I hope you don't have intentions of getting your full deposit back.

We happened to leave the place in the same condition as when we walked into the place and we were charged $900 for extensive cleaning on their part. These guys are not honest and I would not do business with them again. I wish there was an option for zero stars. Brandon, the property manager who we were transferred to was under qualified for this position and constantly had to refer to his GM for answers. I would rather live the slum life for a few days if it meant not dealing with RESE PM.

I have over 150 properties around the county and I can tell you that there can definitely good, responsive managers and bad, unresponsive and expensive managers of properties. I've worked with RESE now for approximately 8 years, I believe, and they have managed several of my local rental properties. RESE has a good balance of being firm with rent collection but flexible with their owners. They allow me to use my own handymen, and are quick to respond if they need to schedule maintenance. I appreciate their professional and flexible attitude to working with homeowners like me!

Even though I ended up not moving, I've been very impressed by this company. It was so easy to find and set-up a showing. Jordan Burk (spelling?) helped me out and he was more than accommodating, it was easy to schedule with him, meet him on-site, and he was very knowledgable. Excited to move soon. I would definitely recommend this group to my friends.

After RESE rescheduled my original appointment (which they offered very few and odd options of times) to see a property, and then confirmed the appointment with me, no one from their agency showed up. They notified me of the property no longer being available hours after my scheduled appointment. Waste of 2+ hours of my time, after I had to leave work early and travel 45minutes to view the property.

If at all possible avoid renting from this company. When we moved in there was mouse poop everywhere, bloody snot on the walls, incense sticks in the walls and the carpets we're dirty with mold growing in one of the rooms that kept flooding. From the start it was hard to get anything done about this. There was even a bit I was without power in the kitchen for a couple weeks before their electrician could come. I tried to a good tenant and cleaned the carpets myself after they wouldn't (even though there was mold), I disposed of some old oil left behind in the garage and lots of other junk left behind by the last people. When the microwave broke and a fan broke I installed them for free(they paid for the hardware) and the list goes on. Now after spending hours cleaning and leaving the house in a much better condition than original they are trying to tack on a cleaning fee and deny me my full refund. The contract also explicitly says any applied cleaning fee is for getting it ready for future renters but the house I was in went on the market is being renovated (you don't clean a house you are ripping all the carpets out of).

DONT rent from this company. I rented an apartment for a year with Rese and had a terrible experience. They don't return your phone calls, they ignore any issues you have (maintenance etc.), and they took half of my security deposit for absurd and incredibly steep cleaning fees.
I went almost an entire summer in Salt Lake with no AC due to their complete incompetence and failure to return my phone calls. They don't care about you they just care about taking your money and doing whatever is convenient for them.

This company is a joke! They take their time to make major repairs (like a water heater or fridge) and if you tell them that you will withhold rent until you have hot water, they charge you fees! Meanwhile you're stuck boiling water for dishes and taking showers at other people's houses or the gym for four weeks! Or buying ice for coolers to keep your food in for weeks at a time. They won't work with you, and fail to inform the owners of the property about what is going on. If you find a property you're interested in and it's managed by Rese, move on! Honestly if you're considering using Rese, read their responses to their bad google reviews. It's indicative of the level of customer service they provide.

Rese property management has failed on numerous fronts. As the home owner they have neglected the needs of both us and our renters. After each side tryed to work through Rese we determined that ignoring them and working directly with each other was the fastest and least expensive method.
We are now on our third property manager within the company (the first two were fired for incompetence). Yet we still are having difficulty getting our issues resolved.
They are not worth the money and if we weren't under contract we'd have left a long time ago.
Do not use them.

If I could give them negative stars I would. They over charge and have incredibly rude staff. They've taken too long to respond to maintenance requests which have caused damage to the yard, property and some of the tenants' cars. I have never dealt with a worse company than this one. They have changed payment records on tenants with no notification and have held people to leases they have never signed.

I have never had such a bad experience with any company I have ever encountered in my entire life. I'm a college student renting an apartment and I have been treated terribly. My air conditioning was broken when I moved in and the company has yet to fix it. Their contractor Doug will never fix anything of yours. Don't expect to ever get a call back from their company or their contractor. I had to threaten them with a legal notice for them to take any action and the air conditioning is still not fixed - along with a number of other things the contractor said would be taken care of. They also tried to tell me that there was no way to compensate me for the two weeks I couldn't stay in the apartment because it was so hot. Do yourself a favor and save yourself from getting a migraine from these people. Never rent from Rese.

