Mediocre service. 100 times indicated that I am deaf. Package was supposed to arrive on Wednesday the 11th. Oops package not to the delivery person. He comes today. Delay, okay. Suddenly a message that I am not at home while I am standing in front of the window all day. Then I receive a call from No Caller ID, even though I have indicated that I am deaf. I can't do anything else by choosing tomorrow as an order moment and then just hope it will arrive. / edit on the 3rd delivery I got a call from an open number. I could tap this number back and indicate that I am deaf. He stopped somewhere on the way to text me that he would be there soon. Delivery person was friendly at the door and explained clearly what had to be done. That's why I upgraded it to 2 stars.

Hang now for more than fifteen minutes on the line for the status of my package. 2 weeks earlier already went wrong. I just didn't ring the bell while I was at home. Package would be delivered between 9 and half 2. It is now 2 o'clock and it is not there yet.

Just a re-re-revieuw. I have been on the line for almost half an hour. My phone automatically records incoming and outgoing calls.
So as the owner of this company, you should first check if this is correct before you post.

Incredibly bad company. Everything was fine by phone, once at the door, an authorization form which they themselves offer as an option is not sufficient to receive an order. After this I called several times with the company where I was on hold for more than 50 minutes each time. I have already submitted my complaint to Tele2 about this company and I will not stop telling anyone who has anything to do with this company that they should not have anything to do with this.

Very unpleasant experience with scary courier Tarik. He required me to come out (on the street) to take my phone, ordered by Tele 2, in reception. He was in a hurry, dominant and far from friendly, let alone customer oriented. He himself threatened not to deliver my phone if I would not immediately remove the photo of the situation I was taking (package on the street with a piece of his back) with an aggressive tone and gaze ... (although a photo of his face can be seen on the REVIVA site)
Customer Service Reviva, Thomas, contacted by telephone was friendly and advised me to lodge a complaint. The star is for him!

For an order from KPN, I received a different appointment time twice after they did not show up first time. After waiting for hours today, it appeared that they had called at the wrong address and had made a note through the bus. In the mail also received an attached photo with 'a photo of your front door' (???). After mentioning my correct address, the delivery person came by, quickly took a picture of my door, did not ring and I received an email saying that the deliveryman was 'gone' again. Weird company that does not communicate well and can not recognize errors. Hence this very bad review, I still do not have my package. I am also ignored on the mail by this strange company.

Update (January 2019) to date they have no longer responded to my mail, not even to schedule a new appointment (something with not being able to handle errors, except responding to these reviews as standard?) Meanwhile had contact with KPN who happily sent it to me via post nl so I finally had my package after 2 weeks. If you have the choice, NEVER let your parcels deliver through this company!

Unfortunately, I was not home when they were at the door. I was immediately called if I was near their route so that we could meet at a following address. within 5 minutes I was there and I could still receive my package. Top service!
