Worst Courier Service !!!!
Courier was supposed to drop by yesterday and just hasn't been. Then Reviva apologized and indicated that it was very bad of them.
Today the courier would come by for the second time to bring my mobile from KPN and he walked by without ringing the bell. I had called Reviva 30 minutes after the carrier was late to ask where he is. Reviva indicated that he is late but on his way. 2 hours later I call Reviva again to ask where he is and they say he has already been.
I have a RING and can see that it has not been and has not rung! i feel bad about this since my order has now been canceled while they are not doing their job properly. They also don't come up with a solution because they get so much business from KPN, so they can bear 1 dissatisfied customer.
Really bad company !!! I would not recommend anyone to work with them.
Scheduling appointments is difficult 2 hours later than indicated by them

After I had to wait 1 week for a package from kpn I received a message this morning that the delivery person was finally on its way and my package would be delivered within 1 hour and 54 minutes. 2.5 hours later I received a message that my package suddenly could no longer be delivered and I had to choose a different delivery time. I immediately called reviva to be told that the ATM was not working, no reasonable solution was devised, I could only choose another time to deliver, which means taking an extra day off from work. I think a company really can't handle situations like that, you just have to be prepared for these kinds of things. A pity because KPN really is a top company and should not work with reviva
1 star is too much !!!! Worst delivery service ever !!!!!!! The courier calls the door of my apartment building which I then open from my apartment. Then he was gone before I had my shoes on and could come down! It is Sunday, NO customer service, or number of the courier whom I can contact. NOTHING. just an email where I can schedule my new appointment .. The top point, I can not even schedule a new appointment because REVIVA with postal code:
"62xx ER" has mentioned instead of. "62xxER" !! Now the website does not recognize the 'postcode', you can not change it yourself on this website, so I can not even schedule a new appointment !!!! Worthless delivery !!!!

Outrageous service! They do not meet appointments, cancel unilateral agreements, let you wait a day for nothing and leave you in the dark! Customer service says after the courier already 4.5 hours late is still very friendly that the order is still coming today, but that was not the case. At 22h I received the message that the delivery had been canceled and that I had to make a new delivery appointment. The next delivery option is only in 3 days, this is not possible!
Everything is neatly sent via e-mail or text message, on the day itself you will be sent a time frame as you can expect them. 10 minutes before the delivery, they were called nicely with the arrival. I was approached very friendly and professional. Am very satisfied and make sure to use their services more often!

Well worried, but the times to be chosen are rather wide. On Monday at least you can only choose a time slot with the afternoon added. And ... a call before the delivery arrives is fine unless your new phone is just delivered ..... delivery person was pleasantly surprised that I was still there
To make an appointment for delivery you must choose between times that are suggested.
Then you will receive an email early that morning from Reviva in which hour they will pass.

Now the same, yesterday he suppose to come between 16-21 and he came at 15, my son was at home and he told him to come at 18 but he didn't, I got the message that he unfortunately missed me , I scheduled a new one for today, I got times 16:09 - 18:08 (weird times but ok) and I got the message that oh unfortunately he missed me at 11:59...

First delivery appointment canceled on the same day without reason, but stayed at home. Attempted to reach customer service aborted after being told to be 92nd in the queue! 2nd delivery appointment did show up and had an extremely unfriendly delivery person at the door who apparently was irritated by her job / route / life? Who can say ... sour face and surly tone. Not a good first experience with Reviva!