This review is specifically regarding the maintenance. When dealing with maintenance and there "after hour"' or "emergency maintenance" we seem to be waiting days or weeks before resolution. Currently our AC is not working and we call the "emergency" hot line and were told that they would call us Monday, not sure how that is an emergency hotline. This is not the first issue, the first time the AC stopped working, we unfortunately had to work with Gail and an unprofessional AC guy that would text, instead of call, he promised to be there nights and numerous days that we took of work to accommodate him, and after waiting til 10pm multiple times after saying he would be here, never showed up, he was extremely rude and unpleasant to work with, then when dealing with Gail, she blamed it on us and provided extremely unprofessional and rude customer service. Luckily they had another company come out, after a week and a half that got the job done and was very helpful. Stoddard HVAC was very helpful and thank you to him. Unfortunately I cringe when I have to put in a maintenance request and possibly have to deal with Gail or another person like the first AC Guy. We love where we live and we haven't had a problem in any other aspect but we wish the maintenance was more pleasant and easier to work with, as we are not the only ones to have had an issue with them or Gail.

They are a bunch of crooks they will not return your calls when you have issues with the property there was leaking faucets in the bathroom the outside spicket was leaking and in the mean while your water bill is going up for that issue and then the home owner wants to say some dumb stuff about you ran up a water bill over 800 dollars and the house that was rented was not very clean apon move in the kitchen looked like a hot mess and the yard was over grown with the grass it looked like a jungle outside but then you have the home owner come by and take pictures of the yard and complain to rese about it and then the owner has to constantly keep coming by to be in your business because they think they can do that which is not right they were harassing the tenat is all they were doing there were light switches that did not work the fence in the front yard was broken and laying down in the yard the cutter was torn off the soffit of the house from where they had there rv parked done pulled it out and ripped it off then you have this rental company that wants to do inspections on the house that sets a date and time for this and then don't show up or change the date and time etc and when you call rese to get stuff fixed you find out that no one knows about the issues with the property and they seem to keep changeing the staff alot and then when you move into this property you go to throw out trash and the home owner has the trash can full of trash and did not even get rid of it and the trash that was taken out to the can had to sit in the garage for like two weeks before it could be thrown out because the trash company only comes once a week if I had to choose between renting again it would not be with rese I would rather live in a cardboard box under the 215 bridge before I rented thru rese again and as for the one who is still harassing my girl with your emails I'd advise you to stop it and stop it now you do not want me to get involved I will be contacting the BBB and advising them of your actions and my attorney as well so my review of rese resperty management stay away stay as far away as you can. The yard was full of trash and debri I went over and cleaned it up and as for the leaking faucets and spickets I went and fixed it and the fence I fixed it with my own money and my own time so you want to charge the old tenant for the grass cutting and for whatever else you seen to want to keep her deposit money for ok we can play that game now you can pay me for my work and my money spent to fix the issues that you claim you did not know about I will be sending you a bill for my labor and money out of my pocket to buy the materials to fix this property and I will contacting my lawyer as well

NEVER sign with RESE. Biggest mistake. I have been lied to, ignored, wrongly charged and they don't follow through with what they said they'd do. The contract has been broken several times and I keep trying to make it work. I should've just cut it off and been done. Now they're wrongly charging me for a repair that isn't my responsibility, refuse to take care of it and have decided to stop answering my emails (the only way I'll communicate now to catch them in their lies). My home has NOT been taken care of the way I was promised. What they tell you when you sit down face to face is not what they follow through with then can't give a proper explanation for why. Finance, my property manager and the owner are all ignoring me while still withholding money. Never never go with this company. I spend more time every month managing them than they spend managing my property.

I've not had any issues getting someone on the phone when I've got questions about a property and they've all been very nice. The follow up and communication is well done and appreciated.

It took them forever to reply to things that need to be fixed. My toilet was overflowing with brown water and they told me the soonest they could get out was 24 hours. I had my home professionally cleaned when I moved out and they charged me to have their people professionally cleaned it and charges me another $400. They also told me when I moved in there were sprinkles and air-conditioning in the house. Neither of which were true. I will never rent from Rese again. Last time I posted this, they deleted it and said they could not find me in their records. So they also delete negative comments. Beware.

