Delivery person arrived earlier than the agreed time. Was called neatly and indicated that it was no problem to wait for me (was still on the way home). Very friendly delivery person and everything was handled neatly and professionally.

Telephone ordered at Tele2. ordered before 23.00 is delivered next day they say. It was not the next day but the next week where I was scheduled to receive my phone. This second appointment they did not call me and they did not deliver because I was not at home since I was 5 minutes away from home. So call now! then a new appointment with REVIVA planned and they have promised to deliver last Sunday 09-12-2018 between 9.00 and 18.00 which is a very long time! Now I have been home the whole day and again they have not been through REVIVA or even called at all. Very bad '' service '' of this company. Do not your employees have a phone or something? and do you have primary school children as planners or something? There is no good thing in this company (which I had never heard of in the first case). You are really doing bad!

Tight-curving inferior non-delivery service, a real mockery for both the company itself and its affiliates as Tele2. First of all, the "change appointment" option simply does not exist in the first e-mails after so-called delivery attempts by the courier. Only after 3 delivery attempts will this option appear, in which case you will have to descend into the depths of the mail to find out. Then a rather aggressive phone call in which the delivery person in question makes it clear that he does not want to rise above rather than so-called parking problems, while loading and unloading is completely legitimate in the area of delivery. Then suddenly he is so overheated that he can no longer talk to me properly by telephone and he snaps that he would have called three times (he would just ring the bell) and that he would leave if I did not come now. Then go away, fine, I will not be fooled. Providers enough. Tele2 and Reviva must really be deeply ashamed of wanting to go into the sea with such people, just below all standards and bad advertising.
Addition after reaction Reviva: horrible company, almost interested after inquiring, but service interests nothing. About your abominable inferior disrespectful way of dealing with customers ??? Total disinterest. Advice: do not order anything from a company that cooperates with online package service / Reviva. Tele2 may be cheap, if you do not live in a fiber-optic area, you have nothing to do with a provider that scorns customers and delivers a rickety ADSL connection. Negotiate with fiber optic / cable provider.

Super worthless.
Now taken twice an afternoon off. First time order canceled due to computer malfunction. A few days later they waited all afternoon at home but they did not ring the bell. Call 3x checked if it does, but it really does. Then complaints line called waiting time 15 minutes but is already waiting for 45 minutes.

Glad that he arrived, the delivery person turned out to be rather over-demanded by Reviva. Too bad, the quality of delivery on time is not good.

I experienced the Reviva service as extremely bad. Between 10:00 and 15:00 my package would be delivered, which eventually became 17:15. In the meantime I tried to call customer service, which I only got on the phone after having been on hold for more than 1.5 hours. Reviva cannot expect people to wait all day for the delivery person. As a company, be honest with yourself and do not accept all requests from companies to deliver packages if you cannot deliver.

Edit: I said the delivery person arrived at 5:15 PM, but I had written something for this on the assumption that it would be okay now. Ultimately, Reviva canceled the order unsolicited (read: not canceled for that day, but completely canceled). I received several apologies: the first was that the delivery person had another person on the line who of course knew nothing, so he canceled the order. The second excuse I received was that my proof of identification was not correct, so that the delivery person could not give the package. The delivery person has never been with me, so that makes no sense. The third excuse was that Tele2 had an IT failure that caused the order to be accidentally canceled, but this contradicts Tele2. Eventually after several phone calls and hours in total hours in the queue I have received my phone a few days later.

What a bad company!
Would receive my phone on Tuesday but never received it due to a malfunction. They had a different number so I was not informed and then was on hold for 2 hours.
I don't know how many people they employ for customer service but this is really outrageously bad. A shame because Tele2 is a good company in terms of telephone subscription. Unfortunately a bad experience. I hope that tele2 will do something about this because that is not how you treat customers !!!

Due to some issues KPN was not able to deliver internet to my address, I was offered an emergency package for this. KPN has engaged Reviva to deliver the package. After a whole day of waiting for the package, we finally got the message at 22.30 that the delivery had come and we were not at home (we have a camera system, nothing is written on it), we were just at home. Next day (Sunday) called customer service. After having been on hold for 25 minutes, I did indeed receive confirmation that it had not even been tried, but the package cannot be delivered (again) until Tuesday evening.

A really bad service, and I hope that KPN can find a better partner soon. This harms the service that KPN is willing to provide me.

As it should! Confirmation email reports between 11 and 12.09. At 11.25 the courier announced in the mail is at the door. The link states who (which courier) you can expect. Everything is neatly checked - also as it should be. Many courier companies can take a firm lead here.

When I read the reviews, I and many others had a bad experience with Reviva. Today February 13 j.l. would the deliveryman of Reviva deliver the package of my girlfriend. The mail promised that the deliverer would give a call 15 minutes before arrival.

In the end I read on the website that the deliveryman stopped by with the package, but that no one was home .. That seems strong to me. First of all, a bell has been promised, which has not happened. Second, I was just at home. Now my girlfriend has to wait a day longer for her phone. This is of course a shame, because then you are forced to stay home until the package is delivered.

Once we had called the customer service, we could no longer make an appointment for the same day (February 13, the day the package would be delivered in the first instance).

Zero stars. Have had 3 failed deliveries so far, and when you call you are kept on hold for at least 40 minutes. I called at 9.25pm tonight, then when next in the queue, 10pm rolls around and they simply disconnected the call. Missed a day of work to stay in for it, and stayed in for 5 hours straight on 2 occasions. And work phone is still not here. Worst delivery company ever.
