My experience was extremely bad. For my order I made an appointment for a delivery on Saturday between 13.45 and 17.45. After a long working week in which most people had a nice planning for the weekend, I kept my Saturday free to wait for my package. Unfortunately I received an SMS from reviva at 16.30 that due to circumstances my order could not be delivered. If it was an accident or incident where the courier or company did not respond, I would have let it go. Then I had called to ask for the reason, I was amazed to hear that the courier was behind with his orders and therefore they decided to cancel my delivery. According to the reviva employee, a courier may not work above a certain number of hours per day according to the law. The courier has therefore fallen behind due to reasons that caused me to cancel my package. A mistake is made from Reviva that makes me the victim of it. This is a problem that comes from Reviva and should be resolved, but they are not frightened and I just have to schedule a new appointment. So when an error arises from them, I can nicely wait longer for my order. Reviva should either hire more people or better organize his / her logistics planning. If you have a match then you try to pay it and you don't say sorry, but don't make an appointment. If the courier is behind my orders, then Reviva is responsible for this. This is irresponsible and unacceptable.

I was then forced to schedule a new appointment. The new delivery will take place on Tuesday between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. I expressly took half a day off from work to be home for 3 hours. With the surprise I received an SMS from reviva on Tuesday morning that my package will be delivered between 14.11 and 16.11. Based on the agreement so agreement, I made a schedule and took time off from work to be home for 3 hours. Now I am told that they might come knocking at 14.11. I then called reviva to explain my situation and asked where the delivery time is between 14.11 and 16.11 while I have scheduled a time between 15.00 and 20.00. I was told by Ella (reviva employee) that my order will arrive at 3 p.m. but that there is a tolerance of 1 hour in advance and an hour afterwards. So I asked what if the delivery person arrives at 14:00 and I am not home at that time. Will the delivery person wait for me since my appointment and therefore agreement are scheduled at 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. She says the delivery person will leave a ticket and go away. So in short, I become the victim if the delivery person starts delivering outside the agreed time. Poor logistical planning or a shortage of delivery staff is a problem with reviva, you cannot burden the customer with this. Then I also get asked with an ugly tone. "What do you want me to do?" What I think is clear, looking for a solution and giving certainty that I will receive my package in my scheduled time of 15.00 and 20.00 and not sooner or later. And of course you will be told that they can do nothing.

This is the way Reviva works. Certainly a picker. My package is now inside, but with reviva NEVER work MORE!

In short in english, worst company ever. Cancels your delivery and delivers on other time slots then you planned. Waiting line for real long and bad attitude of employees. (Especially Ella)