Renters beware: this company's lease includes a clause that allows them to enter your home any time they want, with or without notice to tenants, whether you are home or not. They also make you waive any liabilities for mold, not sure if these guys have mold issues in the homes they rent but basically if they mismanage it and don't take care of mold and you or your family get sick or die from their property with terrible health quality, there's nothing you can do about it. Many states have already chimed in and said that a clause like this is illegal, Utah has not chimed in on it yet. Don't be the guinea pig. Their contracts are some of the worst (for tenants) this JD has ever seen. We told them we wouldn't sign with those clauses and they said they will not change a thing in their contracts. Beware of any property manager that says their contracts are 100% non-negotiable. Don't waste your application fee on these guys like we did and definitely don't sign their contracts.

This place uses a third party app called rently which is a scam by raters, and rated 1 star out of 5 on the better business bureau. This app makes you take lots of pictures of yourself and your drivers licence, and makes you fork over a credit number in order to use. Additionally they could get your finger prints from the key you use to look at the property as well. Additionally the rese rep said they dont know how secure it is. I went into a property and it wasnt cleaned... very poor customer service as well as they wanted me to email rese about questions i had instead of getting back to me... very shady place, never doing business with these guys again... if i find out my personal info was given or sold to others im going to sue the hell out of these guys for their negligence... f this place!!

rese property management is the worst company ever!!!! they are very unprofessional untill u threaten legal action my fridge has been broken since ive moved in just needs to be replaced at this point there fees to just pay rent are a joke and they never ever answer there phones never respond to texts till days later if they do and never ever response to voicemails!!! They arent prompt at all!!! Landlords shouldnt use there company they dont do there job they are unprofessional lazy and rude !!!!!Rese property management is a joke !!!!!!!!!

It's been 3 weeks (22 days) since I submitted a service request for a broken dryer. It has yet to be even looked at or appraised by a repairman. Not acceptable, no matter what the circumstance may be.

If you want to be forced to use a Laundry Mat and spend 50$ to keep up on your households laundrey, rent here.

Before reading my review, please consider the following.

Some of the people we have worked with from Rese have been wonderful, and this is not a personal attack on the individual employees. This is not a review based on fictional distress, this is a review based on a true experience that has been inaccurately outlined in the Rese owner response attached to this review. To be clear, we rented a unit through your company for one year, and we ended our lease according to contract.

My Review: This business, from a renter's perspective, deserves a 1 out of 5 star rating when considering the end of a leasing period. The application and initial lease signing stages are fairly good, but that isn't the part that resonates with us.

After reading multiple reviews about Rese, both good and bad, it should be clear to any prospective client that people are saying the same things over and over again. Communication is rare, unclear, and fairly unprofessional. Documentation provided by renters is lost, not recorded, or perhaps overseen by contractual contradictions?

Your customers/renters are reaching out to review platforms as a last resort to hear back from you guys. Please Acknowledge this as a problem and consider their customer experiences before it reaches this nasty point.

I paid my rent in the 24th of the month. They went in after the fact and added in another fee and of course I thought I was fine because I paid all balance due. I am now being charged 169 dollars in late fees! Called to see what was going on. They were rude on the phone and said it s my fault for not checking my app after I paid my rent. I would never ever ever ever ever use this company as a landlord and I will never rent from anyone who uses them again!

RESE Property Management has done a great job since I have retained there services 2 years ago. They have quick communication regarding my property and the portal is a great way to keep up on a monthly basis. Tony has a quick turn around from repairs, filling a vacancy as well as collecting rents. I highly recommend RESE Property Management.

This is the worst company I have ever worked with....

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. Over the past two years they have charged fees that are listed as waived in my lease, haven't respond to requests for repairs, haven't refunded waived fees when asked by the tenants and contacted by the owner to do so, regularly scheduled inspections despite my lease waiving inspections by request of the owner, and sent unprofessional emails about disrespecting staff when they themselves are disrespectful to their clients. Do NOT use RESE.

Deciding to use a property management company is the best decision I ever made. I live in a different state and it has been hard to keep up with renters, fixes, and collections. RESE has made this extremely easy and efficient. The small price I pay is way worth it.

DONT GO WITH THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!!! After move out, they said we'd get our deposit back in 30 days, but after many attempts to contact them about it, they would tell us it was in the mail, then the story would change. It's been almost 2 months, and they are still giving us the run around. Now, we have to speak to the owner, because apparently they no longer have that contract with the apartment we use to live in, such an incredibly unprofessional group!

