Largely things had been great! But i'm angry because they took $1069 from me that they couldn't legally do, then charged me late fees because of a system malfunction on their end, THEY REFUSE to give me the money back and act like "they will use it on next months rent anyway". not very happy, if you depend on their auto pay system, BEWARE! if it makes a mistake guess who gets to pay the $219 late charges..you do.