I had called the day before (last Friday) to let them know if they could give me a specific time, that could not but indicate that they had to call 30 minutes in advance i.v.m. my cat fell asleep what took place yesterday afternoon. They just arrived at my door without calling and still 15 minutes before I went to take my cat away. I find this enormously outrageous and will never have anything delivered via Reviva. I have also been on hold 2x more than 2 hours, too ridiculous for all this.
A star for Elayne from the service department. It was the most lenient. After 23 (sometimes very long) conversations later, I was kept on the line. Delivery mistakes every time. Wrong place of residence until no call in advance. I remained understanding until my order was canceled. Because the delivery person was wrong again and could know that my delivery was canceled without me knowing it. So the order was sent back to tele2, since there were also many non-knowing employees on the phone about the delivery and gave me incorrect information. Again the delivery went wrong. And only now 1 day later after a week of frustration and a lot of calling from my side did it go well. Done within 3 seconds. I have put so much effort into receiving my new phone. Both with tele2 with their incomplete or incorrect information and with their supplier of Reviva with the incorrect information time after time after my many filled calls with your employees, I think I really communicate better. You provide information that is incorrect with the delivery person. Not being called and coming at other times than you think is wrong. Do more about communication with the delivery person and do more about customer complaints. I have been keeping a lot on track for you in recent days. And lied in deliveries. Lots of phone calls away and just an excuse is no longer enough. I still expect a good compensation that fits these shortcomings.

Today I got Mr Astrando at the door. Even though the procedure was manual, things went super smoothly and Mr Astrando was also very friendly and polite!
1 star is still too much to give. Save yourself a lot of trouble, time and costs and NEVER order from a company that works with Reviva. Package ordered through Tele2 which apparently cooperates with Reviva. According to Reviva, package was not registered by Tele2, Tele2 says that Reviva manages their warehouse and there is no sign up? Got confirmation from my Reviva by email, text and was able to login to their site to see 'Younes' coming to deliver my package between 5pm and 8pm that day. nothing at 8 p.m. I call Reviva and they say that the package has never been registered. I call Tele2 and they say that Reviva has communicated to them that the parcel service has visited me but that I was not at home !?
Reviva, in turn, says that is not true. Incredibly unhelpful and without any kind of empathy spoken to by their 'customer service'. Both Tele2 and Reviva say they cannot do anything and Reviva continues to insist that it has no package while it was already with parcel service at my order status. Took me 3 hours of calling to cancel everything.
You make an appointment on a Sunday 13.15 - 17.30, the courier arrives at 11 and you receive an email that you have to make another appointment. The next appointment was 10.30-12.30, which was rescheduled at 12.00 to 12.30-14.30, at 13.00 I received a text message that the courier was delayed by 4 hours.
Neat mail received that the best delivery person was in a traffic jam today and that that hour would come later.
Was only exciting 10 minutes later.
But the communication is super towards the customer.
The delivery person was also very friendly and offered his apologies too but was not necessary.

According to reviva, my kpn order was named Mr.. He could not change this so he was not allowed to deliver it. I had to call kpn myself and they would have to give permission to reviva. When I call KPN I hear that I am just as a woman in the system, so that there should have been nothing wrong. KPN can of course not contact the deliverer, nor, incidentally, when I call him back. What, incidentally, he himself proposed. Bad thing.

Simply totally incompetent company. It is announced on the day of delivery that it was not possible to deliver that day, they would have been at the door, but we were not at home, but there was NO ONE at the door because we have a bell with camera, the next day the order is delivered, hours after the period in which they'd come. The deliveryman was polite and friendly, the rest was very far below standard. But on their website they blow very high tower!

Have telephone repaired at Teleplan, and received a loan test. This went through Reviva. When my phone was repaired and the loan device had to be returned, 30 hours after I had already made an appointment via Teleplan, I received an email from Reviva at a quarter past eleven in the evening that the appointment that took place the following morning could not take place. Nicely on time. The following morning a new appointment was made by telephone for the following day. Unfortunately I was called 2 hours before the new appointment with: "Telephone location & status unknown". I would be called back, that didn't happen. Made a new appointment for the following week. After a very unclear and slow communication with both companies, it turned out that the courier would not reach the desired period in the distance, but that telephone status and location were correct (12-3 hours, courier was only able to arrive after 5 hours). The next day made a new appointment, and I finally succeeded.
Never again for me.
