I wanted to advise the management of this unprofessional visit but I was told the GM Pamala was not available at the time. I was able to call and leave a voicemail, still waiting on a call back.
Take this however you want, but 5 months ago they sold me a 2016 Civic with a busted AC Compressor which will now cost me $2,000 to replace. At the time of purchase I was assured that their mechanics give all used cars a thorough look over. The Honda dealer I took my car to assured me that the compressor had been leaking for over 6 months. When I called to see if anything could be done, this dealership again assured me that it must have busted in the past few months because all used vehicles are meticulously inspected before selling.
If you decide to purchase a used car from here I would highly recommend buying an extended warranty.
The staff at Richmond BMW went above and beyond to make sure my experience was positive. The environment was very warm and inviting. Jack Morgan was very professional, knowledgeable and transparent throughout the entire process. He worked diligently to find a white 7 series BMW in the price range I gave him. Joey Harris was also very knowledgeable, thoroughly explaining each component of my purchase. He made sure that I was comfortable with every aspect of the financial process. Dmitriy promptly and efficiently resolved all of my concerns. If you are looking for a new/used vehicle Richmond BMW is the place to go! I will purchase my next BMW from Richmond BMW!
Great job by Allen Grim and members of his Service Department team. I experienced back to back fuel injector failures in October and November on my 535i..they were able to resolve the matter inside a week keeping me updated regarding parts orders and efforts by them to seeking warranty coverage as appropriate for both repairs.
