I also ordered a package via Tele-2, arranged an appointment on my postcode and received a confirmation and an SMS asking if I wanted to be at home in a 2-hour time slot. Thus taken free, and yes, as many others for me nobody show up, and when calling the customer service unfriendly, even more when communicating to contact tele2 the connection was simply broken. Less than 1 star is unfortunately not possible, but with so many negative reviews, a long life for this company does not seem possible.

Unfortunately there is no option to give -5 stars, otherwise I would have done that. This is really the worst (delivery) service there is. I have never experienced that I was treated so badly by an organization. The operators were also not helpful at all and were very disrespectful. So if you have the option to specify a different delivery service, I definitely recommend that. I had to wait 3 days for my phone (which actually had to be delivered within the first day) and even on the 3rd day they arrived hours late. The remaining 3 days, after hours of waiting, I was only called with a strange story about why she hadn't turned up.
In short ... the worst delivery service ever.

It says in bold cow letters that they would call fifteen minutes before arrival, I have never been called by them. And if you've been to my door and nobody's home then why don't you leave a note? After I called them yesterday they were convinced that I would get it today and that I would get a picture of my front door but to this day I still haven't seen a picture of my front door. 5x made a new appointment: 1st x had to stop the delivery route because he was not fit enough, 2nd x could not finish the delivery route because it was busy in Amsterdam (oh, you mean that). It was not planned for 3rd x, nor was it planned for 4th x. (Despite frequent contact with Reviva customer service and commitments and apologies.) Only the 5th x was ship right at Reviva. And every time making sure that I or someone else was at home, and calling again and again why they weren't there anyway.

In the end it was solved by extra effort from Thomas vd customer service.

If you want to wait a long time for your ordered items and want to lose a lot of time, you have to go to Reviva.

Tuesday was also not an option to choose, maybe already full? Then Wednesday between 10 and 3. I received a message that my device would be delivered between 12:30 and 15:30. Around 3:40 pm I received a phone-call that the bus was broken and no one else could bring my package so a new order date had to be set. I find this very messy. The man on the phone was also very impatient and quickly said nice day, although I still had questions. The next one, everything went fine and she was called nicely when she was about to be there.

E-mail contact with the helpdesk went very smoothly, response to my question within 5 minutes and new delivery date and time agreed. Iphone ordered from Tele2 Netherlands which must be delivered by you and everything goes wrong!

The first delivery date seemed to go well in this respect, the driver neatly called and showed up. However, without a device due to a defect. Package was lost. Then you called because I was not called what I was told. I was put on hold for 1 hour, after which I was helped very badly. Package was lost and simply had to wait for an email for a new delivery appointment. Finally I called back in the evening but again myself. It turned out that the package had already been found and therefore a new appointment planned for Sat 21 Sept. The delivery person would arrive between 16:19 and 17:30.

2nd delivery appointment nobody called and nobody showed up. Tried to call and stood on hold for 2 hours. It was my turn almost and the connection was broken. In the meantime you were no longer available.

Sept 22 himself immediately called again at 9:00 am and was told that my package was, surprisingly, not sorted and therefore not on the bus. But nobody tells me this, and I am at home all day waiting for a delivery person !!!! New appointment scheduled for Mon 23 Sept. between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. I just look online and there is delivery between 14:00 and 19:00. I have delivery to my work address and am not present there until 19:00. I am very dissatisfied with your service and delivery attempts !!! I was also very clear about this by telephone after 2 errors and had hoped that it would now go well !!!

Worthless, really worthless.

Attempt 3 again not sorted so again no phone !!!!!! Take on decent staff because I am not allowed to finish talking when I call, no hangs because I flip considering it has already gone wrong 3 times for the same cause !!!! Get your client out and come up with a solution instead of throwing the phone down.
