I ve ALWAYS received superior Customer Service and Service at Crown BMW.
The Service Department staff is Excellent. They provide Accurate info whether it s status, quotes, or general questions. They are a Make It Right organization, which says it all.
They exceed ALL expectations.
As the saying goes Things Can Happen . It s how you recover from things that happen that counts. My experiences at Crown BMW have Always ended Right or Made Right to my satisfaction. That s why I rate them Five Stars !