This property managment is a joke. They will add 1k in late charges even when its their mistake that you can't pay youre rent. Trying to call them is also a struggle. I have left 3 messages and not one has been answered.

Do not rent from this company or allow them to manage your property.
We had a mold issue in our unit. They came out and looked at it and then the moldy wall was left exposed for almost 3 months before they came out and actually fixed it. The best part was that we heard from the owner himself that he was under the impression that the situation had been resolved. Rese apparently had not informed him. Rese told us that the rep had been on vacation and that is why the issue wasn't resolved. Apparently it was like a 2 month vacation. The property manager changed apparently several times during this period. I emailed the owner and got nothing. After about 3 months I finally had to send a Notice of Deficient Conditions per Utah code at which point they finally fixed the problem.

We then had a leak and our kitchen floor was tore out and remained tore out for almost 2 months. Nails and bare subfloor was exposed. We have been told numerous times not to talk to vendors. Then we got pushed to deal directly with the vendor on this one and that RESE didn t have anything to do with it. The vendor then gave us the run around.

There was another instance where RESE told me that my therapy animal was causing an odor in the back due to urine. The odor was coming from the fact that the gutter in the parking stall that was attached to my unit, had a section that had sunk over the years and would collect all the water and nastiness from all the units on my row. It would then stagnate and start to stink. They bullied me for months to clean it. The hose spigot on the back of my unit was broken and not working. They repeatedly ignored requests to get that fixed. I had really no means to "clean" that gutter out. So they finally told me to get a bucket of soap water to clean it up. When I called Claudia and explained the situation to her, she began to raise her voice at me at which point I raised my voice back. She then hung up on me. I called back and the receptionist told me that Claudia would not speak with me because I could not maintain my professionalism. My professionalism? I get yelled at and I am not professional. After several months of arguing back and forth and receiving several letters, numerous calls and emails, RESE finally fixed the hose spigot. To this day the gutter is still sunk and still collects water allowing it to stagnate and stink.

I will also be interested to see how the owner of RESE PM reacts to this.Looking through reviews on here, he seems to take a pretty adversarial stance against complaints. Maybe he should spend less time trolling google reviews and more time working with his employees so that they do their jobs. Kristine is horrible to deal with. Claudia was horrible to deal with. At one point apparently the receptionist was our property manager during the whole moldy wall issue. Reading through all these other reviews. Similar themes...employees not responding to emails, repairs dragging out or not happening, employees not contacting you about issues. They don't even deserve a single star. If you are looking for a property management company, make sure you have a great insurance policy

I called to look at a property to rent and they were very good with scheduling a time to see the home. We got it scheduled, confirmed and waited. We called after 15 minutes of waiting AFTER the set time of meeting. It was after hours and there was no other number to call. Judging from the outside, trash is left outside and not cleaned. Blinds left open. Cobwebs everywhere. If you are an OWNER, they don t manage your property well. We waited a total of 30 minutes after the set time to meet and no response. I m writing this as we leave. Will not work through RESE ever again, even if the deal is a steal. Would not be excited to work with them to own or rent.

I reviewed RESE before I moved in, which was dumb and way too optimistic of me. I've had several ongoing issues that are not being addressed and they are NOT because of the owner, so that excuse doesn't work. If I could ever get anyone to let me speak to the owner or have him meet me out here, I'd like to work directly with him and hopefully, we can come to some sort of understanding so I can finally enjoy living in my home. I have plenty of documentation as to why things have been mis-handled and do not appreciate not being taken seriously and brushed aside. When it comes to the health and safety of their clients, they should act as fast as possible so their clients can feel safe living in their home. Sadly, This has not happened.

AVOID this company at all costs; all they care about is to sign you into a lease agreement; the concerns arise when you need maintenance on the property as they will do everything in their power to not fix the issue at hand and give you a run around. Also; AVOID dealing with EMILY as she will hang up on you and lie about the conversation to cover her rear. Poor Showing of a company as a company is only as good as the employees behind it and this one my friends is not worth your time!

