My S10 was delivered through Reviva. The period was unfortunately exceeded by a few circumstances. Then call customer service. Waiting time started at 12 minutes; then 20; then 7 then 12 again, etc. I waited 40 minutes in total, after which the telephone rang and then the connection was terminated.
