I have occupied a RESE rental property for approximately 20 months. Last Thursday my hot water tank was inoperable leaving my family with only cold water for four days. On this same Thursday, I emailed Debbie Kemp, Service Coordinator RESE Property Management, about the issue. Maintenance came out on Friday to "fix" the problem, and upon leaving the tank was still inoperable. I sent additional emails on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday requesting the tank be reexamined, and fixed this time. The four day delay in fixing the tank was a huge inconvenience for my family, and caused us to boil water to heat and use while waiting for our problem to be handled. The experience left our family feeling discarded, as the casualness exhibited communicated the message that when rent is due we are a priority, but otherwise our need to have hot water is an afterthought. Despite this, Doug, from Elite Air, was the absolute best, I would recommend his business any time...