While renting from RESE we had horrible experiences. We probably had ten property managers while living there. They would have random inspections once every three months, then dropped in about 4 times the last couple months. I wasn't worried about it nor did I care because I figured that's their job. Every time they came to inspect the house they told my wife and I how nice we had kept our house. They would take pictures and tell us they wanted to use our house as a model because it looked in the best condition compared to any of the others. We were the first ones in the house. As our contract ended we randomly got notified that we got new property mangement and that they would be raising our rent $200 so we decided to move. And when they did our last inspection we were notified how nice it was and were told by the man doing the inspection that he would be "surprised" if we didn't receive our full deposit, but that he doesn't have the final
Say. Well 30 days passed and we received a list of charges that surpassed the deposit amount and that they were going to charge us an extra $600 including carpet cleaning which we already had done professionally on top of taking our $1000 deposit. They are hard to get ahold of. My wife has called time and time again as well as emailing them and to no avail. They are scam artists and honestly I hope they get put out of business because it's been the worst experience working with them. We have lived several places renting prior and never had issues until this; which has been a nightmare.

Instead, the automated system said to request a showing for the apartment through their website. I requested a showing online, just to receive an email from Matt Roberts saying that the apartment cannot be shown at this time. The email did not list any reasons why the apartment cannot be shown.

We lived in one of their properties for 3 years and they knew about black mold that was all over the property but proceeded to do nothing about it. They don t ever want to take responsibility for anything and don t give you the time of day unless you are giving them money. Their staff is very hard to get ahold of and are very unprofessional not listening to anything you have to say. They hung up on me and blocked my number after I called them out for lying. I highly recommend not renting from these people

This is the worst company to work with. I have rented with several other companies over the years, and this has been by far the worst rental company. RESE does not respond to emails or phone calls. We have called and emailed several times and have gotten no response.

When we moved into our place, the place had not been cleaned, the carpets were disgusting and not been cleaned, and there were multiple things that needed to be fixed. We were told we couldn't move in until a later date because they were going to be taking care of all of this. It was a nightmare trying to move in and get all of this taken care of. When we did reach the company, they seemed very annoyed with us and were not helpful. Every place I have rented, they always have it cleaned and the carpets cleaned. RESE gave us the wrong mail key and told us to deal with it ourselves. The post office couldn't believe it when we told them.

I would not rent with this company. It has been a horrible experience. It seems like no one knows what is going on. I would rather deal with the owner than this company!

A Staggeringly Unpleasant, Incompetent Company

Gone are the days when landlords lived to aid and support their tenants, Rese exists to collect your rent and nothing else. Don't work with them if you can help it. In my 1.5 years of living in one of their units they have not handled a single matter professionally or promptly. On multiple instances they've left our unit with crippling issues for months and only cooperated after we threatened to get the city involved due to the clear violation of our tenant rights. Other tenants we've spoken to have similar stories. As long as I live in this city I'll be warning every friend of mine to stay away from this company

They are The worst management ever wears then TPM and all the other management companys!!!! all they wanna do is charge you for everything, and when you fill out a maintenance report they take sooo long to get back to you! And even longer to fix the problem, but when it come rent day uuh they want the money right away and even if its there mistake on paying the rent late they still charge you for everything no exceptions!!! Yeah they tell you to email them saying why and they will dismiss the late fee but NOOO!! They will never dismiss any late fees!!!!! Ooh and for some reason they always send you the wrong emails to the wrong person, like you have to move out by the end of the month for what ever reason to come to realize its not you! Without apologizing, they never apologize cuz its not there Fault

They lie, they do everything in their power to get money out of you. They take forever to get anything fixed on their properties that they "manage" and they have no right to even be a company. I would not recommend them to anyone. STAY AWAY.

From day one, renting with RESE has been wonderful. The website makes the whole process quick and smooth. Paying rent is also quick and easy, and I can print out receipts. I put in a maintenance request recently and it was dealt with quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend RESE to anyone.

I have occupied a RESE rental property for approximately 20 months. Last Thursday my hot water tank was inoperable leaving my family with only cold water for four days. On this same Thursday, I emailed Debbie Kemp, Service Coordinator RESE Property Management, about the issue. Maintenance came out on Friday to "fix" the problem, and upon leaving the tank was still inoperable. I sent additional emails on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday requesting the tank be reexamined, and fixed this time. The four day delay in fixing the tank was a huge inconvenience for my family, and caused us to boil water to heat and use while waiting for our problem to be handled. The experience left our family feeling discarded, as the casualness exhibited communicated the message that when rent is due we are a priority, but otherwise our need to have hot water is an afterthought. Despite this, Doug, from Elite Air, was the absolute best, I would recommend his business any time...

