Ordered a mobile from KPN, which would come on Monday between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM. I have been waiting all evening and then received a message that nobody was home and that the courier came by (which was not possible because I was at home and was literally waiting for the window by the door). I then made a new appointment for Wednesday between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM and was subsequently told again that no one was home and the order was canceled.
