I live in Michigan and bought a used car from Richmond BMW over the phone. The dealership was honest, answered my questions and sent me videos of the car to fully inspect it inside and out. I couldn't be happier with the vehicle. It was exactly as they said it was and they did a fantastic job taking care of me. They even picked me up at the airport when I flew in to buy the car.