The team we've been dealing with, thus far, as been wonderful. I had an issue with our dead bolt and not being able to lock our door properly. After writing a request, I was contacted very shortly after and had an app set with their maintenance worker. He showed up, fixed it, and now it works like a gem. It might seem like a minor fix, but the service was fast and great and I really appreciated it. So thank you!

We had nothing but great interaction with RESE. I moved in with my roommate two years ago and when she moved out and my now husband moved in they helped the process be smooth and seamless. We never had problems with them and were very helpful when we had questions or needed maintenance. The online portal is very user friendly and they have professional staff. The help desk is responsive and Shay in leasing was really great and helped us when we moved out!

I am a tenant of RESE and they have been wonderful to work with. I put in a work order and they respond very quickly. The companies they use are very good and communicate with us regarding scheduling and our satisfaction. RESE follows up with a phone call to make sure we are satisfied an the work was completed per our request. Thank you RESE for being a great Property Management Company!!!

I just want to say Thank you to Rese Property Management for the wonderful maintenance and vendor experience I have had with this company. I am moving into a Duplex that is perfect for me in every way and Rese went above and beyond in getting my new residence in fabulous condition...they even put in brand new light fixtures. painted and got my new back yard in perfect shape...anything that needed repair was done and I couldn't be more pleased. Also the staff, from the Leasing Agent, Anne to the receptionist Kasey are amazing to work with. The maintenance supervisor Gabriela is also on top of what needs to be done. In so many ways I feel like I am part of the "Rese Family" now and feel safe and secure in my new home. They also have a wonderful home buyers plan should that be something you are interested in. Go with Rese, you will be happy you did.

Words cannot express how poor this company operate...

Words cannot express how poor this company operates. I should have listened to the reviews when I was thinking about renting one of their Lehi units because even since then, it has been one thing after another.

My first couple months were fine, it was at the point where my wife and I decided to move where fit hit the shan. The lease we signed was difficult to understand so in May, I called looking for a good explanation of the move out process. Gabriela Lopez sent me steps and provided time frames of what needed to happen. We knew we had to find someone to take over our lease, so we paid the $400 lease transfer fee so that they were able to list the apartment on their website and process new applications.
The day before our move out, I called back in to double check we had abided by the correct information. She confirmed that we would have our move out inspection the next day and if our apartment was spotless, we would NOT be charged the $220 cleaning fees and be finished with payments. We spent all day cleaning the place to leave it better than when we moved in, the inspection went great, and we were told we'd be getting our full deposit back within 30 days. Done, right? No.
At the end of June we still had not received our deposit, so I called again and Gabriela refused to tell me why we hadn't received it. Beginning of July, I check my account ledger and we had been charged the cleaning fees, next months rent, and a bunch of other fees. My wife and I end up going in because at this point they refuse to answer my calls and return my messages. Anne Du Preez tried to make the argument that we were charged the rent amounts because we still had access to the apartment and had not found someone to take over our lease. She also said that cleaning fees were going to get charged no matter what. How could we find someone to takeover when they take our keys and NEVER answer their phone to make new apartment showings? She said she would follow up with me and pull the misinformed calls.
Three weeks later, I still have heard nothing. I message them asking where my deposit is again and they tell me it was put towards the balance of July rent and I still owe the cleaning fees. Again, I'm asking to meet with someone and get this settled. They straight up refuse to meet with me because they are too busy and I can send in a written objection.
I send in my objection at the end of July and still did not hear back from them for a month. I end up going in AGAIN, because they are still not answering my calls. I walk in the door to meet with Tony Du Preez and he IMMEDIATELY starts yelling at me from the other room. I literally thought I was dreaming. Who yells at someone for asking questions? I get absolutely nowhere in my attempt to understand why I have been mistreated and walk out of the room.
They refuse to pull the calls. They refuse to show me why I had to pay the cleaning fees. They refuse to meet. Now, they threaten to send me to collections so they will be getting their payment in pennies.

This could have been resolved in a healthy way. I am attempting to go to a lawyer and we will see where that takes us. Until then, absolutely no reason to use this company as your property management. Never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect. They don't care about the people, only their paycheck. RENTERS BEWARE!

