However, is the worst delivery service that I have experienced. They had scheduled an appointment with me to deliver a new tele2 device. I took a whole day off from work for this. I just watch while Reviva just doesn't show up, without notice they canceled the order and didn't show up. Customer service unreachable after waiting 69 minutes, the counter jumps again to 39 minutes etc. etc. many minutes to the moon. Thanks Reviva and my day off has also gone to the moon. also thanks for that Reviva. There was a system failure, but it was probably too much trouble to inform customers about this properly and in a timely manner. Tip for Tele2..stop the cooperation with Reviva and look for a better delivery service, there are also plenty in the Netherlands. Oh yes, and sending an e-mail to the response didn't make sense either, they just don't respond, why should they!

A very bad transport company that does not comply ...

A very bad transport company that does not comply with their agreements. They also send text messages that they visit on that day and then do not stop by. If you confront them with the fact that they are wrong, they cannot send a courier sooner, because the orders are put on route in the middle of the night .. Well they just do not want to send an extra courier path, because it costs money .. if Kpn does business with this! Will they still come back?

I look at the website from them I get a time between which they would deliver quite normally right? well here comes the fun! Nobody thought very strange. Call their Customer service first wait for 6 minutes I finally get someone on the line I ask when my package will arrive. I get to hear that they have to go to the department that is about that okay is put on hold again for 8 minutes and I am then told that there was a problem on their side so that I have to make another appointment. and then with the reaction that they cannot help it and that they will not solve it today. I'm a programmer myself, but you don't make mistakes like that! Hope that Tele2 will look for another delivery person because I don't believe I can trust them with the delivery of my new Phone and SIM card

My experience was extremely bad. For my order I made an appointment for a delivery on Saturday between 13.45 and 17.45. After a long working week in which most people had a nice planning for the weekend, I kept my Saturday free to wait for my package. Unfortunately I received an SMS from reviva at 16.30 that due to circumstances my order could not be delivered. If it was an accident or incident where the courier or company did not respond, I would have let it go. Then I had called to ask for the reason, I was amazed to hear that the courier was behind with his orders and therefore they decided to cancel my delivery. According to the reviva employee, a courier may not work above a certain number of hours per day according to the law. The courier has therefore fallen behind due to reasons that caused me to cancel my package. A mistake is made from Reviva that makes me the victim of it. This is a problem that comes from Reviva and should be resolved, but they are not frightened and I just have to schedule a new appointment. So when an error arises from them, I can nicely wait longer for my order. Reviva should either hire more people or better organize his / her logistics planning. If you have a match then you try to pay it and you don't say sorry, but don't make an appointment. If the courier is behind my orders, then Reviva is responsible for this. This is irresponsible and unacceptable.

I was then forced to schedule a new appointment. The new delivery will take place on Tuesday between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. I expressly took half a day off from work to be home for 3 hours. With the surprise I received an SMS from reviva on Tuesday morning that my package will be delivered between 14.11 and 16.11. Based on the agreement so agreement, I made a schedule and took time off from work to be home for 3 hours. Now I am told that they might come knocking at 14.11. I then called reviva to explain my situation and asked where the delivery time is between 14.11 and 16.11 while I have scheduled a time between 15.00 and 20.00. I was told by Ella (reviva employee) that my order will arrive at 3 p.m. but that there is a tolerance of 1 hour in advance and an hour afterwards. So I asked what if the delivery person arrives at 14:00 and I am not home at that time. Will the delivery person wait for me since my appointment and therefore agreement are scheduled at 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. She says the delivery person will leave a ticket and go away. So in short, I become the victim if the delivery person starts delivering outside the agreed time. Poor logistical planning or a shortage of delivery staff is a problem with reviva, you cannot burden the customer with this. Then I also get asked with an ugly tone. "What do you want me to do?" What I think is clear, looking for a solution and giving certainty that I will receive my package in my scheduled time of 15.00 and 20.00 and not sooner or later. And of course you will be told that they can do nothing.

This is the way Reviva works. Certainly a picker. My package is now inside, but with reviva NEVER work MORE!

In short in english, worst company ever. Cancels your delivery and delivers on other time slots then you planned. Waiting line for real long and bad attitude of employees. (Especially Ella)

Such old messages and apparently they have not learned anything yet what an amateur company is saying this .. with a period of 5 hours in which they `can` come .. You stay home all day for an order and they let nothing know .. no call nothing .. if you look at the live tracker on the site, the courier stays in the same place all day long .. or the system does not work or your employees do what they feel like .. Don't understand that companies will work with you want to go what a dredging company are you say .. a day off for free ..

Extremely unprofessional Package service, great fun to use all those online tools to make arrangements for delivering a package, but if this agreement is not complied with, you will not benefit from these tools.

I ordered a telephone from tele 2 and this would be sent last Saturday during the morning rides.
I waited until half past one in the afternoon and then called Reviva.
On this they indicated that it would be busy on the road at the moment and therefore my package would be delayed, but would be delivered before 5 o'clock in the afternoon.
Nothing happened at all and I received an automatic new appointment for Sunday by email. I have now changed my appointment to a time that would be more beneficial for me. Hoping that he will arrive. If you as a company look for a reliable parcel service then I will certainly not make any agreements with Reviva given the many other negative reactions.

Very bad experience. Had a rude driver on the phone, who just didn't deliver the package and simply gets away with it. Reviva called about this incident and is not even taken seriously, this says enough about this company. my advice, look for another reliable parcel delivery person, as long as it is not a Reviva.

First, I took a whole day off and the delivery person did not show up. Apparently they had called me 1 time and recorded voicemail, but I didn't get a mention of this. On the track and trace site it was simply stated that the order was delivered and I did have 2 text messages that the order would be delivered.
Customer service was not very friendly. I was allowed to make a new appointment through them and they would come for 3 hours next day. At 19:00 I received a text message that I had to make another appointment. Now suddenly they could only deliver for 4 hours. So I could cancel the cancellation that I had at 3:30 PM. Customer service will close at 6:00 PM.
Called customer service the next day and they said they couldn't do anything. They had looked and the order would be between 15:15 and 15:30. Well windshield. Finally the courier arrived at 3:55 PM.

Next time I order and I see it being delivered with reviva, I will order somewhere else. Somewhere where I know where I stand and where customer service is at least helpful and friendly.

Well helped today, phone with subscription ordered from Tele2 and then delivered by a person from Reviva. I already had a clear explanation via email about what to expect and what I had to deliver. Delivery also went pretty fast and the delivery person was very friendly. Top service!

Clearly indicated that it had to arrive between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., courier arrives at my door exactly at 4 p.m. I tried to contact customer service 3 times, the first two times I waited 25 minutes on the line and the third time I tried to stay on the line for exactly 1.5 hours but every 5 minutes my waiting time was extended by 5 minutes. Still sent an email to get a story, no answer after 3 days.

I've read a lot of bad reviews about Reviva and I was really worried that I would not receive my new phone. That was anything but true. The courier called neatly fifteen minutes before arrival, came neatly on time delivering my phone. Very happy so. Just a pity that I night before was more than an hour in the queue on the phone for customer service. They must bring real improvement. Nothing to complain about the delivery!

First let you wait 1 day, then well after the delivery time let them know by e-mail that the package cannot be delivered.
Make a new appointment with a different delivery address via their link.
Fifteen minutes later they say via e-mail that the package has been delivered, but then to the address that I had just given up and that was not known to them before.
Sent an email, received no response.
On the day of the new appointment are again waiting, but you guessed it all the package is not delivered again.
Called with their customer line, it is said 15 minutes waiting time, I have been on hold for an hour and nobody but absolutely no one got on the line.

Tried in the afternoon. 19:00.average waiting time 58 minuten , 2minites later it is 18 minute. 10 minuten later it is 35 minute.

Ordered a mobile from KPN, which would come on Monday between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM. I have been waiting all evening and then received a message that nobody was home and that the courier came by (which was not possible because I was at home and was literally waiting for the window by the door). I then made a new appointment for Wednesday between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM and was subsequently told again that no one was home and the order was canceled. I contacted Reviva and explained what happened during the conversation and then asked what is the intention since I do not want to wait for nothing every time. Good service, friendly delivery person, reliable, safe procedure. Delivery was a little later, maybe 10 minutes, than was indicated in advance. For the rest, everything went exactly as announced in the email.
I just think the time frame is very spacious: 5 hours. On the day itself you get another indication, namely a 2-hour window.
The link to following the delivery person makes no sense: you do not know which route he is driving and also where your package is on the list. The van seems to jump from hot to neighborhood in the neighborhood, without any logic. You better omit that link Reviva.

Unfortunately there is no option to give -5 stars, otherwise I would have done that. This is really the worst (delivery) service there is. I have never experienced that I was treated so badly by an organization. The operators were also not helpful at all and were very disrespectful. So if you have the option to specify a different delivery service, I definitely recommend that. I had to wait 4 days for my phone (which actually had to be delivered within the first day) and even on the 4th day they arrived hours late. The remaining 3 days, after hours of waiting, I was only called with a strange story about why she hadn't turned up.