These guys are a joke, sent my move out deposit to a non existent address and wanted to charge me $25 to fix it.
I had to call a month after I moved out to find out where my deposit was, there was a lack of communication on their end. I had to chase them down, 3/4 times I called the office nobody answered. left voicemail and they never called back, finally responded with an email 3 days later.
Would not recommend this company.

The apartments I lived in were pretty cute on the inside and rent was decent. However, if you ever need anything from the landlord, Broca, don't expect a call back. She was literally the worst landlord I have ever worked with. She is always late to every appointment she makes and does things at her own leisure. She literally took over a month to submit our move out sheet, meaning we had to wait longer than 30 days to get our deposits back. The on site maintenance guy is also really weird. He broke down crying in my kitchen one day about how he was a recovering addict and told me how nobody trusted him. Which, as a single female made me super uncomfortable. However, we needed a lot of stuff fixed. It also didn't help that the women who lived there before us sold drugs out of her apartment, so we always had people pounding on our door at weird hours demanding they spoke to her. We always joked that we didn't need cable because we could watch cops for free in the parking lot.

Do not do not rent from Reese they are a fraud PM group i have the home I rented professionally cleaned it cost my $350. They still took money from me for the cleaning. They said that the 10 yr search paint on the front door was my fault along with a strike plate that was missing. They charged me 200 dollar for it to be re painted. They told me that they clean the 10 yr old carpet when o moved in they did not and then they charged me 300 to have it cleaned. Do not rent any homes from them. They also took 6 weeks to return part of my deposit

I had an overall good experience with Rese. There were a couple of communication issues that led to a few weeks without heat, however, it was resolved and did not have a problem with them again. Other than the one incident, they have been great as property managers.

My experience with RESE PM, they are willing to correct their mistakes. So this is good as long as they are willing to fix it. Once there were a mistaken on the statement, I emailed Gail, she replied back immediately and she had credited back the amount. Also Jen who is my property manager, I always got answer back if I texted her or emailed to her for any question. I am satisfy with RESE.

I choose to give these guys 5 stars for a good reason. I rent an apartment in a complex that they took over towards the end of my lease. I am also involved with several Property Management Group so I can be a little picky. I feel like these guys are great. They took over my complex most the way through my lease. In fact my lease is up and I'm paying month-to-month just because I like them so much and don't want to deal with any other company. I was worried they wouldn't care about my concerns because I was leaving in a couple months. However, it was quite the opposite. They are always Pleasant to work with and quick with a reply anytime I have a concern. Also, their prompt about maintenance request and work very hard to make their tenants happy. For those of you that don't know much about a property managers relationship between an owner and a tenant. It can be quite the challenging task trying to make both parties happy, and these guys are great at it!

I put in multiple requests for maintenance and they weren t taken care of until months later. I also paid an electric bill and was charged for that plus processing fees! I even provided proof that I already paid that bill BEFORE they sent me my security deposit! When I called and asked about it I got absolutely no help! I was also charged to fix holes already in the walls before I moved in I was also charged for the lock box that I left on the door as instructed. I have called multiple times asking to speak to a supervisor and I m always told I will get a call back and not a single person will call me back! This has been absolutely the worst experience of my life! I am a single mom and have had 0 help from this company in getting back the money that is mine!

But i'm angry because they took $1069 from me that they couldn't legally do, then charged me late fees because of a system malfunction on their end, THEY REFUSE to give me the money back and act like "they will use it on next months rent anyway". not very happy, if you depend on their auto pay system, BEWARE! if it makes a mistake guess who gets to pay the $219 late charges..you do.

I also have had a terrible experience with RESE. When I rented my apartment I asked for the lease to sign and they never provided me with one despite asking to sign it 3 times. Then 10 months later when I said I would be out by the end of the month they said I had to pay for the 12th month because of my lease. I asked them to provide me with the lease and they didn't respond for 3 weeks and then said they thought I understood that I needed to pay the 12th month when I didn't respond even though they were in fact the ones who didn't respond. Now the property manager I'm dealing with is trying to cover his mistake by making me pay a refunded rate if they can get someone to fill it. Bottom line: RESE PM are unreliable crooks who do not know how to run a professional business.

Stay away from Rese Property Management! They do not take care of any of your issues when you live there and then harass you for months after you finally escape. I haven t lived in the property for 8 months and I get a random phone call that I owe them $85 and they are going to send it to collections. Its like $85 for what? These guys took my whole deposit anyway I can t imagine what they need $85 for, they are the worst thing. Please stay away from these awful people.
